OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Compound danshen dripping pills on cytochrome CYP1A2 activity for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS: The contents of four major metabolites of Caffeine, i.e. 5-acetylamino-6-formylamino-3-methyluracil(AFMU),1-methylxanthine(1X), 1-methyluric acid(1U) and 1, 7-dimethyluricacid (17U) in the urine before and after oral administration of Compound danshen dripping pills were determined by RP-HPLC. The activity of cytochrome CYP1A2 was derived from the ratio of (AFMU+1X+1U)/17U. RESULTS: The average activity of CYP1A2 was 4.20?1.54 before medication, which stood at 4.26?1.95 at 14 days and 4.35?1.26 at 28 days after medication, up 1.42% and 3.57%, respectively, yet there was no significant difference after medication as compared with before medication. CONCLUSION: No significant difference was noted on CYP1A2 activity after oral medication of Compound danshen dripping pills, nor does it modify the efficacy of the concurrent drugs that metabolized by CYP1A2.

Objective To understand the status quo of health education requirement of cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, in order to take individualized health education to improve the quality of life of patients, as well as provide basis for hospitals to conduct targeted health education. Methods 68 cases of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were investigated with health education questionnaire. Results Cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were in general needs of health education, to understand the treatment protocol and effect came to the first place of strong demand. Patients with different times of hospitalization, different age had different emphasis point for health education needs. The most popular education style was oral education. Conclusions Cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy lack knowledge of health education, they hope to obtain health education about examination, treatment and rehabilitation. Nurses should give targeted, planned and individualized health education in order to meet the health needs of patients and improve their quality of life.

Circulating tumor cell (CTC) is a kind of malignant tumor cells shed from the primary tumor into the circulation caused by spontaneity or surgical operation and puncture. With the development of CTC analysis recently, the detection methods have been gradually diversified. As a new biomarker, CTC plays a significant role in the diagnosis, therapeutic effect monitoring and prognosis of tumors. This paper mainly introduces the enrichment and analysis technology of CTC, and explore the relationship between CTC and tumors.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of antidepressant drugs in the clinic. METHODS:By DDD anal-ysis recommended by WHO,the utilization of antidepressant drugs in 34 hospital from Nanjing area during 2011-2014 were ana-lyzed statistically in respects of main type,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc. RESULTS:The consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants were increased year by year in 34 hospital from Nanjing area during 2011-2014,with the average annual growth rate of 18.21% and 19.25% respectively. The top 2 drugs by DDDs were paroxetine and setraline;DDC of tomoxetine,trazodone and dutoxetine took up the first 3 place;consumption sum of paroxetine,setraline,venlafaxine and escitalopram took up the first 4 places;consumption sum of paroxetine,mirtazapine and citalopram synchronized with their DDDs,and serial number ratio was close to or equal to 1.00. CONCLUSIONS:The use of antidepressant drugs in 34 hospitals from Nanjing area is rational in struc-ture and level;selective 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)reuptake inhibitors(SSRI)and selective 5-HT noradrenaline reuptake inhibi-tor(SNRI)take up the predominant place;new type of antidepressant drugs are used widely and of great use potentiality in the fu-ture.

Oral anticoagulants are important for preventing stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.Compared with the traditional oral anticoagulant warfarin,the novel oral anticoagulants (NOACs) have the characteristics of high efficiency,safety,and no need to monitor coagulation function.However,current clinical reports have showed that the dose is usually low when NOACs were used for preventing stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.Its main reason may be associated with the risk avoidance and the difference in doctor and patient preferences.The analysis from the aspects of safety and effectiveness,the risk of ischemic stroke or systemic embolism is lower when the dose of NOACs is relatively high,and the risk of hemorrhage is lower when the dose of NOACs is relatively lower.Given the differences between the incidences of different events,the disability rate and the mortality rate,the patient with atrial fibrillation are more suitable for using high-dose drug.When choosing a specific dose,taking into account the specificity,the appropriate dose,intensity,and dosing regimen should be given according to the guideline recommendations,appropriate reference to renal function and patient preferences,and individual differences in order to obtain the best clinical efficacy..

Objective To study the effect of angelica polysaccharides (APS) on recoverable ability from cryopreservation damage of umbilical cord blood (UCB) hematopoietic cells and APS with hematopoietic growth factors (HGFs) on in vitro expansion of UCB mononuclear cells (MNC) after thawing. Objective:To understand the situation of time limitation prescriptions of outpatients in our hospital. Methods:A ret-rospective study was conducted on 1 107 time limitation prescriptions from July 1st to 31th in 2015. Results: There were 1 107 time limitation prescriptions in 16 063 prescriptions (6. 89%), which included 902 patients, and among them, there were more than one time limitation prescription in one day for one patient. As the increase of age, the number of patients with time limitation prescriptions was increased. The number of time limitation prescriptions with the sum between 101 and 200 yuan was the most (34. 51%). The di-agnosis of top 10 of the drugs according to the doctor’ s advice and the actual top ten was substantially consistent, and among them, half were Chinese patent medicines. Conclusion:Time limitation prescriptions are the products of medical insurance policy. The man-agement of time limitation prescriptions can’ t be only defined as the quantity superposition of drugs, and it is necessary to generate in-dividualized strategy according to the properties of diseases, drugs and patients in order to obtain more reasonable management strate-gies, and the ultimate purposes are benefiting patients and obtaining more rational distribution of medical resource.
