1.The Role of the University Counsellors in Mental Health Education
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
With the continuous development of education, the importance of mental health education pattern is more and more obvious in construction of the modern university.Counselors working in the fist line of education, while facing a group of students that is of variations and has their unique mind. For the characteristics of objects, the features of environment and the goal of education, counselors must play right role in the colleges' mental health education.
2.Clinical distribution of multidrug-resistant organisms in a comprehensive hospital
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(4):242-245
Objective To realize the characteristics of clinical distribution of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDRO)in a hospital, and take specific measures for the prevention and control of infection. Methods Surveillance data of 891 MDR isolates detected in a hospital between January 1 and December 31,2012 were analyzed retrospec-tively.Results Of 891 MDR isolates,extended-spectrumβ-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Escherichiacoli ranked first(342,38.39% ),followed by ESBL-producing Klebsiellapneumoniae(195,21.89% ),MDRAcinetobacterbau-mannii(185,20.76% ),methicillin-resistantStaphylococcusaureus(138,15.49% ),MDRPseudomonasaeruginosa (27,3.03% ),ESBL-producingProteusmirabilis(2,0.22% ),and ESBL-producing Klebsiellaoxytoca(2,0.22% );Bacteria mainly concentrated on general intensive care unit(ICU)(163,18.29% ),department of neurology(136, 15.26% ),general surgery(103,11.56% ),neurosurgery(85,9.54% ),and respiratory diseases department(71, 7.97% ).The most common bacteria isolated from sputum was MDR Acinetobacterbaumannii(242,50.63% ),and mainly concentrated on general ICU;the most common bacteria isolated from urine was ESBL-producing Escherich-iacoli(141 ,80.57% ),mainly concentrated on the departments of neurology and urology. Conclusion MDRO infec-tion in this hospital mainly concentrate on lower respiratory tract and urinary system. Monitor on high-risk depart-ments and vulnerable patients should be intensified, targeted preventive measures should be stressed to curb MDRO infection and spread.
3.Progress in research on mechanisms of bone metastasis in breast cancer
China Oncology 2009;19(12):963-968
Breast cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignancies in women. Specific aspects of both breast cancer cells and the bone microenvironment contribute to the development of bone metastases. Breast cancers express chemokine receptors, integrins, cadherins, and bone-resorbing and bone-forming factors that contribute to the successful and preferential spread of tumor from breast to bone. Bone is rich in growth factors and cell types that make it a favorable environment for breast cancer cell growth. Once breast cancer cells enter the bone, breast cancer cells can secrete factors that act on bone cells and other cells within the bone, causing them to secrete factors that act on adjacent cancer cells. The steps in the metastatic cascade and the vicious cycle within bone offer unique targets for adjuvant treatments to treat and cure bone metastasis.
4.Development and Application of Metabonomics in Forensic Toxicology
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;(3):219-226
Metabonom ics is an im portant branch of system biology follow ing the developm ent of ge-nom ics, transcriptom ics and proteom ics. It can perform high-throughput detection and data processing with multiple param eters, potentially enabling the identification and quantification of all sm all m etabolites in a biological system . It can be used to provide com prehensive inform ation on the toxicity effects, toxi-cological mechanisms and biom arkers, sensitively finding the unusual m etabolic changes caused by poi-son. This article mainly review s application of m etabonom ics in toxicological studies of abused drugs, pesticides, poisonous plants and poisonous anim als, and also illustrates the new direction of forensic toxi-cology research.
5.The research of the glucokinase target for the treatment of diabetes
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Glucokinase (GK) is considered to be the key regulatory enzyme in glucose metabolism, whose activity changing will lead to glucose metabolic disturbance and diabetes. Recently, people have realized that there is a good extensive perspective in diabetes research by means of glucokinase investigation. In this paper, we review the mechanism of diabetes resulting from abnormality of glucokinase activity and the status of glucokinase activators, propose the viewpoint that glucokinase is a powerful target for diabetes therapy and research, and illuminate that searching of glucokinase activators is the guidance in the future.
6.Doctors’Right of Intervention in Ethical and Legal Evaluation
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):84-86,96
[Objective] The paper tries to demonstrate the reasonableness and legality of Doctors ’Right of Intervention. [Methods]By comparing life divine principle and patient autonomy principle to analyze the value ranking. By data col ection, study the relevant provisions of Doctors ’Right of Intervention at home and abroad. [Results] Life divine principle demonstrates the reasonableness of the Doctors ’Right of Intervention, and the right to life and health in Constitution demonstrates the legality of the Doctors’Right of Intervention. [Conclusions] Doctors’Right of Intervention is reasonable and legal, so when patients or their family members make wrong or harmful choice in treatment, doctors should exercise the Doctors ’Right of Intervention without hesitation to help them to choose the right way or make decisions for them.
7.Expression of NF-?B in the lungs of adjuvant arthritis rats
Hui SHEN ; Xiubin FANG ;
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2003;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the expression of NF ?B in the lungs of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats and to explore its possible role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) pulmonary involvement. Methods The level of active NF ?B protein was detected by Western blot and the level of NF ?BmRNA by in situ hybridization histochemistry The intensity of expression was analyzed by micro image analysis system. Results The levels of active NF ?B protein and NF ?B mRNA in the lungs of AA rats were much higher than those of the controls ( P
8.Development and Application of Metabonomics in Forensic Toxicology.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(3):219-226
Metabonomics is an important branch of system biology following the development of genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics. It can perform high-throughput detection and data processing with multiple parameters, potentially enabling the identification and quantification of all small metabolites in a biological system. It can be used to provide comprehensive information on the toxicity effects, toxicological mechanisms and biomarkers, sensitively finding the unusual metabolic changes caused by poison. This article mainly reviews application of metabonomics in toxicological studies of abused drugs, pesticides, poisonous plants and poisonous animals, and also illustrates the new direction of forensic toxicology research.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(7):863-868
The standardized resident training is an important part of continuing medical education in China, which plays a vital role in the cultivation and development of doctors. At present, the standardized resident training system in our country is at an exploratory stage and different from those advanced countries. This paper contrastively analyzed the domestic and foreign standardized resident training modes from the perspectives of education patterns, training years, training organizations, training contents, assessments, and financial sources.By learning from the advanced experience of those foreign countries,it provided the reference for the standardized resident training system in China.
