The paper described the main function modules, system architecture, key technology and reservation business process of the appointment register platform system; security measure of the reservation platform system, as evidenced by the access of third-party payment interface, multi-tier data service, digital safety network among others which are designed to ensure the security and operability of the system.

The paper conducts a case study of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science&Technology, introduces the application and management status of various cards, elaborates the one-card integration program for the management of staffs in the hos-pital and discusses the problems needing attention and the application effect.It is noted that the one-card solution facilitates the simpli-fication of the work process, the improvement of management efficiency and the reduction of management costs.

Objective In order to meet the needs of Medicare patients, hospitals use existing network equipment to implement the connection with Data Center of Medicare without changing the present frame. Methods Network Address Translation function (NAT) was used to translate equipment IP address that hospital needs to connect with data center of Medicare into legal IP address in data center of medicare. Results The author used existing NAT function of equipment to reduce the repeating purchase for network equipment and successfully realized the connection between hospital and Data Center of Medicare. Conclusion Using NAT devices not only does not need to change the local IP address but effectively overcomes the lack of legal IP addresses, and what's more, network security is further strengthened.

Objective To establish a method for determination the contents of six phendic acids in Mailuoning injection by HPLC at same time. Methods Separation was performed on a Kromasil-C18 (4.6 mm? 250 mm, 5 ?m) column with mobile phase consisting of 0.1% phosphoric acid-water and Acetonitrile with gradient elute at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 327 nm and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. The sample size was 20 ?L. Results The standard cures of neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, 3,5-Dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,4- Dicaffeoylquinic acid were linear within the contentration range of 0.010 90～0.544 8 ?g (r=0.999 9), 0.024 06～1.203 2 ?g (r =1), 0.011 06～0.552 8 ?g (r =1), 0.015 94～0.796 8 ?g (r =1), 0.009 104～0.455 2 ?g (r =1), 0.010 37～0.518 4 ?g (r=1) respectively. And the recovery rates of them were 101.06%, 100.22%, 101.54%, 99.42%, 100.21%, 101.65% respectively. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, reliable, accurate and can be used to determine the contents of six phendic acids in Mailuoning injection.

Objective To evaluate whether high sensitivity C-reactive protein is associated with microvascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 321 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited.According to the results of 8 h urine albumin excretion rate,ophthalmoscope examination and nerve conduction velocity test,nephropathy,retinopathy and neuropathy were defined respectively.To evaluate differences of the serum hsCRP levels of those with and without nephropathy,retinopathy and neuropathy.Results Only diabetic nephropathy correlated with the serum hsCRP level.With increment of urine albumin excretion rate,hsCRP level was increased.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that hsCRP correlated positively with urine albumin excretion rate(r=0.448,P=0.002),triglyceride(r=0.385,P=0.008),and body mass index(r=0.261,P=0.004).Stepwise linear regression showed that hsCRP and UAER,TG and BMI existed linear correlation.Conclusion hsCRP is associated with diabetic nephropathy and its level is correlated with the degree of diabetic nephropathy.

The major goal of microbial ecology is to study the structure and function of complex micro-bial communities. New molecular biological techniques have been successfully applied to analyze mi-crobial community structure. However they do not provide information on the physiologic properties of the detected microorganisms. A new tool for structure-function analyses in microbial ecology, micro-autoradiography combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization (MAR-FISH) can be used to simul-taneously examine the phylogenetic identity and the specific activity of microorganisms within a com-plex microbial community at a single-cell level. This article reviews the principle, experimental steps of MAR-FISH technique. The application of this technique in study of the environmental microbial com-munity and function is also summarized.

Objective To study the value of contact heat evoked potentials (CHEPs) for the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy. Methods Seventy-five diabetic patients were examined by conventional nerve conduction velocity studies and then divided into 2 groups: diabetics with normal nerve conduction and diabetics with abnormal nerve conduction. Thirty-three normal subjects were used as controls. Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Sco-ring System was used to evaluate the patients. CHEPs were recorded using different stimulation intensities at different temperatures. Results The peak latencies of 45℃ , 50℃, 53℃ in diabetics with normal nerve conduction group were longer than those in normal control group, with a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05). The peak latencies of diabetics were positively related to Toronto scores. Conclusion CHEPs could detect the impair-ment of diabetic peripheral nerve and reveal the impairment earlier than conventional nerve conduction velocity exami-nation, The prolongation of peak latency in diabetics group was significantly and positively related to clinical condi-tion.
