Objective To explore clinical characteristics of Chinese patients with lupus erythematosus (LE).Methods Data were obtained from the Lupus Erythematosus Multicenter Case-control Study in Chinese populations (LEMCSC).A unified standard was used to recruit patients and collect clinical information. The EpiData 3.1 and SPSS 18 softwares were utilized to input and analyze data respectively. Results One thousand and six patients (87.6% female) with lupus erythematosus (LE) were included in this analysis,of whom,887 (89.9% female) had systemic LE (SLE),and 119 (70.6% female) had isolated cutaneous LE (CLE).The most common involved system in SLE patients was skin (72.7%),followed by joints (69.2%),hematological system (60.8%),kidney (48.5%),serosa (18.2%),and nervous system (5.7%).The appearance of LE-specific skin manifestations was associated with an increased risk of arthritis (odds ratio [OR] =1.612,95% confidence interval [CI]:1.181-2.200),but with a decreased risk of nephritis (OR =0.218,95% CI:0.157-0.303) and serositis (OR =0.311,95% CI:0.218-0.443).The presence of acute CLE (ACLE) lesions was a risk factor for systemic involvement (OR =4.931,95% CI:3.232-7.524),while that of chronic CLE (CCLE) lesions was a protective factor for systemic involvement (OR =0.355,95% CI:0.234-0.541).The appearance of LE-nonspecific skin manifestations was closely correlated with the involvement of internal organs in patients with LE.Conclusion This study revealed main characteristics of LE patients in China and the relationship between LE-related skin lesions and internal organ involvement.

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with mandibular fractures treated by micro rigid internal fixation.Method The following nursing methods including psychological interventions, pain intervention, dietary intervention, rehabilitation, intervention and prevention of complications were applied in the nursing care to 56 patients with mandibular fractures treated by micro rigid internal fixation. Results The surgical procedures of micro rigid internal fixation were successful, and all of them were cured and discharged. One case contracted gingivitis and another one oral ulcers, both cured by rinse with mouthwash. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitative effect on patients with titanium mandibular fracture fixation, reduce the complications and improve clinical outcomes.
3.Comparison of three methods for measuring C reaction protein
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(11):1470-1470,1473
Objective To compare the results of three methods for measuring C reaction protein. Methods 100 patients were collected from our hospital, and three different methods for measuring C reaction protein were used to analyze the level of C reaction protein. Results Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between immunoturbidimetric assay and immunochromatography was higher. The differences of three methods assayed the C reaction protein were significant (P <0.05 )among normal people by the variance analysis, but had not statistical significance among abnormal people (P >0.05).The differences among all of test peo-ple were significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Detection of C reaction protein was important for diagnose inflammatory diseases.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2012;(12):1146-1149
Objective To find a indicator in urine to assist diagnosis of cerebral infarction,we investigated the changes of urine ferritin in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Collected serum from 30 healthy volunteers and 53 patients with cerebral infarction(CI),with ratio of males to females 19∶11 vs.30∶ 23,and average age was (56 ± 11) vs.(63 ± 11) respectively.Collected urine from 39 heathy volunteers and 33 patients with CI,with ratio of males to females 25∶14 vs.20∶ 13,and average age was (57 ± 10) vs.(64 ± 11) respectively.Ferritin concentration in all samples was detected with the chemical luminescence method, and the urine ferritin/urine cretinin (uFer/uCr) ratio was calculated.Differences of serum ferritin and uFer/uCr between healthy volunteers and CI patients were analyzed with the statistical software under Wilcoxon test.Urinary proteins were extracted with absolute ethanol. The extracted ferritin was displayed with Western blot for light chains and heavy chains to investigate the difference between healthy volunteers and CI patients. Results uFer/uCr was higher than that from healthy volunteers (U =292.00,P <0.05),and the median was (14.86 vs.6.22) μg/g.Moreover,after extraction of urinary proteins with alcohol, both light chains and heavy chains of ferritin in urine from CI patients were much more obvious than that from healthy volunteers. Conclusion The uFer/uCr ratio could provide a new proof to assist the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(25):28-31
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of different therapeutic methods on borderline hypertension with metabolic syndrome patients. MethodsNinety borderline hypertension with metabolic syndrome patients were divided into three groups by random digits table with 30 cases: control group, conventional therapy group and intensive therapy group. The control group was given regular observation, the conventional therapy group took drug according to the disease situation; and the intensive therapy group not only formulated the aim of therapy, but also received diet control, sport therapy, healthy education and drug therapy. After 1 year's follow-up, the patients' changes were compared. ResultsAfter 1 year's follow-up,the levels of FPG, 2 h PG, 24 h mAlb and IMT were significantly increased(P < 0.05 ), and the levels of other index had no significant changes (P> 0.05) in control group. The levels of FPG,2 h PG,TC and TG were significantly decreased and IMT was significantly increased(P <0.05), the levels of other index had no significant changes(P > 0.05 ) in conventional therapy group. The levels of SBP, DBP, PP, FPG, 2 h PG, TC,TG,hs-CRP,24 h mAlb and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased and HDL-C, ABI were significantly increased (P < 0.01 or < 0.05 ) in intensive therapy group. After treatment, the levels of ABI and H DL-C were significantly higher and SBP, DBP, PP,TG, hs-CRP, 24 h mAlb, HOMA-IR, IMT were significantly lower in intensive therapy group than those in conventional therapy group (P < 0.01 or < 0.05 ). ConclusionsDrug therapy is efficient in borderline hypertension with metabolic syndrome patients, and intensive therapy can obviously improve the insulin resistance, to control the developing of hypertension can delay the vascular

OBJECTIVE: To develop a new form named dropping core pills which contain both water soluble and liposoluble constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine compounds. METHODS: Volatile, liposoluble and water-soluble constituents were extracted with supercritical fluid extraction-CO2,ethanol extraction, water decoction and membrane separation and other methods respectively. The dropping core pills were prepared with liposoluble and volatile constituents before being coated with water-soluble constituent. RESULTS: As compared with watered pills and dropping pills, dropping core pills had the advantages of both but overcome their shortages in that the dosage form was optimized, the amount of the reagent less and the resolving time was shorter. CONCLUSION: Dropping core pill was a new dosage form suitable for traditional Chinese Medicine compounds in which liposoluble and water-soluble components were both active compounds.
