1.Characteristics of various ossicular replacement prostheses
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(10):-
China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) was undertaken to identify relevant articles. This article aims to classify data on ossicular replacement prosthesis (ORP) and to analyze the application of different kinds of ORP to auditory rehabilitation. Studies demonstrated that different ORP had different advantage or disadvantage. Autologous cartilage is convenient to obtain and difficult to absorb such as antilobium cartilage, nasal septum cartilage and so on. But degeneration and absorption are detected in a long-term. Homograft tooth with good histocompatibility, tooth sound conduction, weak rejection and high stability is easy to collect, to store for a long time, and to apply in clinic, as well as without organic matter after disposing. However, this kind of tooth is easy to move and cannot be used by most physicians. Titanium ORP possesses good biocompatibility and histocompatibility, avirulence, corrosion resistant properties, light mass, and is hard to dislocate, can firmly connect to the stirrup bone, resulting in a postoperative significant outcome. Bioceramic ORP is widely used in ear surgery, because it has inorganic salt component, good biocompatibility, and low dislocation rate. With deep studies on biomaterials and discovery of new materials, many scholars have designed a compound auditory ossicle to combine the predominance of various materials and to avoid their shortcomings.
2.Clinical Application Analysis of Insulin and Its Analogs in Hospitals of Nanjing during 2011-2013
China Pharmacist 2015;(1):119-121
Objective:To evaluate the application status and change trends of insulin and its analogs in Nanjing area during 2011 to 2013. Methods:The varieties, sales amount and DDDs of insulin and its analogs in 43 hospitals of Nanjing during 2011 to 2013 were analyzed. Results:The use of insulin and its analogs was increased year by year from 2011 to 2013 with the average annual growth rate of 16%. Glargine, pre-mixed insulin 30R, aspart 30, human insulin and aspart ranked the top five in the sum of money with the proportion above 80%. Pre-mixed insulin 30R, aspart 30, glargine, human insulin and common insulin ranked the top 5 in DDDs. Conclusion:The application of insulin and its analogs is wide in clinics, and the usage and sum of money both show rapid growth trend.
3.Prevention and treatment overview of deep vein thrombosis in perioperative period
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(5):463-465
This article analyzed both the etiopathogenisis and high risk factors of DVT in patients of orthopaedics diseases. Furthermore, it explained both the prophylaxis and therapies of DVT from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),western medicine, and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine point of view.
4.Development of new-type intelligent medicine chest based on Java and PLC technologies
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(3):6-10
Objective To develop a new intelligent medicine chest to update medical prescription and select medicine automatically based on the patient's requirements. Methods Information interaction was realized with Bluetooth and the connection between Java-based Yiyi health management app and a PLC module of the chest,so that auto dressing, medicine sorting and distribution could be executed according to medical prescription. The medicine chest was composed of PLC,constant-speed motor, sheave, lead rail mechanism, guide slot for medicine distribution, base, stricking mechanism and pushpull electromagnet. Results The chest eliminated medicine abuse, missed use or excessire use of the elderly. Conclusion The chest gains advantages in structure and function, and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2002;0(02):-
Objective To make the clinical evaluation of Targis/Vectris restorations. Methods 337 cases with Targis/Vectris restorations were rechecked 12~50 months after cementation respectively. The restorations were evaluated clinically according to the USPHS standard. Results The changes of Targis/Vectris restorations in colour match, boundary line, wear and tear, marginal adaptation and surface grain were not obvious within 12~50 months. The secondary caries were not found. The successful rate of the restorations was 95.4 %.Conclusion The clinical prosthetic results of Targis/Vectris restorations are reliable.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(3):548-557
The growing rate of public health problem for increasing number of people afflicted with poor sleep quality suggests the importance of developing portable sleep electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring systems. The system could record the overnight EEG signal, classify sleep stages automatically, and grade the sleep quality. We in our laboratory collected the signals in an easy way using a single channel with three electrodes which were placed in frontal position in case of the electrode drop-off during sleep. For a test, either silver disc electrodes or disposable medical electrocardiographic electrodes were used. Sleep EEG recorded by the two types of electrodes was compared to each other so as to find out which type was more suitable. Two algorithms were used for sleep EEG processing, i. e. amplitude-integrated EEG (aEEG) algorithm and sample entropy algorithm. Results showed that both algorithms could perform sleep stage classification and quality evaluation automatically. The present designed system could be used to monitor overnight sleep and provide quantitative evaluation.
