1.Research on appointment register platform model and its security
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(9):700-703
The paper described the main function modules, system architecture, key technology and reservation business process of the appointment register platform system; security measure of the reservation platform system, as evidenced by the access of third-party payment interface, multi-tier data service, digital safety network among others which are designed to ensure the security and operability of the system.
2.Design and Implementation of One-card Solution of Hospital Staffs
Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(7):36-39
The paper conducts a case study of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science&Technology, introduces the application and management status of various cards, elaborates the one-card integration program for the management of staffs in the hos-pital and discusses the problems needing attention and the application effect. It is noted that the one-card solution facilitates the simpli-fication of the work process, the improvement of management efficiency and the reduction of management costs.
3.Application of NAT Connection Between Configuration Hospital and Medicare Data Center
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective In order to meet the needs of Medicare patients, hospitals use existing network equipment to implement the connection with Data Center of Medicare without changing the present frame. Methods Network Address Translation function (NAT) was used to translate equipment IP address that hospital needs to connect with data center of Medicare into legal IP address in data center of medicare. Results The author used existing NAT function of equipment to reduce the repeating purchase for network equipment and successfully realized the connection between hospital and Data Center of Medicare. Conclusion Using NAT devices not only does not need to change the local IP address but effectively overcomes the lack of legal IP addresses, and what's more, network security is further strengthened.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2009;31(2):100-103
Objective To study the value of contact heat evoked potentials (CHEPs) for the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy. Methods Seventy-five diabetic patients were examined by conventional nerve conduction velocity studies and then divided into 2 groups: diabetics with normal nerve conduction and diabetics with abnormal nerve conduction. Thirty-three normal subjects were used as controls. Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Sco-ring System was used to evaluate the patients. CHEPs were recorded using different stimulation intensities at different temperatures. Results The peak latencies of 45℃ , 50℃, 53℃ in diabetics with normal nerve conduction group were longer than those in normal control group, with a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05). The peak latencies of diabetics were positively related to Toronto scores. Conclusion CHEPs could detect the impair-ment of diabetic peripheral nerve and reveal the impairment earlier than conventional nerve conduction velocity exami-nation, The prolongation of peak latency in diabetics group was significantly and positively related to clinical condi-tion.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(7):1302-1304
Objective:To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury .Methods:From August 2013 to December 2014 , 110 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 55 ones in each .The control group was treated with the conventional treatment , including removal of intracrani-al hematoma, bone disc decompression according to surgical indications , anti-infection, dehydration intracranial pressure reduction and nutritional support treatment .The research group was treated with Xingnaojing injection additionally .After the one-week, two-week and 4-week treatment , the GCS score of the two groups were compared .The rate of lung infection and stress ulcer in 4 weeks were com-pared.The clinical outcome of the two groups after the 4-week treatment was also evaluated .Results:The GCS score of the research group was higher than that of the control group after the 2-and 4-week treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of stress ulcer between the two groups , while the incidence of pulmonary infection in the research group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical prognosis in the research group (90.9%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.7%, P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection combined with the conventional treatment for the patients with severe traumatic brain injury can decrease the clinical complications and improve the clinical symptoms of patients , which is worthy of clinical promotion .

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of laminin and laminin-receptor in pulmonary carcinoma and cancer metastasis as well as prognosis. Methods Techniques of immune histochemistry were used. Results The higher the pathological grade of pulmonary carcinoma was, the higher the level of expression of laminin was. There were significant differences betweenⅠgrade group andⅡgrade group and Ⅲ grade group and Ⅳ grade group. The expression of laminin was also related to lymph node metastasis (P

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2016;29(6):456-458
Objective To assess and compare the Beck Depression Inventory-II ( BDI-Ⅱ) , Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale-Depression Subscale ( HADS-D) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale ( CES-D) as screening instruments for depression in patients with epilepsy .Methods One hundred and seventeen patients diagnosed with epilepsy were evaluated by BDI-Ⅱ, HADS-D and CES-D, the performance of BDI-Ⅱ, HADS-D and CES-D was evaluated by ROC curve .Results There were 33 epileptics with depression .The sensitivity and specificity of BDI-Ⅱfor the diagnosis of depression was around 90% for critical value 16, the sensitivity of CES-D was more than 80%for critical value 15, and specificity was 72.6%.The sensitivity and specificity of HADS-D was more than 80%for critical value 9, and the sensitivity of HADS-D was 91.3% for critical value 7, and specificity was 76.8%.Three instruments showed a negative predictive value of over 90%.Comparisons of the areas under the ROC curve for these instrument were not statistically significant difference (all P>0.05).Conclusion HADS-D is a brief efficient screening instruments to identify depression in patients with epilepsy .
