Objective To compare the clinical effects of four kinds of gingival retraction technique in treat-ment of anterior teeth restoration. Methods 169 patients for 352 teeth with tooth body and tooth dentition defect by anterior crown bridge repair were chosen and divided into 4 group by patients'order, including A group(88cases)with single track method,B group(91cases)with single line for two times method,C group(89cases)with double line method and D group(94cases)with double line for two times method. And the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of both groups was compared. Results The satisfaction rates of gums, shoulder, impression, model and restoration of A group were 73.9%,70.1%,69.3%,65.9%,61.4% respectively, which of B group were 83.5%, 80.2%,80.2%,80.2%,76.9%;which of C group were 84.3%,80.9%,78.7%,77.5%,76.4%;which of D group were 94.6%,93.6%,92.6%,92.6%,90.4%.There were no significant differences in the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth between B group and C group(χ2 =2.43,1.17,2.85,3.04,2.30,all P >0.05). The fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of D group were significantly better than A,B and C groups (χ2 =14.90,16.39,15.83,19.87,21.38,all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Double line for two times method in the treatment of anterior teeth restoration can efficiently avoid ree gingival damage in the situation with abutment shoulder preparation, improve the quality of preparation, impression and model, and are helpful to higher the fitness of the neck of anterior teeth fixed restorations.

Objective To evaluate the effects of breastfeeding behavior through the implementation of family-centered empowerment education in primiparas. Methods According to random digit table,128primiparas in our hospitals were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 64 cases in each group from August 2014 to April 2015.At last 58 patients in the observation group and 59 patients in the control group completed the research. Those primiparas in the experimental group were given the familycentered empowerment education. The control group received conventional methods. Results The scores of breastfeeding self-efficacy,perceived social support and breastfeeding behavior of primiparas in the experimental group were 129.64±12.94,58.94±8.97,89.84±11.32,higher than the control group,101.78±78.67,50.27±10.56,71.56±12.03,the differences had statistical significance between two groups,t=9.656-10.487,P < 0.05.Conclusions Using the family-centered empowerment education can effectively improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy,perceived social support and breastfeeding behavior in primiparas.

Objective To explore the value of echocardiography in patients with aortic stenosis who underwent transapical aortic valve implantation (TAAVI).Methods Fifteen high-risk patients with severe aortic stenosis were chosen in the present study, all of which received TAAVI in Fuwai Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from June 2014 to March 2015.The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left atrial diameter (LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),effective orifice area (EOA),mean aortic pressure gradient (MPG),as well as artificial valve function of patients were measured at different time points (before operation,discharge,1 month and 3-6 months after operation) by echocardiography. The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA analysis with SPSS software, and multiple comparisons were done using LSD student t test. Results The data from preoperative echocardiography indicated severe aortic stenosis in the 15 patients, with the average level of EOA as (0.55± 0.28) cm2 and MPG as (58.93± 14.96) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).Moderate paravalvular aortic regurgitation was observed in one patients, who was then received a second implantation. There was no significant difference between LVEDD,LAD,and LVEF when the patients were at discharge,1 month and 3-6 months after operation. The prosthetic valves were stable and conformed by echocardiography, while paravalvular leak regurgitation (1-2 mm) was observed in 7 patients. One patient died of other reasons.Compared with preoperative data, the EOA increased while MPG decreased when the patients were at discharge,1 month and 3-6 month after operation (t=6.619,7.357,6.401,all P < 0.001;t=9.523,9.687,5.932,all P < 0.001).Conclusion With careful patient screening and selection,TAAVI can be an effective treatment for high-risk severe aortic stenosis patients,in which echocardiography plays an important role during the surgery and follow up.

Objectives To learn the effect of self-recognition-based healthy management on community diabetics. Methods A total of 40 community diabetics were evaluated and trained for 3 months.SPSS11.5 software was used for data analysis. Results At 3 months, some risk factors of diabetes, including body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumstance (WC), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and 2 h postprandial blood sugar (PBS), were improved (P <0. 05). Male patients showed statistically significant reduction in body weight, BMI and WC ( P < 0. 05 ).However, female subjects were found to have significant decline in body weight, BMI, WC, SBP and DBP (P<0. 05). Those >60 year-old had significantly decreased body weight, BMI, WC, SBP, DBP and 2 h PBS ( P < 0. 05). Lower levels of WC, SBP and triglyceride were seen in individuals < 60 year-old ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Self-recognition-based healthy management could effectively reduce diabetic risk factors and prevent the development of diabetic complications.

Objective To evaluate the value and safety of flexible bronchoscopy in etiological diagnosis and treatment of hemoptysis in children. Methods The flexible bronchoscopy findings and clinical data of 22 children with hemoptysis were ana-lyzed retrospectively. Results The causes of hemoptysis were as follows, bronchiolitis and pneumonia in 8 cases (2 cases with bronchiectasis), foreign body in bronchus in 3 cases , idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis in 3 cases, neoplasms in airway in 2 cases, suspi-ciion of bronchial pulmonary vessel dysplasia in 4 cases (requiring angiogram) and unknown causes in 2 cases. Two cases suffered hypoxemia. Active bleeding was found in 6 cases and topical hemostasis treatment was effective. The bronchial foreign body was removed from right lower lobe bronchus in 3 cases. One case with atelectasis caused by granulation was treat-ed with bronchoscopic cryotherapy 2 times, no granulation was found during the third bronchoscopy and chest CT showed the atelectasis was cured 2 weeks later. Conclusions Flexible bronchoscopy is one of the necessary and safe examinations in chil-dren with hemoptysis and is of important value in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Three candidate antisense target sites of mouse Fas gene were screened by PARASS (poly-A anchored RNA accessible sites screening) technology. They were target at Fas gene 297nt-317nt, 618nt- 638nt and 662nt-682nt. Antisense oligos (A1, A2 and A3) and DNAzymes (D1, D2, and D3) for every target site were designed and synthesized. In vitro, the validation of the sites were judged by antisense oligos included RNase H splicing and the DNAzyme degradation. The results indicated that A1, A2 and A3 introduced RNase H degradation. DNAzymes D1, D2 and D3 cleaved Fas mRNA effectively. Neither degradation observed in antisense oligo RNase H group in non-target site (1211-1231nt) and 2 bases mismatched of A3, nor splicing occurred in DNzyme group in non-target site ( 1211-1231nt) and 2 bases mismatched of D3. Site 2 and 3 were at the same positions with those of ISIS Pharmaceuticals. The effective antisense oligos and DNAzymes for Fas gene could be used for the research subsequently.
