1.Therapeutic effects analysis of two resections of the obturator nerve for treatment of pain of the hip joint
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of two resections of the obturator nerve for treatment of the pain of the hip joint.Methods:78 patients with painful hip joint were selected and divided randomly into two groups, group A and group B,in the order of attendance and treated through the in-pelvis and the out-pelvis approaches separately, then followed up closely. The results were accessed according to the Harris score. And the differences of therapeutic effects between the two approaches could be evaluated. Results:Significant differences exits between the therapeutic effects by two approaches through the followed results within both two weeks and three years after operation(P

4.Dynamic changes of epidermal growth factor and its receptor in neonatal rats with intestine injury
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2008;11(3):173-176
Objective To determine the dynamic changes of ileum epidermal growth factor(EGF),transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α)and epithelial growth factor receptor(EGFR)in neonatal rats with intestinal injury and to investigate their role in the neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC). Methods One-day-old Wistar rat pups were divided into two groups. The rats in the lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-injected group(n=40)received an intraperitoneal injection with 5 mg/kg LPS and those in the control group(n=8)did not.Control group and LPS-injected group at 1,3,6,12 and 24 h following LPS challenge were sacrificed for histological evaluation of NEC and for measurernents of EGF,EGFR,EGFR mRNA and TGF-α mRNA. Results Compared with the control group(0.12 0.17).the LPS-iniected pups showed a significant increase in injury scores at 1,3,6,12 and 24 h(1.28±0.62,1.75±0.74,1.98±0.75,2.85±0.41 and 2.35士0.63,respectively)(P<0.01).EGF protein levels at 1,3,6,12,24 h[(235.9±44.3)pg/mg prot,(231.8±30.0)pg/mg prot,(223.3±48.1)pg/mg prot,(211.7±47.0)pg/mg prot and(221.4±39.0)pg/mgprot,respectively]were significantly lower than that of the control group[(287.7±42.6)pg/mg prot](P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the EGF levels and the grade of intestinal injury within 24 h(r=1.000,P<0.01).The expression of EGFR protein and mRNA was increased after LPS administration. There was no correlation between the EGFR protein and the grade of intestinal injury(r=0.800,P>0.05).The expression of TGF-α mRNA was significantly up-regulated at 1 and 3 h following LPS injection. Conclusions Reduced levels of EGF may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of NEC.
5.Comparison of consumption of drugs for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients with different blood groups
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2010;30(9):1028-1029
Objective To compare the consumption of the drugs for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) in patients with different blood groups. Methods One hundred female ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 30-50 yr, body mass index < 30 kg/m2 , scheduled for elective total hysterectomy or myomectomy, were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the blood group: group A ( n= 25), group B ( n = 30), group AB ( n = 11 ) and group O ( n = 34). Patients received iv injection of flurbiprofen 30 min before the end of surgery and sufentanil at the end of surgery. PCIA with sufentanil 1.2 μg/ml ( bolus dose 2.0 ml, background infusion 0.5 ml/h, lockout interval 5 min) was performed when the VAS score ≤4. The loading dose and consumption on 1 st and 2nd day after operation for sufentanil were recorded. The adverse reactions were observed. Results The loading dose and consumption on 1st day after operation for sufentanil were the highest in group A and B, the second in group AB, and the lowest in group O among the 4 groups. Conclusion The consumption of the drugs for PCIA is different in patients with different blood groups.
6.Relationship between gut microbiota and Kawasaki disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(5):291-294
Kawasaki disease is a disease based on systemic vasculitis, which has become the most common disease in children with acquired heart disease, but its etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. The homeostasis of the gut microbiota plays an important role in the maturation of the body′s immune system and immune regulation. The disorder of the gut microbiota is involved in a variety of inflammatory and immune diseases in children.Studies have found that there are changes in the composition of gut microbiota in children with Kawasaki disease.Gut microbiota disorders are related to the occurrence and development of Kawasaki disease, with the immune system function affected.Various mechanisms such as intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction, immune inflammation, oxidative stress and metabolite effects promote the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease. This article reviews the research on the relationship between gut microbiota and Kawasaki disease.
7. Green fluorescent protein in Candida albicans-related studies
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;31(5):541-544
The green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a bioluminescent protein derived from the Jellyfish Aequorea. As a reporter gene, GFP has been used in a variety of biological researches. A large proportion of the clinical fungal infections are caused by Candida albicans, making it very important for further study. GFP has also been widely used in Candida albicans-related studies. The fusion genes harboring GFP gene can yield expression of the fusion protein, which can emit green fluorescence and can be used for gene expression and protein localization. This paper reviews the application of GFP in the Candida albicans-related studies.

Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Xintong Injectio on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:The patients of treatment group were treated by intravenous dipping of Xintong Injectio, and the control group by Isosorbide mononitrate, and changes of their clinical symptoms, signs,ECG,dynamic ECG,hemorheological indexes, blood lipids and other indexes were investigated. Results:The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group, and the total effective rate for ECG was 76.67% in the treatment group and 48.33% in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups(both P
9.Preoperative assessment strategies of hilar cholangiocarcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(11):772-775
At present,in the opinions of the domestic and foreign scholars, the only hope of long-term survival even cure of hilar cholangiocarcinoma was obtained by radical resection(ie R0 resection). The application of preoperative assessment with appropriate and comprehensive strategies can judge the respectability and Intraoperative safety accurately to the tumor, thereby it can improve the radical resection rate and safety of patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma. In this paper, preoperative assessment strategies are reviewed.
10.Mosapride citrate in reflux esophagitis treatment and intervention effect analysis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):170-171
Objective To explore the use of mosapride citrate in treating reflux esophagitis and nursing intervention spitley effect. Methods In 40 cases of reflux esophagitis in patients with routine therapy, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients in the control group based on the use of mosapride citrate. And classified as the observation group, two groups of patients were in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2017. Results The study in the treatment of the two groups of patients with effective rate of 95.0%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group 80.0%, between the two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05). The adverse effects of more than two groups found, two groups of patients with adverse reaction incidence was no significant difference, that shows no significant difference. Conclusion Mosapride citrate in reflux esophagitis treatment and intervention effect analysis found that the compared with conventional therapy, can be in At the same time, it can improve the curative effect of the patients, and will not increase the possibility of adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical reference.
