Objective:To investigate the effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer form ed on cobalt-chromium alloy surface.Methods:Fixed spot analysis of EPMA methods was adopted to measure the oxygen at o mic percentage inward from the edge of cross-section interface of alloy pieces. The adherent state of oxide layer on the surface of substrate alloy was observed .Results:The oxide layer on the surface of alloy had stable thickness and contain ed more and more oxide as porcelain firing times increased.In some area,oxide la yer fractured from the substrate metal.Conclusion:Cobalt-chromium alloy frame should be abrased and polished thoroughl y after porcelain bake cycles.

Objective:Through 51 SPECT and SPECT/CT systems for performance test results of the collation and analysis, to understand the status of the operation of the SPECT and SPECT/CT systems, and in-depth analysis of indicators and find out the weak links and puts forward suggestions for improvement. Methods:According to the NEMA standards and requirements of the manufacturer, the systems have been tested on intrinsic uniformity, intrinsic spatial linearity, intrinsic spatial resolution, maximum count rate, system sensitivity, system spatial resolution and tomographic spatial resolution. Results:The results show that the majority of SPECT or SPECT/CT systems can pass the test;the failure rate is 9.80%. And the failures mainly show intrinsic uniformity and intrinsic spatial linearity. Conclusion:It is effective to improve the equipment performance by doing well in the daily quality control, regular maintenance and calibration, reducing factors that influence the inherent uniformity and inherent linear.

Objective To analyse the effects of OPG (osteoprotegerin, OPG) at different concentrations on activity of osteoclasts (osteoclasts, OC) , and the relationship between them in physiological activity and function.Methods The bone marrow cells of six weeks old female mice were collected and cultured in vitro on the basis of adding different levels of OPG(10, 20, 50, 100 μg/L).The relationship between OPG and OC were analysed by tartrate resistant acid phosphatase ( TRAP) staining, F-actin cytoskeleton staining and bone resorption pits.Results OC showed adherent growth within 1h cultured, and there were no large multicore OC.Cultured for 5 days, the smaller monocytes gradually began to fusion with each other to form multinucleated cells and showed distinctive characteristics.After three days OPG treatment, the number of multicore cells gradually reduced with OPG concentration increaseing in experimental group, and showing a negative correlation between them(r=-0.516,P<0.05).And there were only a small amount of multinucleated cells at OPG concentration of 50 μg/L.At 20,50 μg/L of OPG concentration, OC number significantly decreased compared with control group (P<0.05), and when the concentration of OPG was 100μg/L, OC number showed significant reduction (P<0 01).the experimental group OPG bone resorption lacunae area, density and decrease the degree were positively correlated with concentration of OPG (r=0.459;r=0.426;r=0.389,P<0.05), and the area had a significant difference when two groups compared.Conclusion The inhibitive effects of OPG on OC function and activation increase with concentration increasing.

Patent legal system is a part of civil law,while protection system for the varieties of traditional Chinese medicines is involved in the market regulation law.Both of them emphasize on different aspects compiementarily in protecting traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with advantages and disadvantages.To meet the requirements of the development of TCM in the new era,protection scope of the protection system for varieties of traditional Chinese medicines should be promoted,examination system and elimination mechanisms should be improved through the inheritance and innovation of TCM,which may be conducive to protect rights and interests of TCM enterprises and improve the quality of varieties of traditional Chinese medicines.

With the development of the research ,gastrin secrete element and Reg gene families ,especial-ly the RegⅠand RegⅣ have a close relationship in biological behavior ,development and progress of digestive system tumor,the latter maybe play a role of oncogenes .So combination of gastrin with REG gene may contribute to the diagnosis of early gastric cancer ,and provides new target for prevention of gastric cancer .The present review summarized the related research progress on expression as well as clinical significant of gastrin and Reg gene in gastric cancer tissue .

Objective:To probe into the expression and the clinic significance of LEA on colorectal carcinoma. Methods:The expression of LEA and CEA in 140 colorectal cancer specimens and 100 colorectal non-cancerous specimens had been detectd by immunohistcchemistry S-P method.Results:The expression of LEA was relative to tumor differentiation degree and exhibits higher selectivity in high differentiation ade-nocarcinoma ( P 0.05) . Objective To analyze the influence factors on, and the relationship between, the system performance parameters by testing SPECT equipment.Methods By reference to National Electrical Manufactures Association standards and manufacturer's specifications, the performances of a total of 31 SPECTs in 12 provinces were measured, for the first time, with regard to their system spatial resolution (SSR) , system planar sensitivity (SPS) and tomographic spatial resolution (TPR).Results The results were as follows: (7.90 ± 0.62) mm for SSR, with the highest 9.46 mm and the lowest 7.04 mm;(78.54± 13.17)s-1· MBq-1 for SPS, with the highest 123.80 s-1 · MBq-1 and the lowest 56.70 s-1·MBq-1;and (13.12 ± 2.59) mm for TSR, with the highest 18.13 mm and the lowest 8.45 mm.These values indicated a nearly consistent upward and downward trend and could meet the clinical requirements by comparison with the manufactuer' s specifications.Conclusions Mutual restrictions have been shown between SSR and SPS.Increased thickness of the system crystal plane can improve the SPS, but also has a negative impact on the SSR.For all the above reasons, it is the optimum solution to choose the right type of collimator and crystal thickness for different clinical applications.

Objective:It is to discuss results and significance of PET/CT in the performance tests.Methods: According to NEMA NU 2-2007 Performance Measurements of Positron Emission Tomographs and GB 17589-2011 specifications for quality assurance test for computed tomography X-ray scanners standards, with phantoms of nuclear medicine and CT, performance testing was done.Results: Spatial Resolution (FWHM): transverse 1 cm 4.16 mm, axial: 1 cm 4.04 mm, transverse 10 cm 4.92 mm, axial: 10 cm 5.74 mm. Sensitivity: 9.6 s-1·kBq-1, scatter fraction: 35.4%, peak NEC rate: 1.69×105 s-1.Conclusion: According to manufacturers and national standards, the results of performances testing are up to standard. It is necessary to enhance the effect of in quality control(QC) of PET/CT and the fundamentality of the performance tests, so that the devices come to the demands for clinical practice.
