1.Effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer formed on cobal t-chromium alloy surface
Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2001;27(2):166-167
Objective:To investigate the effect of porcelain bake cycles on oxide layer form ed on cobalt-chromium alloy surface. Methods:Fixed spot analysis of EPMA methods was adopted to measure the oxygen at o mic percentage inward from the edge of cross-section interface of alloy pieces. The adherent state of oxide layer on the surface of substrate alloy was observed .Results:The oxide layer on the surface of alloy had stable thickness and contain ed more and more oxide as porcelain firing times increased. In some area, oxide la yer fractured from the substrate metal.Conclusion:Cobalt-chromium alloy frame should be abrased and polished thoroughl y after porcelain bake cycles.
2.Progress and suggestions on health in the post-2015 development aegnda
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(9):29-35
With the 2015 deadline for fast approaching the millennium development goals ( MDGs) , attention has turned to what should follow. The post-2015 development agenda is due to be adopted by the world leaders in a high-level summit which was held in New York in September 2015 .This paper summarizes the health-related MDGs progress and suggestions, describes the negotiations process on the health-related post-2015 development agenda, dis-cusses the proposed framework of the sustainable development goals and its indicators, and then provides some sug-gestions on the Chinese participation in the post-2015 development agenda as well as in the upcoming high-level sum-mit.
3.Imperfection and Improving Method in the Implementation Process of New Hospital Accounting System
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(2):85-88
Objective: To analyze the regulation of hospital accounting procedure under the new hospital accounting system. Methods: Summarize the achievement in accounting and find the existing problems by field investigation. Results: Because the content of accounting system reform is big and the requirement is high, the accounting is not in coincident. Conclusion: Since there is imperfection in accounting and unrelated accounting procedure, it is needed to repeat, clarify and unify the management, so as to standardize the hospital financial behavior and reflect the accounting information accurately.
4.Impact of parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility on children's health in the future
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2012;(6):367-370
Objective To assess the impact of parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility on children's mental health so as to provide evidence for improving health equity. Methods Chinese general social survey 2005 (CGSS2005) dataset was used for multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA).Results The proportion of children whose father or mother was of lowerclass occupation was 59.0% and 62.9%,respectively.When grew up,this figure dropped to 49.8%.Those whose father was in the higher-class occupational group reported better mental health status (F =1.449,P=0.015).Downward occupational class mobility experience also increased the risk of mental illness (F =3.050,P =0.048).Conclusion This study suggests an independent relationship between mental health and parents' occupational class and intergenerational occupational mobility.
5.Application of SELDI-TOF-MS to tumor marker detection in galactophore cancer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Being the kernel of functional gene group, the field of protein group becomes the focal point of life science research in 21th century.SELDI,which is based on the combination of chip technology and mass spectrum technology, has become the main method for filtrating tumor marker in clinical research. This paper introduces the basic principle of SELDI system and summarizes the application of SELDI to tumor marker detection in galactophore cancer.
6.The Expression of PTEN Protein in Breast Carcinoma Tissues
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To elucidate the significance of expressive change in tissues of breast carcinomas. Methods Expression of PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP) in breast carcinomas?atypical intraductal hyperplasia?normal breast tissue. Results The positive rate and expressive intensity of PTEN protein in breast carcinoma were lower and weaker than those in atypical intraductal hyperplasia and normal breast. The intensity of PTEN protein expression was associated with differentiation degree of breast carcinoma, the poorer differentiation of breast carcinoma , the weaker expression of PTEN protein. Comparing with breast carcinoma, the PTEN expression level of atypical intraductal hyperplasia was higher , but It was lower than normal breast tissue. it is helpful for us to assess the carcinogenesis probability of atypical intraductal hyperplasia by detecting the PTEN.

Totally 80 rats were randomly divided into the control group, the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) scutellarin( SC) groups and the colchicine ( Col) group. Apart from the blank group, all of the remaining groups were intraperitoneally injected with 0.5 mL pig serum twice every week for consecutively 13 weeks and orally administered with the corresponding drugs since the 9th week. The blank group and the model group were orally given equal volume of normal saline once every for consecutively four weeks. After the experiment, efforts were made to detect the contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspertate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and collagen type IV (CIV), collect liver tissues of fixed positions, observe the pathological changes through hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, conduct the pathological grading for liver fibrosis, determine the expressions of hepatic collagen type I and III (C I, C III) and calculate their color rendering index. Compared with the model group, low, middle and high dose (25, 50, 100 mg x kg(-1)) SC groups could decrease the contents of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, LN, CIV, increase the contents of ALB, TP in serum and reduce the contents of C I, C III in liver tissues. In conclusion, scutellarin has a certain therapeutic effect on immune liver fibrosis in rats induced by pig serum.
