OBJECTIVE:To strength pharmacy management,improve pharmacy stocktaking efficiency and lower the error rate of the stocktaking in outpatient pharmacy.METHODS:Based on "Army No.1" inventory management system,the data were retrieved and adjusted using Excel spreadsheet,and the inter-district small-scale inventory table of the outpatient pharmacy was designed in which certain individuals should be responsible for certain drugs and the order of drugs in the inventory table were in line with the arrangement order of drugs.RESULTS:The new drug stocktaking model reduced the error rate of traditional monthly drug stocktaking by 3%.CONCLUSION:The established drug stocktaking method reduces human and material resources,facilitates a more flexible,convenient and rapid stocktaking,and greatly enhances the conformity rate between drugs and accounts.

METHODS: In daily work, performance score of a job was related with quality evaluation using grouping work model and management method of allocating a specific responsibility to a specific person. RESULT & CONCLUSION: The work process of central pharmacy is clear and plays a great role in economizing on resources relatively.

This paper briefly analyzed and discussed the current status and major scientific challenges of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulaology research. To promote formulaology research, a new strategy and corresponding technology, network formulaology, were proposed to reveal the complex interaction between functional chemome and biological responses network. The research framework and directions of network formulaology were also summarized and prospected.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical features of nosocomial infection of malignant tumor in our hospital.METHODS The clinical material of 6967 malignant tumor patients with hospital infection was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS From them 409 patients got nosocomial infection and the infection rate was 5.87%;respiratory infection was the main infection(57.9%),digestive tract infection was the rext(18.83%).G-pathogens accounted for 43.22%,fungi infection for 36.91%,in which the Candida were the head pathogens.The risk factors were age,antibiotic usage,invasive operation and anti-tumor treatments.CONCLUSIONS The malignant tumor is easy to cause the hospital infection.Strengthening the nosocomial infection management,controlling the risk factors,and the standardzed antibiotic usage can reduce the nosocomial infection occurrence.

The bioactive materials, such as biological glass, hydroxyl apatite, glass ceramics which contains the hydroxyl apatite and wollastonite, are possible to unify with the bone tissue together. However, many questions like whether the materials contact and unify directly with the bone, whether the speeds of unification have the differences, and whether materials themselves simultaneously have abilities to promote the bone formation are not clear and wait for the exposition. The researches have been made to observe the contact surface between biological material and bone, as well as the relationship among the apatite level and the bioactivity of materials through the transmission electron microscopy. In addition, in vivo hybridization has been used to discuss the mRNA expression and its influence in the cell around materials. The conclusion is that the bioactivity of glass ceramics is higher than that of hydroxyl apatite, with the easy unification with bone tissue.

BackgroundThe research of corneal thickness after pars plana vitrectomy in DM patient plays an important role not only theoretically but clinically.Objective Present study was to evaluate the change in corneal thickness after pars plana vitrectomy.Methods A prospective coherent study was designed.Seventy-five eyes of 70 consecutive diabetic retinopathy(DR) patients were collected in Tianjin Medical University Eye Center.Pentacam was used to assess the central and periphery corneal thickness by the same investigator preoperatively and 7 days,1 and 3 months postoperatively,respectively.The thickness values from five corneal zone were obtained,including cornea vertex,the thinnest point of the cornea,periphery cornea near the scleral incision of 4 mm away to vertex of cornea on vertical and 240°,120°,60° meridian ( right eye) or 300°,120°,60° meidian ( left eye ).These results were compared and analyzed with ANOVA of repeated measurement data.Subgroup analysis was performed to evaluate the influence of different corneal positions,the use of conventional 20g or 23g transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy(TSV) groups,surgery duration,gas or fluid endotamponde on corneal thickness.This study was approved by Ethic Committee of this hospital.Written informed consent was obtained from the subjects before any relative medical procedure.Results The mean corneal thickness was ( 639.9 ± 103.1 ),( 689.5 ± 119.3 ),( 666.5 ±113.7),( 650.8 ± 108.6 ) μm before operation,postperative 7 days,1 and 3 months respectively.As covariates appearing in the model,the corneal thickness change rates were revised as the parameters as following: diabeitc duration =13.0 and age =57.2.The revised corneal thickness was significant different among various time points( F=210.928,P=0.000) and different corneal zones(F=24.843,P=0.000) with the size order in turn P4＞P3＞P1＞P2＞P5.The corneal thickness change rates were less in 23g TSV group compared with conventional 20-g group (F =53.843,P =0.000) and BSS tamponade group compared with gas tamponade group ( F =5.288,P =0.022).But no significant difference was found in the revised corneal thickness among surgery duration ＜ 1 hour group,1-2 hour group and ＞2 hour group( F=1.233,P =0.293).ConclusionsVitrectomy is a safe procedure on the ground of cornea,but TSV and fluid endotamponade appear to be more beneficial to the protection of cornea.Pentacam could offer the reliable data in not only central cornea but also periphery cornea.
