Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objective:To establish a microfluidic chip system for immunoassay. Methods:We use direct-writing laser micromachining technology to fabricate microfluidic chip, establish microfluidic chemiluminescence immunoassay system based on superparamagnetic microbeads, and use this system to detect alpha-fetoprotein. Results:We can complete the analysis within 20 minutes with 5?l sample or reagent, the linear range was 1-800 ng/ml with average intra-assay and inter-assay precision at 6.3% and 7.8%,respectively and average recovery at 94.3%. Conclusion:The microfluidic chip system is a time-saving,cost-low and convenient method for AFP analysis.
2.Controversies in neck dissection of papillary thyroid carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(7):523-526
Parpillary adenocarcinoma is the most common type of thyroid cancer with high probability of cervicel lymph node metastasis. Prophylactic neck dissection is not necessary for patients with clinical negative neck. Modified radical neck dissection is the standard for therapeutic neck dissection. The range of dissection remains controversial. Level Ⅰ is not included routinely, level Ⅱ is recommended. Dissection of level Ⅴ may cause malfunction of the neck and shoulder, clinical negative level Ⅴ for low-risk group can be avoided with close follow-up. Rountine central lymph node dissection tends to reduce the local recurrence. Selective neck dissection for thyroid parpillary adenocarcinoma needs more investigations.
3.The comparison of the treatment effect of continuous intravenous infusion and sequential therapy in pneumonia in children
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(6):834-835
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and significance of continuous intravenous infusion and sequential therapy in pneumonia in children. Methods 90 patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 patients in each group, observation group received continuous intravenous infusion, the control group received sequential therapy. The expectoration and rales disappear time, chest X-ray and body temperature return to normal time, clinical efficacy were observed. Results The expectoration and rales disappear time, chest X-ray and body temperature return to normal time were longer than control group, which were significantly different (x2 =6.21,P < 0.05),the total effective rate of observation group was 77.8%,the total effective rate of control group was 97.8%,the differences were statistically significant (t =3.58,4.62,6.18,7.01,all P < 0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy treatment pneumonia in children has better clinical effect, shorter hospital stay and worthy of clinical application.
4.Basic and Translational Research of Vascular Calcification
Journal of Sun Yat-sen University(Medical Sciences) 2017;38(2):184-188,214
Vascular calcification is a common pathology frequently occurred in the process of atherosclerosis ,hypertension , diabetes, chronic kidney disease, vascular injury and aging, resulting in an increased prevalence of cardiovascular events. Along with the social aging process, the incidence becomeshigher, andthis attract more attention. This review summarized a series of our works on vascular calcification in recent years ,including the update concept of vascular calcification ,recent classification and mechanism, and the confusion and hope in experimental and translational researches. This article aiming to promote further studies on the mechanisms and prevention of vascular calcification.
5.Analysis of the Characteristics between Clinic and Laboratory Examinations in Children with Infectious Mononucleosis
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the clinical characteristics and laboratory examinations. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data in 172 patients diagnosed as infectious mononucleosis(IM)in our department recently. Results The onset rate was high from 3 to7 years old.The main clinical presentations included fever, neck lymphadenopathy, pharyngitis, hepatomegaly, and splenomegaly. Some patients accompanied with obvious sonorous. The occurring rate of the complications was 74.4%,especially deteriorated liver function was the most common, next came to the lung infection. The proportion of atypical lymphocytes raised in 73.3% cases. The positive rate of EBV-VCA-IGM was 65.1%.Myocardium ferment chart went up in 27.9% cases,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased fast in 61.6%,CRP gently got higher in 62.8%.However,the ratio of atypical lymphocyte and EBV-VCA-IGM positive or negative had little to do with the pathologic condition and complications in IM.Conclusions The clinical progress of most IM is benign and multiple organs can be involved with atypical clinical manifestations.Examination for atypical lymphocytes is an easy and effective means to screen IM.
6.The research of the glucokinase target for the treatment of diabetes
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Glucokinase (GK) is considered to be the key regulatory enzyme in glucose metabolism, whose activity changing will lead to glucose metabolic disturbance and diabetes. Recently, people have realized that there is a good extensive perspective in diabetes research by means of glucokinase investigation. In this paper, we review the mechanism of diabetes resulting from abnormality of glucokinase activity and the status of glucokinase activators, propose the viewpoint that glucokinase is a powerful target for diabetes therapy and research, and illuminate that searching of glucokinase activators is the guidance in the future.
7.Clinical Significance of Serum ECP and IgE in Children with Asthma
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
0.05).Conclusions These results suggest that the level of serum ECP can reflect the inflammation in the bronchial tube and the activated state of eosincyte more sensitively than IgE.
8.Effects of Bacille Calmette Guerin on immunological function of infants with bronchiolitis
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
AIM:To approach the effects of Bacille Calmette-Guerin(BCG)on immunological function of infants with bronchiolitis in vitro. METHODS: The monocytes were segregated from the peripheral blood of infants with acute bronchiolitis and healthy infants as control. The cytokines of IL-10 and IL-12 were measured by ELISA after interfered with different concentrations of BCG in vitro. IL-4, produced by lymphocytes treated with the cultural supernatant of BCG-stimulated monocytes were determined by ELISA. Acute bronchiolitis infants and health children treated with normal saline were as control. RESULTS: BCG stimulated IL-10 and IL-12 production in a dose response manner in a certain concentration range. The higher level of IL-10 was observed when BCG concentration reached 50 ?L/mL, while IL-12 had no significant increase. The level of IL-4 was markedly decreased compared with pre-treatment (P

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To study the washing effect of three different methods with the multienzymatic detergent to keep the surgical instruments moist.METHODS The surgical instruments which were selected within five days were washed by three different methods with the multienzymatic detergent to keep moist. The washing effect was compared by eyes and with 5 times magnifying glass and with OB test paper.RESULTS There were prominent difference to washing effect among three methods to keep the surgical instruments moist(P
10.The Correlation between Self-worth and Mental Health in Middle School Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective:To examine the correlation between the self-worth and mental health of middle school students .Methods:The Scale of Self-worth for Young Students and the SCL-90 were admemestered to a sample of 699 middle school students. Results:Analysis showed significant negative correlation between self-worth and the SCL-90 and mental health of middle school students, the SCL-90 scores of students with high self-worth were significantly different from that of students with low self-worth.Conclusion:The higher the self-worth of middle school students is ,the better their mental health is.
