Many specific therapeutic antibody drugs have been developed for different indications. In drug development, it has been found that the antibody isotype framework can not only affect the physical and chemical properties of therapeutic antibodies, but also influence the activity and therapeutic effect. As a result, IgG isotype selection should be considered carefully in antibody drug development strategies. Because of the unique biological characteristics, IgG4 isotype has been used in some therapeutic antibodies for which effector functions are not desired. In order to provide new ideas for the development of antibody drugs, the research and application progress of IgG4 isotype in therapeutic antibody drug development has been reviewed.

Recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) is a common chronic respiratory disease of children.The pathogenesis is complex,etiology and treatment methods are varied.Probiotics are immune modulators with extensive clinical application.This paper reviewed the changes of intestinal microflora in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and the mechanisms of probiotic treatment including intestinal flora regulation,intestinal mucosal barrier,stimulation of the growth of intestinal mucosa and immune regulation.

Objective To discuss the risk factors for occurrence of acute gout in the patient with hyperuricement so that the countermeasure can be made.Methods The data of routine health examination was collected and questionnaire was made in 1847 hyperuricemic patients.The single factor analysis and the Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the risk factors for acute gout such as age,sex,course of diseases,FBS,lipid,uric acid,and complicationas.Results Sex,BMI,positive family history and complication with hypertension and hyperlipidemiaand have the siginificantly influence on the attack of acute gout in hyperuricemic patients.Conclusion The nurse should know very well the risk factors for acute gout and its induction factors,strengthen patient's health education and make different measures for different factors.

Objective To explore artifactual responses of auditory steady-state reponses (ASSRs) to bone-conduction stimuli.Methods The present study involved a group of subjects,aged between 5 to 39 months,with bilateral profound sensorineural hearing losse.Recorded were the reponses to multiple bone-conducted 0.5,1,2,4 kHz tone pips repeated at the rates of 77～101 Hz.All the subjects were sedated by Hydrate Chloride during the testing.Results Artifactual ASSRs were seen at 115 and 100.5 dB (re:1?N) (The above levels are equivalent to around 60 dB HL) at 1 and 4 kHz.No artifactual responses were recorded at 0.5 and 2 kHz stimuli at the maximum output level.Conclusion Bone-conducted hearing loss greater than moderate can not be tested reliablely due to artifactual responses and lower maximum output level than that of air conduction.

Objective To investigate the high risk factors of chlamydia (CT) infection in female.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect 120 cases of gynecological clinic,including 60 cases asymptomatic patients before abortion and 60 cases patients with symptoms of mild genital itching,vaginal secretions slight increased.CT antigen in uterine cervix were detected,and the relationship between its symptoms,age,birth time,contraception,cervical condition,the number of sexual partners,mycoplasma and CT infection were analyzed.Results Among 120 cases,there were 28 cases of CT positive,positive rate was 23.3％ (28/120).CT infection rate of symptomatic and asymptomatic patients was 16.7％,30.0％ respectively,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05).The CT infection rate of patients' age younger than 30 years was 27.8％,higher than older than 30 years (10.0％),the difference was significant(x2=3.975,P＞0.05).The CT infection rate of patients had multiple sexual partners in nearly lyear was 62.5％,higher than that had one sexual partner(9.0％),the difference was significant(x2=37.42,P＞0.05).The CT infection rate of patients didn't use contraceptive tools was 29.1％,higher than that used contraceptive tools(12.2％),the difference was significant(x2=4.319,P＜0.05).Conclusion The symptoms of CT infection are no specificity,should be targeted at screening for patients have high-risk factors,such as age less than 30 years old,have multiple sexual partners nearly 1 year and don' t use contraceptive tools.
