1.Progress in research on tissue engineered penile corpora cavernosao
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(2):102-106
Penis is one of the most important components of male external genitalia.Congenital abnormalities and trauma may lead to genitourinary organ damage or default, which require reconstruction. With the development of tissue engineering(TE),penile corpora cavernosa tissue engineening has becoming the core of the penis reconstruction.Recent researches mainly focus on forming scaffolds and transplanting cells(including of endothelial cells and caveruosal smooth muscle cells). Recently, stem cell technology, gene therapy and nervous reconstructive techniques have been combined to promote the development of tissue engineering.Tissue engineering has been thought to be able to make possible the restoring and constructing of the structure and normal funetion of penile corpora cavernosa. This paper gives a review of the recent progress in associated researches on tissue engineering of the penile corpora cavernosa.
2.Research Advances in Baculovirus Occlusion-derived Virions.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2016;32(1):93-100
Baculoviruses are a family of arthropod-specific viruses that produce two morphologically distinct types of virions (budded and occlusion-derived) in their lifecycle. Baculoviruses establish infection in the midgut of their host via the oral route: occlusion-derived virions have pivotal roles in these processes. This review summarizes the basic characteristics of baculoviruses, and discusses the composition and classification of baculovirus occlusion-derived virions. The latter focuses mainly on the evolution and role of multiple occlusion-derived virions in the lifecycle of baculoviruses. These achievements should aid understanding the evolution and infection mechanisms of baculoviruses.

3.Influence on Nasal Sinuses Mucosa Epithelium GR and IκBα Expression for Chronic Rhinosinusitis Model Treated with Bi-Yuan-Shu Oral Liquid
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):98-102
This study was aimed to investigate the influence of Bi-Y uan-Shu (BYS) Oral Liquid on glucocorticoid re-ceptor (GR) and nuclear factor IκBα expression of nasal sinuses mucosa epithelium among chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) models in order to explore its therapeutic mechanism for CRS from the anti-inflammatory reaction aspect. One hundred New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly divided into the normal group, sham operation group, model group, BYS group, and clarithromycin group, with 20 rabbits in each group. After the CRS model was established, no intervention was given to the normal group, sham operation group, or model group. The intragastric administrations of BYS (1.5 mL·kg-1·d-1) and clarithromycin (25 mg·kg-1·d-1) were given for 14 days, respectively. The nasal sinuses mucosa was taken after the treatment. And HE stain was used to observe its pathological changes. Western Blotting was used in the detection of nasal sinuses mucosal epithelium cytoplasm GR and IκBα expression. The results showed that there were obvious nasal sinuses mucosa inflammatory cell infiltration, chronic inflammation changes, and obvious hyperplasia of glandular organs and goblet cells. Compared with the normal group, the GR expression was obviously reduced (P< 0.01). And the IκBα expression was obviously increased (P< 0.01). After the intragastric administration of BYS, the nasal sinuses mucosal epithelium was repaired with no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration, glandular organs, or goblet cells. Compared with the model group, the GR expression was obviously increased (P< 0.01). The IκBα expression was obviously decreased (P<0.01). It was concluded that BYS can promote GR expression to inhibit inflammation. Meanwhile, it can restrain IκBα expression to prevent the over inhabitation of IκBα on NF-κB. It can dynamically regulate the balance of the nasal sinuses mucosa epithelium inflammation.
4.Detection of HPV DNA in Condylomata Acuminata by Direct in Situ PCR
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(03):-
The purpose of this study is to ascertain the significance of diagnosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and the histological pattern of distriution of HPV in condylomata acuminata(CA) by direct in situ PCR (ISPCR) technique. of the 25 patients with BA, all 10 cases with typical histopathological features of CA gave a positive reaction in tile upper layers of the epithelium. HPV was also detected in the granular ladyer and whole prickle cell layer of 11 cases of CA with no typical koilocytes. In the direct ISPCR oligonucleotides labelled with bio tin were incorporated in situ during amplification, then immunohistochemical method was used for detection. In this technique the viral existence in paraffin sections can be directly compared with the histologic changes, and can help pathologist to analyze the possibility that HPV is present in the suspected lesions.

Objective To find a new method to prepare the acellular matrix of the penile cavernous body. Methods Intact specimens of the penile cavernous body were collected from healty adult rabbits, treated with Triton-X100 and NH3?H2O,and then stained with HE.Light microscopy was employed to observe the acellular cells. Results Acellular matrix of the penile cavernous body was obtained after a 25-day treatment with Triton-X100 and NH3?H2O.The matrix was intact.HE staining showed that the matrix was composed of regularly arranged elastic fibers with wide intra-spaces without any cells inside. Conclusion Acellular matrix of the penile cavernous body can be prepared by using Triton-X100 and NH3?H2O.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(7):540-543
The incidence of birth defect in China is still high, which is not only affected by genetic factors, but also affected by heavy metals in surrounding that prejudices foetus' normal development.Heavy metal is a kind of inorganic pollutants with high toxicity.Excessive intake of lead, cadmium, arsenic or mercury, and the insufficient intake of zinc, calcium and copper may both lead to at least 1 kind of birth defect. The interactions between heavy metals also affect the outcomes of pregnancy. This paper reviewed different relationships between heavy metals and birth defect recording to relevant achievements such as animal experimentations and epidemiologic study made by researches from at home and abroad in recent years. It is advised to intake adequate zinc and copper and avoid being exposed to harmful metals to make sure the effective reduction of the incidences of birth defects. This paper will also point out the direction of future research about the relationship among the birth defects and heavy metal.

A blood film slide taken from a patient previously diagnosed as vivax malaria in Mojiang County, Yunnan Province, showing atypical forms. The ring forms had multinuclei, and the late trophozoites trended to form band. The schizonts and gametocytes were somewhat alike to Plasmodium vivax. PCR amplification confirmed that the patient was infected by P.knowlesi.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
?Objective:To analyze the therapeutic characteristic of mandibular prognathism by means of orthognathic surgery and orthodontic treatment.Methods:125 patients with skeletal mandibular prognathism were treated by intraoral ramus osteotomy or mandibular body osteotomy,They also accepted different preoperative and postoperative orthodoitic treatment according to different surgery. Results: Satisfied results were obtained through combined treatment of orthognathic surgery and orthodontics. The effective rate of intraoral ramus and mandibular body osteotomy was 88.3% and 83.3% respectively .Two patints treated with mandibular body osteotomy relapsed in two years, and mandibular body osteotomy was performed again to correct the diformity. Conclusion:proper pre and postoperative orthodontic treatments are necessary in order to assure asethetics effect and ideal occlusion in new position.
