●METHODS: Totally 60 patients with cataract in our hospital from November 2011 to September 2013 were included as the observation group, and 60 patients with eye traumas were as the control group. The serum, aqueous humor and tear lL - 2, slL - 2, NO, TAC, and SOD of two groups were detected and compared, and the detection levels of patients with different stages were compared.
●RESULTS: The serum, aqueous humor and tear lL-2, TAC, and SOD of observation group were all lower than those of control group, the slL-2 and NO were all higher than those of control group. The serum, aqueous humor and tear detection levels of patients at different stages had obvious differences, and the aqueous humor lL - 2 were lower than those of serum and tear, the slL-2 were higher than those of serum and tear, with statistically significant differences.
●CONCLUSlON: The change of serum, aqueous humor and tear lL-2, slL-2, NO, TAC, and SOD of patients are all great, and the influence of the stages for those indexes are great too, the inflammatory response state of aqueous humor are more obvious.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the etiologies of children with gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB), and the relationship between the pathological findings and clinical. Methods Gastroscopy or proctoscope was performed in 153 children with GIB. Pathological studies and tests as for helicobactor pylori (Hp) were undertaken. Results Among 153 children,140 cases(91.5 %) had definite diagnosis, including 74 children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB) and 66 cases with lower gastrointestinal bleeding(LGIB). Gastric pathologic study was conducted in 56 cases. All patients had chronic superficial gastritis(CSFG). Hp test was positive in 33 patients. There was significant difference in the positive rate of Hp test between patients with gastritis or duodenitis and those with ulcers (P

OBJECTIVETo observe the efficacy of He-wei Jie-gu (Chinese characters) decoction on femoral intertrochanteric fractures after internal fixation in elderly.
METHODSFrom January 2010 to January 2012, 90 elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in experimental group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, He-wei Jie-gu decoction and Caltrate D in oral, including 18 males and 27 females with an average age of (77.8±11.3) years old ranging from 65 to 89 years old;the time from injured to operation was 2 to 9 days with an average of (6.6±2.1) days; according to Evans-Jensen classification, 17 cases were in type I, 8 in type II, 15 in type III, 3 in type IV, 2 in type V. Meanwhile, the patients in control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, Caltrate D in oral, including 16 males and 29 females with an average age of (81.2±9.6) years old ranging from 67 to 91 years old; the time from injury to operation was 2 to 10 days with an average of (6.8±2.6) days; according to Evans-Jensen classification, 15 cases were in type I, 10 in type II, 14 in type III, 4 in type W, 2 in type V. The VAS score, hip BMD value before and after treatment, fracture healing and the Harris function score after operation were recorded and compared.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 3 to 9 months with an average of (5.6±2.8) months. Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the experimental group had an obviously reduction (F=98.138, P<0.01) after treatment; the hip BMD value at 3 months after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the fracture healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Harris score in 3 months of follow-up in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (t=2.542, P<0.05); all the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONHe-wei Jie-gu decoction can reduce postoperative pain and increase bone mineral density after internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly, promote the fracture healing and functional recovery in the hip joint.

Objective To investigate the clinical and MRI features and pathogenic mechanism of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Six cases of PRES in SLE proved by integrated clinical diagnosis were collected from January 2008 to December 2013.The clinical and MRI features of these patients were studied retrospectively and the related literatures were reviewed. Results The initial episode of nervous system was involved in 4 cases. The clinical presentations were headache (2 cases),seizures (4 cases),acute confusion state (2 cases),altered mentation (1 case) and vision change (1 case). All cases had lupus nephritis and hypertension,in which 4 cases had renal failure;6 cases were treated with immunosuppressive agents and 4 cases with cyclophosphamide for lupus nephritis when they developed PRES.The vasogenic edema lesions were distributed in the parietal or occipital lobe (5 cases),the frontal lobe (4 cases),temporal lobe (4 cases),basal ganglia (3 cases),splenium (1 case) and cerebellar hemispheres (2 cases).Three major patterns of PRES included dominant parietal-occipital (2 cases),the holohemispheric watershed (3 cases),and superior frontal sulcal (1 case). Conclusions The clinical and MRI findings of PRES in patients with SLE are typical.Awareness of this entity as early as possible can help to improve curative effect and prognosis.

The hom gene encoding for homoserine dehydrogenase was amplified from the genomic DNA of Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13032.After the kanamycin-resistant gene(Km)cassette from plasmid pET28a was inserted into the center of hom,the hom::Km cassette was then electroporated into the competent cell of C.glutamicum ATCC 13032.And kanamycin-resistant clones were obtained.PCR was performed to confirm whether the Km gene was integrated into the hom gene of these clones and the recombinant strains of hom-disrupted were screened out.Fermentation results showed that the lysine yield of the hom-disrupted strain C.g-hom::Km-8 reached 4.7 g/L,which was 6.7 times that of C.glutamicum ATCC 13032.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
In order to isolate genes related with the osmoadaptation and glycerol metabolism of Candida glycerinogenes, a transformation system based on the dominant selectable marker Zeocin and restriction enzyme-mediated integration (REMI) was established. Effects of seven restriction enzymes on transformation efficiency of C.glycerinogenes were tested. Transformation conditions were optimized in the presence of Hind III. Under the optimal conditions of OD_ 600 ≈1.3, voltage of 1.5 kV, 2.0?10~9 competent cells/mL, 100 units of Hind III added, the transformation efficiency was up to 129 trnaformants/?g DNA. 58% of transformants were stable on nonselective medium. These results suggest that REMI technique would be beneficial to the genetic transformation of C.glycerinogenes.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(01):-
A method to determine dihydroxyacetone (DHA) in fermentation broth was developed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). DHA was separated on a Alltima C18(5?m,250?4.6mm). The mobile phase was 0.5% methanol solution (pH adjusted to 3.0 with H3PO4), the flow-rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 200 nm. The detection limits of DHA was 0.1 g/L~10.0 g/L. 6.2 g/L DHA in the fermentation broth was detected by HPLC, which was in agreement with the result by spectrophotometric method. The method was applicable for DHA determination in the fermentation process.
