Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of 1,3-dideoxygalactonojirimycin in Bombycis Faeces, a potent glucosidase inihibitor, by HPLC. Methods A RP-HPLC method with fluorescence detection has been developed. Results The HPLC method developed in this research has a good reliability including accuracy and precision. The detection limit was less than 72 ng. Conclusion This method is sufficiently sensitive for determining 1,3-dideoxygalactonojirimycin in Bombycis Faeces and other related products.

Objective To provide structure and function applied anatomical of auricle stabilizing system for plastic and reconstruction.Methods Twelve cases fresh ears from adult head specimen,to dissect the skin,muscle fascia system and cartilage,to observe nerve,blood vessel and structure of cartilage.Results The structure of auricle Including the perichondrium,auricle cartilage,muscle and ligament.There was a rich blood supply for auricle stabilize system.The mainly blood supply come from posterior auricular artery diameter was 1.2 ± 0.2 cm and superficial temporal artery diameter was 2.6 ± 0.3 mm.Vein accompanying with the same name.Lymphatic flow in the area of superficial muscle fascia.Conclusion The blood supply of posterior auricular artery and superficial temporal artery play a crucial role in auricle repair and reconstruction.The main structure of stable system was elastic cartilage.Auricle cartilage and muscle play an important role in the microsurgery of auricle cartilage morphology and location.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN),in order to provide incidence for clinical treatment and prevention.Methods Two hundred and eighty-seven patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into DPN group(113 cases) and non-DPN group(174 cases)according to electrophysiological examination and diagnosis.The clinical information were collected including body mass index (BMI),blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose (2 h PG),fasting plasma insulin (FINS),C peptide,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAl c),blood fat and cholesterin.The DPN prevalence in patients with type 2 diabetes was calculated,and t or x2 analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were applied.Results Among the 287 patients with type 2,the DPN prevalence was 39.4％ (113/287).The level of age,duration of diabetes and smoking in DPN group were significantly higher than those of non-DPN group,while exercise,income situation and educational background were significantly lower than those of non-DPN group (x2 =4.378,8.430,4.525,4.500,4.203,6.890,P ＜ 0.05 or ＜ 0.01).Systolic blood pressure((137.52 ± 16.10) mmHg),FPG ((11.42 ± 3.08) mmol/L),2 hPG ((18.70 ± 4.61) mmol/L),HbA1c ((10.21 ± 2.50)％) in DPN group were higher than those of non DPN group ((systolic pressure (132.67± 15.80) mmHg,FPG(9.96 ±3.76) mmol/L,2 hPG(15.38 ±5.26) mmol/L,HbA1c(9.54 ±2.83)％).In DPN group,Fasting insulin,2 h insulin,fasting C peptide were (13.52 ± 4.92) mmol/L,(36.20 ± 17.52) mmol/L,(1.44 ± 0.62) mmol/L,(3.89 ± 3.01) mmol/L,lower than those of non DPN group ((16.76 ± 5.24) mmol/L,(47.95 ± t5.04) mmol/L,(1.83 ± 0.57) mmol/L,(5.24 ± 3.45) mmol/L),and the differences were significant (t =2.512,3.592,5.635,2.105,5.312,5.863,5.372,3.502,P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.001).Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the level of duration of diabetes,HbA1c,2 hPG were positively correlated with DPN prevalence,and those were the independent risk factors of DPN (OR(95％CI) 1.040(1.018-1.062),1.331(1.032-1.717),1.366(1.044-1.787),P＜0.05).The level of FINS,Fasting C peptide,2 h C peptide were negatively correlated with DPN prevalence,and those were independent protective factors of DPN (OR (95 ％ CI) 0.803 (0.725-0.889),0.923 (0.731-0.954),0.863 (0.801-0.930),P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of DPN is common in patients with type 2 diabetes.The indices of duration of diabetes,HbA1c,2 hPG were risk factors of DPN,and there is more dangerous with the lower level of FINS,Fasting C peptide,2 h C peptide.

In order to optimize acupuncture protocol for stephenipodia after stroke, related papers of the recent 20 years are retrieved. Interrelated factors which may influence the therapeutic effect of acupuncture are analyzed through the aspects such as acupoints, needling methods and opportunities of acupuncture. It is held that importance should be attached on relation between acupoints and anatomy during acupoint selection. Different acupuncture protocol can be adopted in different phases of stephenipodia according to its time of occurrence. And it is found that the combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation can reinforce the therapeutic effect. Relationship between effect of acupuncture and patient's condition, acupoint selection and prescription, acupuncture manipulations (including directions, angles, reinforcing and reducing, quantity of stimulus) are worth to be further studied. On the base of the above all mentioned studies, optimization can be carried out on selection of acupoints and acupuncture manipulations. And therapeutic effect can be enhanced when the optimized acupuncture protocol is combined with rehabilitation therapies.

Objective To establish normal reference intervals of plasma and urine neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in children′s hospital.Methods A total of 183 fresh EDTA anticoagulant samples and 125 fresh urine in healthy children were collected from May 2014 to October 2014.According to the CLSI C28-A2 ,the unilateral upper limit 95% was established the normal reference value in different age group.Results There was significant difference in four groups (P<0.05).The normal reference intervals of plasma NGAL in healthy children:0 to <7 months;<291.28 μg/L;7 months to <5 years old;<150.87 μg/L;5 years old to <9 years old:<127.93 μg/L;9 years old to ≤16 years old:<161.74 μg/L;the normal reference intervals of healthy children urine NGAL:0 to <7 months:<257.31 μg/L;7 months to <5 years old:<201.55 μg/L;5years old to <9 years old:<197.69 μg/L;9 years old to ≤16 years old:<151.46 μg/L.Plasma and urine NGAL results in neonatal group were higher than the other three groups.Conclusion The normal reference intervals of plasma and urine NGAL in children′s hospital is established.this could provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of acute renal injury in pediatric patients.

Objective To explore the effects of fluoride with different doses on the expressions of TGF-? and Smad2/3 in fibroblast and osteoblast at different periods.Methods Fibroblasts and osteoblasts were exposed to different concentrations of fluoride(0,0.0001,0.001,0.1,1,10 and 20 mg?L~(-1)).The levels of TGF-? protein and Smad2/3 at 2,4,24,48 and 72 h after treatment were measured by using ELISA method.The expression of TGF-? mRNA was tested with RT-PCR method.Results In fibroblasts,the contents of TGF-? protein were decreased in the groups of 0.001,0.1,1,10 and 20 mg?L~(-1) F~-at the time of 2 h and in the groups of 1.0001,0.001,0.1,10 and 20 mg?L~(-1) at the time of 4 h(P

Objective Carry out the reform of the online learning mode of prehospital training for refresher doctors , and evaluate the effect of reform in Peking Union Medical College Hospital .Methods An exploration was carried out on the refresher doctors prehospital training mode from traditional classroom teaching to online learning , Estab-lished the online learning system .Evaluated the effect of online learning by the way of questionnaire investigation andreexaminationamong289refresherdoctors.Results 289refresherdoctorshavecompletedthestructuredon-line courses of prehospital training , and the average pass rate of the first test was 42.2%.The questionnaire and retest was conducted , A total of 262 doctors completed the work , The recovery rate was 90.7%, and the average pass rate of retest was 74.9%, showing improvement by 32.7%.Conclusions Online learning mode is an effec-tive tool for knowledge dissemination , and has a better learning effect .

The researchers found that it had remarkable therapeutic effects on the diseases, especially rheumatism and cardio-cerebrovascular in recent years. This article is to summarize the pharmacological actions of TSPJ and to provide the references for future studies.

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge and performance on Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline (2014 version) in general practitioners of Shanghai Pudong communities.Methods The survey was conducted from April to June in 2014 with a self-designed questionnaire.Total 390 general practitioners (GPs) in Pudong New Area were selected by cluster sampling method.The contents of questionnaire included:diagnosis and differential diagnosis,drug therapy,non drug therapy of chronic heart failure.Result Total 385 questionnaires were retrieved with a response rate of 98.7％ (385/390).The results showed that in aspect of diagnosis and differential diagnosis,373 (96.9％) Gps made the diagnosis based on history and physical examination,171 (44.4％)Gps never used BNP or NTPro-BNP tests,280 (72.7％)GPs did not know how to identify systolic or diastolic heart failure,86 (22.3％)Gps made the differential diagnosis according to the EF value.In aspects of drug therapy,the rate of beta blockers use was 10％-30％ in 284 (73.8％) Gps,149 (38.7％) Gps did not use beta blockers because of not knowing the contraindications,289 (75.1％) Gps used a maximum dose of betaloc for 25-50 mg,no one used 101-200 mg,242 (62.9％)Gps did not know the target dose of betaloc,the rate of ACEI/ARB use was 10％-30％ in 330 (85.7％) Gps,258 (67.0％) Gps would increase the dose but not knowing the target dose.The main reason for not using the target dose of Betaloc and ACEI/ARB was not knowing the dose.In aspect of non-drug therapy:240 (62.3％)Gps never heard of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and 271 (70.4％)Gps never heard of implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD).The senior rank GPs grasped the guideline much better than Gps with primary and intermediate professional ranks.Conclusion General practitioners in community health centers should further study the guideline of heart failure,particularly need to strengthen the knowledge and ability of drug therapy.
