ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the scalp acupunction on children with cerebral palsy.Methods56 cases with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups: the treating group(scalp acupuncture and modern rehabilitation) and the control group(modern rehabilitation only) with 28 cases each. The ADL and the motion function were compared. ResultsThere is a significant defference between the two groups on the ADL, while no significant defference was observed on motor function between the two groups.Conclusions Scalp acupuncture is effective on improvment of ADL of the children with cerebral palsy.

OBJECTIVE To study the possibility of air sterilization with solution of camphor leaves. METHODS Every six adjacent sickrooms that had same volume from 9 different clinical sectors were randomly selected for testing.Air of all sickrooms were sterilized by atomizing with solution of camphor leaves that was rough made by boiling and filtering and by direct irradiating with ultraviolet ray respectively.And then screened the sterilization effect of two methods respectively by air culture. RESULTS After sterilization with 100% solution of camphor leaves,all sickrooms were in line with standard of class Ⅲ(500 CFU/m~3),and 70% sickrooms were in line with class Ⅱ(200CFU/m~3).Both atomizing with solution of camphor leaves and direct irradiating with ultraviolet ray showed obvious effect,the result of air culture indicated that CFU of microorganisms were significant differrent between pre-sterilization and post-sterilization in both methods(P0.25). CONCLUSIONS Camphor leaves are very effective for sterilization and deserve to spread.

Objective To study early diagnosis and treatment of post transplant lymphoprolifer- ative disorder in allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplant recipients.Methods A 16 years old patient with severe aplastic anemia received HLA-mismatched sibling allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell trans- plant after conditioning with cyclophosphamide/antithymocyte globulin/methylprednisolone(CY/ ATG/MP)regimen.Results On the day 72 posttransplantation,he developed lymphoproliferative disorder.After withdrawal of CsA,he was treated with methylprednisolone,intravenous immune globulin and IFN alpha,and recovered completely from PTLD.Conclusions PTLD is a rare and fatal complication of both solid-organ and hemopoietic stem cell transplantation.Surveillance for PTLD by PCR for circulating EBV-DNA may be appropriate in high risk settings.Early diagnosis,immunosup- pression therapy reduction or even withdrawal in time is important.

OBJECTIVE To strictly manage the whole process for cleaning the laminar air flow(LAF) operating center to achieve the modernized hospital environment′s standard requests.METHODS Right before the use of the LAF operating center,scientific management was conducted strictly according the regulations and standards issued by state Ministry of Health.RESULTS Fulfilling the standards of the process for cleaning operating center was all for the goal of improving the efficiency of management.CONCLUSIONS A management is made efficient from checking all the things before use,monitoring them,and training people so that they can efficiently carry out their tasks.The purpose of the scientific management is to reach the expected quality.

Idiopathic macular hole(IMH)is unequivocal inducement lead to limiting full-thickness defect of retinal neurepithelium layerin macular region. It's one of the most important fundus macular degeneration. According to the different causes and the anatomical site, the lesion has a different classification, and its etiology and pathogenesis are diverse and complex. But along with the continuous renewal of ophthalmologic examination instrument and the continuous improvement of surgical technique, treatment of IMH is diversified and treatment effect is more obvious. Not only that, IHM preventive treatment also gradually get used in clinical. In this paper, we reviewed the progress of IMH in terms of the pathogenesis, relative examination, surgical treatment, preoperative prognostic evaluation and so on.

The identiifcation of body lfuid and their tissue resource is an important part of forensic medicine research. Conventional methods have imperfections like high false positive rate and may destroy biomaterial, which should be replaced by a new conifrmatory test. Highly-differentiated cells express speciifc mRNA molecules that can be used for body lfuid identiifcation. These mRNA markers can identify body lfuids like peripheral blood, menstrual blood, semen, saliva, vaginal secretion, skin-contact stains. This method have favorable sensitivity, speciifcity and can be detected after years, made it a ideal way to identify current body lfuids in the future. This review focus on the application of mRNA in body lfuid identiifcation and tissue resource.

AIM:To detect the endogenous expression of B-cell leukemia/lymphoma 6 member B (BCL6B) in FHC and LoVo cells, and to investigate the effects of BCL6B on proliferation and migration of LoVo cells for further explo-ring the underlying mechanism .METHODS:The endogenous expression of BCL 6B in the FHC and LoVo cells was detec-ted by RT-PCR and Western blot .The methods of MTT assay , colony formation assay , wound healing assay and Transwell chamber experiment were employed to examine the biological functions of BCL 6B in the LoVo cells.The mRNA and protein levels of BCL6B, cyclin D1 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9) were determined by RT-PCR and Western blot , re-spectively.The level of phosphorylated protein kinase B (p-AKT) was detected by Western blot.RESULTS:BCL6B ex-pression was notably repressed in the LoVo cells as compared with the FHC cells , which were significantly increased by transfection with pcDNA3.1-BCL6B.The abilities of proliferation and migration of the LoVo cells at 72 h were inhibited by 28.33%(P<0.01) and 36.11%(P<0.05) in BCL6B group.The mRNA levels of cyclin D1 and MMP-9 in the cells of BCL6B group were decreased by 39.90%(P<0.01) and 77.36% (P <0.05), and the protein levels of cyclin D1, MMP-9 and p-AKT were reduced by 44.00%(P<0.05), 47.06%(P<0.01) and 32.88% (P<0.05), respectively. CONCLUSION:BCL6B inhibits proliferation and migration of the LoVo cells , and the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway is in-volved in this process .

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of carbon-coated iron nanoparticles carrying cisplatin on the growth of NCI-H446 lung cancer cells and expressions of Caspase 3 and Survivin mRNA.Methods NCI-H446 lung cancer cells were treated with iron-carbon nanoparticles and/or cisplatin.The cell viability was detected by MTT method,and the mRNA expressions of Caspase 3 and Survivin were measured with RT-PCR.Results Cisplatin could inhibit the growth of NCI-H446 lung cancer cells,and the inhibitory effect was stronger when it was combined with the iron-carbon nanoparticles.The cells had apoptosis.The mRNA expression of Caspase 3 of NCI-H446 lung cancer cells was remarkably enhanced after treatment with iron-carbon nanoparticles combined with cisplatin,while the mRNA expression of Survivin was notably weakened (P＜0.05).Conclusion Carbon-coated iron nanoparticles carrying cisplatin could significantly increase the chemotherapy sensitivity of cisplatin on NCI-H446 lung cancer cells and enhance the therapeutic efficacy of chemotherapy drugs.
