Objective To discuss the clinical effect of behavioral therapy combined with pramipexole in patients’ degree of depression and non-motor symptoms in early-onset Parkinson’s disease and depression. Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with early-onset Parkinson’s disease and depression were equally divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each groups.Patients in control group were given pramipexole, while patients in observation group were given pramipexole and behavioral therapy. The hamilton depression ( HAMD) scale, Zung self-rating depression scale and unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale ( UPDRS ) were used to evaluate and measure the change of degree of depression and non-motor symptoms. Results Before treatment, the HAMD score, Zung score, UPDRS II score and UPDRS III score between two groups had no statistical difference; after treatment, the HAMD score, Zung score, UPDRS II score and UPDRS III score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The HAMD score, and Zung score between two groups had no statistical difference at the end of 4th weekends, and compared with control group, those scores in observation group were much better at the end of 8th and 12th weekend (P<0.05).The UPDRS II and UPDRS III between two group had no statistical difference at the end of 4-8th week, while those scores in observation group were better than those in control group at the end of 12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral therapy combined with pramipexole has a great effect on the improvement of patients’ degree of depression and non-motor symptoms, which has a positive promotion on patients’ life quality.

Analysis was made in 3 patients with central nervous system lymphoma(CNSL) with different manifestations;neuroradiological and immunocytological investigations were used to improve the clinical diagnosis of CNSL.Three patients with CNSL presented with 3 distinct profiles:diffuse meningeal invasion, intracranial masses of tumor and intramedullary spinal invasion. Both contrast enhanced CT and MR provided CNSL lesions in the brain parenchyma and meninges. It is suggested that combining CT,MR findings and immunological markers can improve clinical diagnosis of CNSL.

Objective To study the relationship of peripheral vascular disease(PVD) with gender and serum uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Lower extremities of 82 male and 70 female patients with type 2 diabetes were screened for PVD by color Doppler uhrasonography, and the levels of serum uric acid, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and serum lipid were examined. Results In male, serum uric acid(328.12?107.30) ?mol/L,age(65.00?9.66) yrs, durations of diabetes(7.38?6.17) yrs, HBA_1Cc(7.74?1.83)% were significantly higher in the diabetic patients with PVD than those in patients without PVD.And these changes were not shown in female patients. In male, the detectable rate of PVD(82.14%)in diabetics with high level uric acid was also increased than that in normal uric acid group(53.70%).Conclusion The higher level of serum uric acid in type 2 diabetics was closely related with the occurrence of peripheral vascular disease in male.So we should actively control the level of serum uric acid in male.

Objective To study the effects of different anesthetic methods on stress response in patients during laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 45 patients scheduled for laparoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 15) , group B( n = 15) and group C (n = 15). blood samples was taken from patients in each group before anaesthesia, at 10 min and 40 min after pneumoperitomeum with CO_2 , 10 min after operation, to determine the glucose (BG) , catecholamine ( CA ) , C - response protein (CRP) and interleukins -6( IL -6). The changes of MAP ,HR,P_(ET)CO_2 and SpO_2 were also recorded. Results After anesthesia, the MAP, HR significantly decreased in group A (P 0.05 ). Conclusion Combined general epidural anesthesia can effectively inhibit the stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.

OBJECTIVE:To determine serum concentrations of western medicines in patients treated with "traditional Chinese antiepileptic medicine" alone and to evaluate the curative effects.METHODS:A total of 60 epileptic patients who visited our hospital between Feb.1997 and June 2006 were subjected to plasma drug level monitoring and during which the patients were treated with "traditional Chinese antiepileptic drugs" alone.Plasma concentrations of 4 kinds of western medicin-es were determined by FPIA.RESULTS:Of the 60 cases, valproic acid, carbamazepine, phenytoin and phenobarbitone were detected in 18,40,41,and 47 cases/times,respectively.On average, more than two kinds of western medicines were detected in every patient, and the blood concentrations were mostly beyond effective plasma drug concentration. The total curative effects were unsatisfactory.CONCLUSION:The fact that western medicine ingredients detected in these traditional Chinese antiepileptic medicines is inconformity with medication principle of epilepsy.Traditional Chinese antiepileptic medicines should be used with caution in the clinic in the treatment of epileptic patients.

Descibed in this paper are the problems in WeChat public platform construction in academic libraries of traditional Chinese medicine, including low litilization, ordinary columns, indistinct charaterized service, non-spe-cific recommendation of resources , poor charaterized knowledge interaction , and poor popularization , with measures proposed for their solution hoping that they would play an active role in promoting WeChat public platform construc-tion.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum response factor (SRF) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR2) in gastric carcinoma. Methods SABC immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expressions of SRF and VEGFR2 in 50 cases of gastric carcinoma, 50 cases of surgery incisal edges and 29 cases of lymph node metastasis focus. Results The detection positive rates of SRF and VEGFR2 in gastric carcinoma were 52.00 % (26/50) and 60.00 %(30/50), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the normal gastric mucosa [16.00 % (8/50) and 10.00 % (5/50), respectively] (P< 0.05), with no statistical difference with metastiatic lymph node [65.52 % (19/29) and 72.41 % (21/29), respectively]. In the gastric carcinoma group, the expression of SRF was relevant with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of VEGFR2 was not related to age, gender and tumour size (P>0.05), but closely correlated to differentiation degree, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The expressions of SRF and VEGFR2 in the gastric carcinoma were positively correlated (r= 0.594, P< 0.05). Conclusion Overexpressions of SRF and VEGFR2 in gastric carcinoma can be regarded as the poorly prognostic markers and play an important role in invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
