OBJECTIVE To realize the situation of the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and the drug resistance among the female patients with urogenital tract infection.METHODS Totally 813 specimens in the female patients with urogenital tract infection were collected, cultured and tested for drug sensitivity with mycoplasma test drug sensitivity kit.RESULTS From the specimens of 813 cases the infection of Uu was in 296 cases(36.4%),the infection of Mh in 13 cases(1.6%),and the mixed was in 71(8.7%) cases, totally 380 cases(46.7%) were infected. The results of drug sensitivity showed that the sensitivities of Uu and Mh to josamycin, doxycycline and minocyclin were remarkable and the drug resistance of Uu and Mh to ofloxacin was the most prominent.CONCLUSIONS The infection of Uu and Mh is high among the femalepatients with urogenital tract infection.Especially the infection of Uu is usual.Uu and Mh have high drug resistance to many antibiotics, especially to ofloxacin. There is some difference between the drug resistances of Uu,Mh and Uu+Mh.To treat the infection of Mycoplasma some antibiotics are good choices, such as josamycin, doxycycline and minocyclin.

International Eye Science 2014;(6):1133-1135
AIM: To investigate the clinic efficacy and operation safety of improved small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in the sight-regaining program.
METHODS: Totally 82 cases ( 82 eyes ) included in the sight-regaining program of the cataract patients were underwent small incision extracapsular cataract extraction conbined with improved technology ( anterior capsule staining, continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis, auxiliary incision ) , postoperative visual recovery and operative complications were observed.
RESULTS: Postoperative visual acuity: uncorrected visual acuity when out of hospital: ≥0. 3 were 67 cases (82%);1wk after dismissed from hospital:≥0. 3 were 76 cases (93%), admist which ≥0. 8 were 45 cases (55%). There is no serious complication such as posterior capsule rupture, zonular dialysis, etc. in the operation.CONCLUSION: Combined use of improved technology can increase operation safety of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Liver fibrosis can be caused by chronic liver injury arising from various etiological factors. The activation of the hepatic stellate cell(HSC) is the central event in liver fibrosis, the apoptosis of which was the initiating factor for the reversal process. The apoptosis of HSC is very complicated. The signaling pathways lack of enough research in regulating and controlling and activating HSC's apoptosis. The apoptosis pathways as known currently mainly include mitochondrial pathway, death receptor pathway and non-death receptor pathway.Based on these signaling pathways, selectively inducing cell death of activated HSCs is becoming the new antifibrotic treatment. This review focuses on the new progress of HSC's apoptosis signaling pathways, and summarizes the drugs that have the effect of inducing HSC apoptosis.

AIM: To investigate the influence of diethylstilbestrol on metabolism and antioxidative functions in old castrated female rats in order to elucidate the physiological and pharmacological effects of estrogen therapy in climacteric. METHODS: The old female rats had been castrated, liver drug-metabolizing enzyme activities and antioxidative indexes were measured in rats treated with and without diethylstilbestrol (100 ?g?kg -1 , qd?40 d, ig). RESULTS: The activities of microsomal NADPH-Cyt C reductase, benzphetamine N-demethylase, aminopyrine N-demethylase, glutathione S-transferase, and the contents of microsomal cytochrome P450, cytochrome b_5 and homogenate glutathione remarkable decreased in the liver of castrated female rats. Meanwhile, an increase of liver malondialdehyde content was also observed. Treatment with diethylstilbestrol could reverse the changes of above indices except for cytochrome b_5. CONCLUSION: The decreased metabolism and antioxidative functions are related to the lower level of estrogen in old castrated female rats. Estrogen plays a significant role in keeping normal metabolism and antioxidative capacities of the liver.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(19):-
Objective To discuss the value of systolic blood pressure during recovery rate using treadmill exercise test to diagnose coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 88 patients underwent treadmill test and coronary angiography within 2 weeks, and the relativity was analysed between the third minute systolic blood pressure(3SBP)during recovery rate and the results of coronary angiography. Results The sensitivity、specificity、accuracy and prognostication of the third minute systolic blood pressure were:55.6%、82.0%、73.9% and 57.7%.Conclusion The index of the third minute systolic blood pressure is much more significant than the traditional ST standard in the specificity、accuracy and prognostication of diagnosing coronary heart disease.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1998;0(11):-
The rapid development of medical science and technology, which has greatly promoted the development of medicine and the improvement of diagnosis and treatment, has also brought about various negative impacts in clinical practice on the doctor-patient relationship. The paper attempts to analyze these impacts from such perspectives as medical treatment, society, ethics, and law and proposes some corresponding countermeasures in perspective of the present reality: (1)rationally controlling medical expenses; (2) effectively stepping up communication; (3)appropriately handling difficult ethical problems; (4) amplifying necessary health rules and regulations. The goal is to create a win-win situation for both progress in medical science and technology and improvement of the doctor-patient relationship.

Eight-year program education is the heated topic in the field of medical education across the country. The system of eight-year program education can be discussed as a system, from the view of system philosophy. We analyzed beth internal relationships and external relationships connected to the system,so as to look upon the eight-year program education in its entirety. And then we discussed about the problems of epistemology and methodology on that basis.
10.Reproducibility of Gleason scores in prostate cancer.
National Journal of Andrology 2016;22(1):37-41
OBJECTIVETo investigate the reproducibility of Gleason scores for prostate cancer.
METHODSBased on the revised Gleason Scoring System of the International Society of Urological Pathology ( ISUP) , we analyzed the reproducibility and difference of Gleason scores in 49 cases of prostate cancer using the methods of combination and grouping.
RESULTSThe total reproducibility of Gleason scores among 15 pathologists was good (κ = 0.642), 62.2% by the combination method, the highest in Gleason 5 + 5 (81.2%) and 5 +4 (73.3%), then in Gleason 4 + 4 (67.5%), 3 + 3 (64.0%), 4 +3 (61.3%), and 3 + 4 (44.0%), and the lowest in Gleason 4 + 5 (38.9%) and 3 + 5 (33.3%). The total reproducibility of Gleason scores by the grouping method was 71.4%, the highest in Gleason 9-10 (84.9%) , then in Gleason 7 (76.7%) and 6 (64.0%), and the lowest in Gleason 8 (60.7%).
CONCLUSIONThe reproducibility of Gleason scores remains to be further improved in prostate cancer, mainly concerning the understanding of Gleason 3 and 4 carcinoma.
