1.Characteristics of various ossicular replacement prostheses
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(10):-
China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) was undertaken to identify relevant articles. This article aims to classify data on ossicular replacement prosthesis (ORP) and to analyze the application of different kinds of ORP to auditory rehabilitation. Studies demonstrated that different ORP had different advantage or disadvantage. Autologous cartilage is convenient to obtain and difficult to absorb such as antilobium cartilage, nasal septum cartilage and so on. But degeneration and absorption are detected in a long-term. Homograft tooth with good histocompatibility, tooth sound conduction, weak rejection and high stability is easy to collect, to store for a long time, and to apply in clinic, as well as without organic matter after disposing. However, this kind of tooth is easy to move and cannot be used by most physicians. Titanium ORP possesses good biocompatibility and histocompatibility, avirulence, corrosion resistant properties, light mass, and is hard to dislocate, can firmly connect to the stirrup bone, resulting in a postoperative significant outcome. Bioceramic ORP is widely used in ear surgery, because it has inorganic salt component, good biocompatibility, and low dislocation rate. With deep studies on biomaterials and discovery of new materials, many scholars have designed a compound auditory ossicle to combine the predominance of various materials and to avoid their shortcomings.

Glargine, pre-mixed insulin 30R, aspart 30, human insulin and aspart ranked the top five in the sum of money with the proportion above 80%. Pre-mixed insulin 30R, aspart 30, glargine, human insulin and common insulin ranked the top 5 in DDDs. Conclusion:The application of insulin and its analogs is wide in clinics, and the usage and sum of money both show rapid growth trend.
3.Development of new-type intelligent medicine chest based on Java and PLC technologies
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(3):6-10
Objective To develop a new intelligent medicine chest to update medical prescription and select medicine automatically based on the patient's requirements. Methods Information interaction was realized with Bluetooth and the connection between Java-based Yiyi health management app and a PLC module of the chest,so that auto dressing, medicine sorting and distribution could be executed according to medical prescription. The medicine chest was composed of PLC,constant-speed motor, sheave, lead rail mechanism, guide slot for medicine distribution, base, stricking mechanism and pushpull electromagnet. Results The chest eliminated medicine abuse, missed use or excessire use of the elderly. Conclusion The chest gains advantages in structure and function, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(02):-
Objective To make the clinical evaluation of Targis/Vectris restorations. Methods 337 cases with Targis/Vectris restorations were rechecked 12~50 months after cementation respectively. The restorations were evaluated clinically according to the USPHS standard. Results The changes of Targis/Vectris restorations in colour match, boundary line, wear and tear, marginal adaptation and surface grain were not obvious within 12~50 months. The secondary caries were not found. The successful rate of the restorations was 95.4 %.Conclusion The clinical prosthetic results of Targis/Vectris restorations are reliable.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;31(23):3850-3853
Objective To investigate relationship between different degrees of asymptomatic carotid artery stenosis and cognitive impairment. Methods The cognitive function were evaluated with the montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) in 80 patients with asymptomatic carotid artery stenosis and 56 controls, the total MoCA scores and subprojects scores were compared between the patients with different degrees of ACS and controls. Results The total MoCA score, visual space and executive function, attention and delayed recall had significant difference among the mild, moderate, severe ACS patients and control group (all P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance of the total MoCA score and the scores of all subprojects between the patients of mild ACS patients and the control group (all P > 0.05). The total MoCA score and the scores of visual space and executive function , attention and delayed recall in moderate and severe ACS patients were significantly lower than the control group and mild ACS patients (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the severe ACS patients, compared with the moderate ACS patients , performed worse on the cognitive tasks which involved visual space and executive function, attention and delayed recall (P < 0.05). Conclusions Cognitive function is impaired in the patients with moderate and severe ACS,the neuropsychological characteristics are mainly impaired in visual space and executive function, attention and delayed recall.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2016;36(4):367-370
Atherosclerosis is a vascular inflammatory disease.Vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques mainly lead to severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as myocardial infarction and stroke. The research on the early diagnosis of vulnerable plaques becomes currently urgent. As a noninvasive molecular modality, the nuclear medicine imaging (with specific radiolabeled probes) has been used for the detection of unstable plaques, and for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of anti-atherosclerotic drugs.Nuclear imaging techniques for detecting metabolic activity, inflammation, hypoxia, angiogenesis, apoptosis, and microcalcification in unstable plaques are summarized in this review.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;(1):17-20
Objective To study the protective effect and Bcl-2 expression of salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment on retinal ischemia-reperfu-sion injury ( RIRI) . Methods One hundred and thirty two Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the ischemia-reperfusion group and the salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment group. The model of retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury was constructed by increas-ing the intraocular pressure. The ischemia-reperfusion and salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment group were divided into five subgroups according to the different reperfusion time (6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h). Observe the histological changes in retina by HE staining. The SABC ( strept avidin-biotin complex) and Western-blot were used to measure changes of Bcl-2 protein levels in retinal. Results The positive ex-pression of Bcl-2 protein was weak in normal group. In the ischemia-reperfusion group and salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment group, the expres-sion of Bcl-2 protein began to increase at 6 hours after reperfusion, reached the peak at 24 hours after reperfusion, began to decrease at 48 hours after reperfusion, and started to weaken at 72 hours after reperfusion. The variation tendency of the two groups were the same, however, the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly stronger in the salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment group compared with ischemia-reperfusion group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza pretreatment can protect the retina by reducing retinal ganglion cells apoptosis in retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury. The mechanism may be achieved by regulating the expression of Bcl-2 protein.

Objective The female nipple hypertrophy and mammary hypotrophy can be corrected by simultaneous operation to get more beautiful mammary profile. This study is to explore the new methods for mammary augmentation and nipple reduction. Methods The modified Regnault method was used to correct nipple hypertrophy. The procedures included removing a peripheral portion of the nipple and collapsing the distal portion of it. Other surgical technique was also applied for reduction of nipple height and diameter without affecting the central lactiferous ducts. Mammary augmentation was performed by putting a prosthesis in pectoralis major muscle through an endoscopy on transaxillary incision. Results The procedures were undertaken in 9 cases since 1998, in which 8 cases had been followed up for 3 to 12 months. The results of mammary augmentation and reduction of nipple were satisfactory. The appearance was fine with inconspicous scars, and there were no complications related to surgery. Conclusion The procedures for simultaneous plasty of the nipple hypertrophy and mammary hypotrophy are safe, simple and effective. [
