1.Periodontitis and adverse pregnancy outcomes
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Recently, increasing evidence suggests that gingivitis and periodontitis may be one of the etiological factors for some adverse pregnancy outcomes such as preterm birth, preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction and lateral miscarriage.Although there are some conflicting findings and potential problems regarding uncontrolled underlying risk factors, most of the clinical studies indicate a positive correlation of gingivitis and periodontitis with those complications. This review discusses the relationship and its possible pathological mechanism in order to better prevent the development of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
3.Effect of preoperative skeletal traction and skin traction on operative indicators and functional outcome of patients with femur fractures.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2014;27(10):800-803
OBJECTIVETo compare the effect on surgical indicators and functional outcome between preoperative skeletal traction and skin traction for adult femoral fracture and guide the choice of preoperative traction method of adult femoral fractures.
METHODSFrom February 2008 to September 2012, 68 patients aged greater than 18-year-old with femoral fractures were treated and randomly divided into two groups according hospitalization order, the odd with skeletal traction of tibial tubercle (group A) and the even with skin traction (group B). In group A, there were 25 males and 9 females with an average age of (36.3±9.9) years old, including 11 cases with transverse fracture, 15 cases with oblique fracture, 8 cases with spiral fracture. In group B, there 26 males and 8 females with an average age of (37.1±11.0) years old, including 10 cases with transverse fracture, 13 cases with oblique fracture,11 cases with spiral fracture. The operative time, blood loss, the number and amount of blood transfusion ,fracture healing time, hemoglobin, pain scores and functional scores between two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:All patients were followed up, the follow-up time was (33.5±6.5) months in group A, (31.3±7.5) months in groupB. In group A,the operation time was (108.8±14.2) min and the intraoperative blood loss was (383.1±117.1) ml and the postoperative blood transfusion was 14 cases and the blood transfusion was (350.0±122.5) ml and the average bone healing time was(15.0±3.3) weeks. In group B, the operation time was (111.6±12.7) min and the intraoperative blood loss was (392.0± 116.7) ml and the blood transfusion was 11 cases and the blood transfusion was(327.3±129.1) ml and the average healing time was (15.5±3.4) weeks. These obseration indicators had no significant difference between two groups. There was no significant difference between two groups in terms of Hemoglobin, the pain scores before and after traction, the femoral fractures efficacy score, knee function score and knee range.
CONCLUSIONPreoperative skeletal traction does not reduce surgery time, blood loss and pain and so on. The bone healing time and limb functional outcomes were also not significantly improved.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective To study influence of anti-virus therapeutic compliance of chronic hepatitis B patient with nursing intervention, explore feasibility and result of intervention mode. Methods The chronic hepatitis B patient treanted by IFN and(or) lamivudinc were divided into test group(A,n=31) and contrast(B,n=30).The test group was carricd out a series of nursing intervention, and the control group was not,two groups was investigated after treatment. Results 74.14% patients in test group obeyed the instruction completely,28 cases(90.32%) patients completed the course of treatment.63.33% patients in contrast group obeyed the instruction completely.23 cases(76.67%) patients completed the treatment. Conclusion It has sufficient reasons and is feasible and effective that anti-virus therapeutic compliance of chronic hepatitis B patient is elevated by nursing intervention.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(03):-
Objective To improve the microsurgical results of solid hemangioblastoma in the posterior fossa. Methods A retrospective review of 34 patients with solid hemangioblastoma in the posterior fossa was conducted including the clinical manifestations, diagnostic modalities and microsurgical outcomes. Results Total tumor removal was achieved in 29 cases, subtotal removal of tumor in 5 cases. Neurological function improved in 24 cases postoperatively, deteriorated in 6 cases, died 4 cases because of brain stem ischemia or edema. Conclusion it is an effective and importent method by using the microsurgical technique to removal solid hemangioblastoma in posterior fossa

Objective To raising the dependence of patients with chronic hepatitis B who have under the anti-virus therapy by using the nursing intervention. Methods Divided 68 chronic hepatitis B patients into test group and control group randomly, there were 34 cases in these 2 groups.Using nursing intervention in test group and routine nursing in control group, and then compared the dependence of these 2 groups. Results There were 23(67.65%) and 19(55.88%) cases in test and control group can complete obey the instruction respectively. Conclusion Using nursing intervention was an effective method for raising the dependence of patients with chronic hepatitis B.

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of behavioral therapy combined with pramipexole in patients’ degree of depression and non-motor symptoms in early-onset Parkinson’s disease and depression. Methods A total of 74 cases of patients with early-onset Parkinson’s disease and depression were equally divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each groups.Patients in control group were given pramipexole, while patients in observation group were given pramipexole and behavioral therapy. The hamilton depression ( HAMD) scale, Zung self-rating depression scale and unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale ( UPDRS ) were used to evaluate and measure the change of degree of depression and non-motor symptoms. Results Before treatment, the HAMD score, Zung score, UPDRS II score and UPDRS III score between two groups had no statistical difference; after treatment, the HAMD score, Zung score, UPDRS II score and UPDRS III score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The HAMD score, and Zung score between two groups had no statistical difference at the end of 4th weekends, and compared with control group, those scores in observation group were much better at the end of 8th and 12th weekend (P<0.05).The UPDRS II and UPDRS III between two group had no statistical difference at the end of 4-8th week, while those scores in observation group were better than those in control group at the end of 12th week(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral therapy combined with pramipexole has a great effect on the improvement of patients’ degree of depression and non-motor symptoms, which has a positive promotion on patients’ life quality.
