1.Ethics Thinking on Construction of Medical Dispute Prevention and Control Mechanism Under the Perspective of Crisis Management
Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(5):712-714
Discussion on the construction of medical dispute prevention and control mechanism from the per -spective of crisis management and the ethical thinking are conducive to the effective prevention , control and solution of medical disputes .This can promote the healthy development of the doctor -patient relationship and has the im-portant value of ethics .At present , should strengthen the crisis management from the aspect of ethics to control medical disputes in the following aspects: establishing the medical dispute crisis -prevention mechanism by strengthening the training of medical staff′s medical ethics and medical skill;establishing the medical dispute crisis-resolution mechanism under the principle of respect for life and the patient first;establishing the medical dispute crisis assessment and post -processing mechanism around the idea of love , gratitude , and excellence development .
2.The Effects of Low-Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on Tinnitus
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2017;25(5):484-487
Objective To explore the effects and safety of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on treating tinnitus. Methods A total of 102 normal hearing patients with tinnitus underwent active rTMS in the left temporoparietal region.Repetitive TMS consisted of 1 000 stimulations at 1 Hz daily and 110% of the motor cortex threshold for 5 consecutive days per week (Monday to Friday) for 2 weeks.A visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess tinnitus loudness. All participants were interviewed regarding age, gender, tinnitus duration, laterality and pitch etc. Results Low-frequency rTMS significantly decreased tinnitus in the head after the active stimulation. After rTMS treatments, 34 cases of tinnitus in the head showed an effective rate of 70.6%, in which 2 patients reported complete tinnitus disappearance (5.9%), 22 cases had significantly reduced effect.Sixty-eight patients in the control group showed an effective rate of 64.7%, in which 1 case''s tinnitus disappeared (1.5%) and 43 cases significantly reduced.According to the results of PTA,the hearing thresholds of the two groups had no significant difference between before and after the treatment. There were no headaches, dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, burns, seizures in all the patients after treatment. Conclusion Active low-frequency rTMS resulted in a significant reduction in the loudness of tinnitus in the head.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(01):-
AIM: To study the enhancing effect of penetration enhancer on percutaneous absorption of antifungal agents. METHODS: Percutaneous penetration experiment was performed on device in vitro, and the deposit effects were observed with vivoperception. RESULTS: Combination of 1-menthol (1%) and azone (1%) showed the best effect on percutaneous absorption of cidopicox olamine, and 1-menthol (1%) had the best effect on percutaneous absorption of salysic acid. The compound penetration enhancer, consisting of 1-menthol (1%), azone (1%), propylene glycol ( 2.5%) and oleic acid ( 2.5%), had prominent action on absorption of cidopirox olamine through rabbit skins, and shorten the lag times obviously. CONCLUSION: L-menthol and azone can significantly enhance the percutaneous absorption of both salysic acid and cidopicox olamine. Combination of 1-menthol and azone can further increase the absorption.c

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(19):-
Objective To discuss the value of systolic blood pressure during recovery rate using treadmill exercise test to diagnose coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 88 patients underwent treadmill test and coronary angiography within 2 weeks, and the relativity was analysed between the third minute systolic blood pressure(3SBP)during recovery rate and the results of coronary angiography. Results The sensitivity、specificity、accuracy and prognostication of the third minute systolic blood pressure were:55.6%、82.0%、73.9% and 57.7%.Conclusion The index of the third minute systolic blood pressure is much more significant than the traditional ST standard in the specificity、accuracy and prognostication of diagnosing coronary heart disease.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;(4):310-315
Death of nerve cells after cerebral ischemia have a variety of forms, including cell necrosis occurs immediately in ischemic core area and the subsequent apoptosis and autophagy induced by oxidative stress and inflammatory response in the course of reperfusion. After cerebral ischemia,a variety of different molecular mechanisms eventually lead to cell death, and the process involves several signaling pathways.Intervention of different forms and mechanisms of cell death may alleviate cell death after cerebral ischemia.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2015;(2):184-185,186
Purpose To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-100 in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC) . Methods LNA-modified miR-100 fluorescent probe was used to detect the formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues of 29 cases of HCC, while 10 cases of normal human liver tissues were used as the control group. Results Analysis of fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH) showed that, in all normal tissues miR-100 expression were positive, fluorescence signal located in the cytoplasm, while only 11 cases of HCC were positive, and there was a significant difference between both positive rates (100% vs 37. 9%, P<0. 01). In addition, with the degree of differentiation of HCC decreased, the expression of miR-100 showed a decreasing trend, positive rate of the well differentiation group and moderate differentiation group was significantly higher than the poor differentiation group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Detection of miR-100 expression in HCC tissue might be helpful to evaluate the pathologic grade of the tumors.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(5):450-451
Previous teaching of"Four Classic Subject" of TCM was a passive process for students to learn. Problem based learning (PBL), being an original teaching mode, could provoke activeness and conduce to group spirit of students. However, at present, there were problems such as inadequate teaching ability of teachers, not enough supply of teachers, short of corresponding teaching materials, and lack of independence and group spirit of students, which needed to be solved badly.
