Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;(11):1023-1026
Objective To investigate the rural medical orientation undergraduate student's professional commitment, time management disposition and learning burnout and the relationship between them. Methods Use the college students' learning Burnout scale, adolescence time management disposition Questionnaire and College Students'professional commitment scale, survey of Xinxiang Medical University grade 2010 ~2012,739 valid ques?tionnaires, the questionnaire has 92. 61% efficiency. Results Three scores were normally distribution. Learning burnout was the medium level, the average score of each entry was 2.88±0.45,and moderate and above level learn?ing burnout ratio was 45.06%. The average score of time management disposition was 3.45±0.43. Professional com?mitment level was higher, the average score was 3.82±0.43 for each item. Affective commitment, ideal commitment, the sense of time efficacy and the sense of time control have entered on the learning burnout of the stepwise regres?sion equation, and four variables together explained 44.0% of the variance in the dependent variable. Time manage?ment disposition, the professional commitment and learning burnout were negatively correlated, but between time management disposition and professional commitment is positively related, professional commitment, the variance explained by variables of learning burnout was 30.12%. Conclusion The rural medical orientation of undergradu?ate students time management disposition are important factors of learning burnout, which has the forecast function to the learning burnout. Professional commitment is part of the intermediary variables.

Calbindin-D28k (CB), calretinin (CR) and parvalbumin (PV) are the most common calcium-binding proteins (CaBPs). In the present study, FOS immunoreactivity was first induced in neurons of the medullary dorsal horn (MDH) of the rat by noxious orofacial stimulation; CaBPs (CB, CR and PV) in these neurons were then identified by imumunofluorescence histochemistry, and then, in addition, afferents to CaBPs/FOS double-labeled neurons were showed by immunofluorescence histochemical staining for the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) , glycine transporter 2 (GlyT2) , enkephalin (ENK) , serotonin (5-HT) or substance P (SP). Under the light microscope,we observed that: (1) neuronal cell bodies exhibiting FOS-immunoreactivity were present throughout all laminae of the MOH, with the highest concentration in lamina Ⅱ; (2) most CB-, CR- and PV-immunoreactive (IR) neurons were located in lamina Ⅱ , but some were also encountered in laminae Ⅰ and Ⅲ; (3) 5-HT-, GABA-, GlyT2-, ENK- and SP-IR fibers and terminals were also chiefly located in laminae Ⅰ and Ⅱ of the MDH; (4) some FOS-IR neurons showed CB-, CR-, or PV-immunoreactivity; (5) 5-HT-, GABA-, GlyT2- and ENK-IR terminals made close contacts with FOS/CB, FOS/CR or FOS/PV double-labeled neurons; (6) SP-IR terminals, as well as 5-HT-, GABA-, GlyT2- or ENK-IR terminals, closely contacted CB-, CR- or PV-containing neurons. Under the electron microscope, 5-HT-, GABA-, GlyT2- and ENK-IR terminals principally made symmetric (inhibitory) synaptic connections with CB-, CR- and PV-containing neurons were observed. These results suggest that 5-HT, GABA, glycine (Gly) and ENK may modulate transmission of orofacial noxious information by inhibiting nociceptive neurons that contain CaBPs in the rat MDH.

Objective To observe the morphologic features of neurons labeled with green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene recombinant Sindibis virus in the deep part of lamina Ⅲ in the medullary dorsal horn (MDH) of the rat. Methods Neurons were infected and labeled with GFP gene recombinant Sindibis virus injected into lamina Ⅲ.Immunohistchemical staining showed the labeling results. The morphologic features of the GFP labeled neurons were revealed after reconstruction. Results A few GFP-labeled single neurons were found in the distal portions away from the virus injection site within the deep part of lamina Ⅲ of the MDH.According to the morphological features, especially their axons and axonal collaterals,GFP labeled neurons were classified into projection neurons and intrinsic neurons. The axons and their collaterals of the projection neurons entered to the superficial part of lamina Ⅲ,lamina Ⅱ and/or the medullary reticular formation. Most of the axons and their collaterals of the intrinsic neurons extended mainly within lamina Ⅲ.Conclusions According to the morphological features of axons and their axonal collaterals,GFP labeled neurons were classified into projection neurons and intrinsic neurons in the deep part of lamina Ⅲ of the MDH.GFP gene recombinant virus labeling technique is an effective method to investigate the morphological features of neurons.

Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect a nd toxicity of combination chemotherapy with navelbine (NVB) and epirubicin (E- ADM) in treating metastatic breast cancer. Methods:37 patients with metastatic breast cancer were treated with combination chemotherapy of vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 d 1.8, E-ADM 60 mg/m2 d 1, 21 days for a cycle, a total of 2-4 cycles, made tracks for 6-37 months. Results:Among 27 patients with 37 metastatis, CR was 37.84%(14/ 37), PR 16.22%(6/37), SD 37.83%(14/37), SD≥6 months,21.62%(8/37), PD8.11%(3/37) , ORR(CR+PR) 54.05%, (CR+PR+SD≥6 months) 75.68%, and TTP was 6-9 months. Th e peak value of the efficiency to the lymph metastasis above the clavicle was 90 .9%. The toxicity was leukopenia, losing hair, milieu phlebitis. 74.07% of cases was in Grade Ⅲ and Grade Ⅳ leukopenia , 11.11% of cases was phlebitis. Conclusions:The combination chemotherapy with navelbine(NVB) an d epirubicin (E-ADM) in treating metastatic breast canser is effective and has acceptable tolerance.

Chinese Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology 2014;(4):376-378
Purpose To investigate the correlation between promoter methylation of RKIP and the clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma and to analyze the correlation between promoter methylation of RKIP and expression of RKIP. Methods The protein ex-pression and promoter methylation of RKIP were detected in 45 cases of surgically resected gastric carcinoma specimens and 21 cases of corresponding normal tissues using the immunohistchemistry SP method and methylation-specific PCR ( MSP) . Results The positive rate of promoter methylation of RKIP was 48. 89% in gastric carcinoma tissues and 4. 8% in adjacent tissues (P<0. 05). The positive rate of the expression of RKIP protein was 42. 22% in gastric carcinoma tissues and 90. 48% in adjacent tissues (P<0. 05). The pro-tein expression and promoter methylation of RKIP were correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis ( P<0. 05) . Expression of RKIP protein in gastric carcinoma was associated with promoter methylation of RKIP. Conclusions Promoter abnormal methylation of RKIP may be one reason of the deletion of expression of RKIP protein, which correlates with occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.

Objective To evaluate the effect of ropivacaine and bupivacaine on L-type calcium current (ICa-L) in ventricular myocytes of guinea pigs and to identify the probable mechanism of their negative inotropic effect on myocardium. Methods Single ventricular myocytes were enzymatically isolated from adult male guinea pigs weighing 300-350 g using the enzymatic dissociation method as described by Liu et al. The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to record ICa-L Results 100 ?mol?L-1 ropivacaine and bupivacaine decreased the peak current of ICa-L by 37% ? 3% and 42% ? 5% respectively ( P
