The purpose of the study is to construct R8 peptide (RRRRRRRR) and pH sensitive polyethylene glycols (PEG) co-modified liposomes (Cl-Lip) and utilize them in breast cancer treatment. The co-modified liposomes were prepared with soybean phospholipid, cholesterol, DSPE-PEG2K-R8 and PEG5K-Hz-PE (pH sensitive PEG). The size and zeta potential of Cl-Lip were also characterized. The in vitro experiment demonstrated that the Cl-Lip had high serum stability in 50% fetal bovine serum. The cellular uptake of Cl-Lip under different pre-incubated conditions was evaluated on 4T1 cells. And the endocytosis pathway, lysosome escape ability and tumor spheroid penetration ability were also evaluated. The results showed the particle size of the Cl-Lip was (110.4 ± 5.2) nm, PDI of the Cl-Lip was 0.207 ± 0.039 and zeta potential of the Cl-Lip was (-3.46 ± 0.05) mV. The cellular uptake of Cl-Lip on 4T1 cells was pH sensitive, as the cellular uptake of Cl-Lip pre-incubated in pH 6.0 was higher than that of pH 7.4 under each time point. The main endocytosis pathways of Cl-Lip under pH 6.0 were micropinocytosis and energy-dependent pathway. At the same time, the Cl-Lip with pre-incubation in pH 6.0 had high lysosome escape ability and high tumor spheroid penetration ability. All the above results demonstrated that the Cl-Lip we constructed had high pH sensitivity and is a promising drug delivery system.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate plus nimodipine in treating transient cerebral ischemic attack.Methods A total of 159 outpatients and inpatients with transient cerebral ischemic attack in the neurosurgery department and the neurology outpatient department of our hospital from January 1,2012 to September 1,2016 were divided into 3 groups.The group A(43 cases) orally took clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate plus aspirin;the group B (51 cases) treated with oral clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate plus nimodipine;the group C(65 cases) was treated with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate plus nimotop.The curative effects were observed in 3 groups.The differences of PT.APTT,FIB and PLT in 3 groups were compared between before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the group A and C was significantly better than that of the group B(P<0.05),the curative effect had no statistical difference between the group A and C (P>0.05);the effect of the group B and group C on coagulation was superior to that of the group A(P<0.05).The three group had no severe bleeding events(cerebral bleeding,etc.),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate combined with nimotop can significantly reduce the frequency of transient cerebral ischemic attack,has little influence on the coagulation indicators,and is safe and effective.

Objective To study the effect of the Aiyishu injection combined with chemotherapy for middle and advanced cancer patients in the near future curative effect and survival quality.Methods 127 middle and advanced cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,71 cases in therapeutic group and 56 cases in control group.The therapeutic group and control group both choose the same sickness plants and combined chemotherapy plan of pathology,therapeutic group added the Aiyishu injection 40 ml to drip. The treatment course lasted 14 days,with 3～4 courses,Simple chemotherapy was used in the control group. Results In the therapeutic group,there were 3 cases of complete response(CR),23 cases,of partial response (PR),the rate of response is 36.62 %(26/71).In the control group,there was 1 case of complete response(CR), 10 cases of partial response(PR),the rate of response is 19.64 %(11/56).There was significant difference be- tween the two groups(P0.05),whereas it declined significantly in the control group after chemotherapy(P

A wavelet threshold denoising algorithm for CR images is put forward here . A noised CR image is decomposed into wavelet coefficients, which are processed by the algorithm, and the denoised CR image is reconstructed based on the processed coefficients. Examples are too presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm on denoising and, maintaining the detail of the CR images.

The purpose of this study is to prepare T7 and TAT dual modified liposomes (T7-TAT-LIP) to penetrate through blood brain barrier and target to brain tumor cells. The liposomes were prepared with CFPE, T7 modified PEG-DSPE, TAT modified PEG-DSPE, soybean phospholipid, PEG-DSPE and cholesterol. The CFPE was used to track the cellular uptake efficiency. The density of T7 and TAT and the length of PEG were optimized, and then the liposomes were characterized by particle size, zeta potential, morphology and stability. Afterwards, the cellular uptake by bEnd.3 and C6 cells were evaluated. The results showed that the optimized parameters were 6% of T7, 0.5% of TAT, the molecular weight of PEG for T7 was 2000 and the molecular weight of PEG for TAT was 1000. After optimization, the particle size of T7-TAT-LIP was 118 nm, the zeta potential was -6.32 mV and the particles were spherical. The turbidity and particle size of liposomes were not obviously changed after 24 h incubation in PBS at 37 °C. The particle size and polydispersity index were also stable during 1 month incubation at 4-8 °C. The cellular uptake by both bEnd.3 and C6 cells of T7-TAT-LIP was higher than that of T7 or TAT modified liposomes, suggesting dual modified liposomes possessed better blood brain barrier targeting ability and brain tumor targeting ability than the single ligand modified liposomes.

This paper describes the design of the printing output function for a multi-parameter patient monitor by using the graphic plot function of a Laser Printer. The ECG data are preprocessed with a notch filter and interpolation algorithm. A logical page is constructed in the extended memory for virtual page printing. This monitor is able to output a satisfied printing with ECG waveforms of high quality.

Objective To explore the p27 gene expression and clinical significance in acute leukemia (AL).Methods RT-PCR was used for testing the mRNA levels of p27 gene in bone marrow mononuclear cell of 65 cases of newly diagnosed AL patients and 41 controls.The correlation between the p27 gene expression positive rate and age, sex, peripheral blood white blood cell count and extramedullary infiltration were analyzed simultaneously in AL patients.Results The positive rate of p27 gene expression (36.9 ％,24/65)was significantly lower in AL group than that in the control group (87.8 ％,36/41) (P ＜0.05),and which was lower than the control group (P ＜0.05) in the AML group (34.2 ％,13/38) and the ALL group (37.5 ％,9/24).However,comparing AML group with ALL group,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05).At the same time,compared the p27 gene expression positive rate of ≥ 14 years old group (52 cases) and ＜14 years old group (13 cases),and also compared in male group (34 cases) and in female group (31 cases),there was no statistically difference (P ＞0.05); Compared the p27 gene expression positive rate of peripheral blood white blood cell count ≥20×109/L group (31 cases) and ＜20×109/L group (34 cases),also compared with in extramedullary infiltration group (37 cases) and in no extramedullary infiltration group (28 cases),the relationship of p27 gene expression positive rate with peripheral blood white blood cell count as well as extramedullary infiltration was a negative correlation (r =-0.284,P ＜ 0.05,r =-0.300,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is p27 mRNA expression deletion in AL patients,and the deletion is present in the AML and ALL at the same time.p27 mRNA expression is negatively correlated with peripheral blood white blood cell count or extramedullary infiltration,which might be one of the mechanisms of occurrence and development of AL.
