1.Effect of scalp acupunction on children with cerebral palsy
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(5):302-303
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the scalp acupunction on children with cerebral palsy.Methods56 cases with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups: the treating group(scalp acupuncture and modern rehabilitation) and the control group(modern rehabilitation only) with 28 cases each. The ADL and the motion function were compared. ResultsThere is a significant defference between the two groups on the ADL, while no significant defference was observed on motor function between the two groups. Conclusions Scalp acupuncture is effective on improvment of ADL of the children with cerebral palsy.
2.STUDY OF SERUM TRAb IN AUTOIMMUNE THYROID DISEASE WITH ABC- ELISA
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
In this paper the investigation of using a new method-ABC-ELISA in assay of Autoimmune Thyroid Disease are presented. The sensitivity of ABC-ELISA is compared with that of standard ELISA; Its reliability is proven by the methods of detecting TSAb with FRTL-5. TRAb is detected by ABC-ELISA in 91% of untreated Graves'. TRAb is detected by Standard ELISA in 70% of untreated Graves'. The results of ABC-ELISA in 26 untreated Graves' are equal to that of the method of detecting TSAb with FRTL-5. Therefore, we consider that ABC-ELISA is a sensitive, reproducible, convenient method applicable to clinical practice.
3.Analysis of picture of the tongue on uroschesis patients after acute spinal cord injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(10):600-601
ObjectiveTo study and find out the mechanism of uroschesis in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods111 cases's picture of tougue were observed and recorded.ResultsPale tongue with white and yellow coating occurred in common. Conclusions The picture of the tongue plays a role in finding out TCM mechanism of uroschesis.
5.Comparation of gastrointestinal absorption studies of specnuezhenide with salidroside in rats.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(6):1107-1110
The experiment was designed to study the mechanism of increasing efficiency of Ligustrum lucidum steamed with wine. Rats in vivo with gastrointestinal perfusion model were used. The contents of salidroside and specnuezhenide in the fluid of gastrointestinal perfusion of rats were measured by HPLC at different time points after dosing. Then the K(a) and absorption percentage were calculated. Specnuezhenide could be detected in the fluid of gastrointestinal perfusion of specnuezhenide. The K(a) of the specnuezhenide and salidroside in the fetal intestines are 0.055 3 and 0.144 2 h(-1) respectively and the total absorptivity are 24.46% and 60.14% respectively after 4 hours. The K(a) in the stomach are 5.70 and 8.26 h(-1) respectively and the total absorptivity are 34.21% and 47.23% respectively after 4 hours. The experiment proved that specnuezhenide can be metabolized into salidroside which is more beneficial for gastrointestinal absorption. The experiment proved that specnuezhenide can be metabolized into salidroside both in the rat's stomach and the fetal intestine and compared with the specnuezhenide salidroside is more conducive to gastrointestinal absorption. The results suggested that the increasing efficiency on liver and kidney of L. lucidum steamed with wine has business with the fact that Specnuezhe nide is more conducive to the body after it is changed into salidroside.

6.Endoscopic mucosal resections and follow-up study for 8 patients with colonic laterally spreading tumors with early carcinomatous change
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To eraluate the methods and results of endoscopic mucosal resections for colonic laterally spreading tumors with early malignant degeneration. Methods The pit pattern was studied with magnitying colonoscopy and mucosal staining technique for colonic laterally spreading tumors (LST) undergoing early earcinatous degeneration. They were removed with endoscopic mucosal resection techniques. A follow-up study was made. Results Eight patients suffering from early carcinoma on top of colonic laterally spreading tumors were followed-up. ① 75% of the lesions were situated in the rectum, sigmoid colon and decending colon. ② 75% of the lesions were larger than 30mm in diameter. ③ 75% of the lesions belonged to Ⅳpit pattern. ④ 62.5% of the lesions were Villous adenomas and 75% of the onalignant change involved the mucosa only. ⑤ All the lesions were completely removed by EMR, ⑥ No local residual lesion, recurrence or metastasis was discovered in all the patients after a mean follow-up period of 20.7 months. Conclusions Most of the early carcinomas originated from colonic LST involved the mucosa only. Endoscopic mucosal resection may be a curative method for the early cancer arising from colonic LST.
8.Clinical analysis of tsutsugamushi disease misdiagnosed as tonsillitis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(6):425-426
Tsutsugamushi disease is an acute infectious rickettsial disease caused by the intracellular parasite Orientia tsutsugamushi. Due to its variety of clinical signs, this disease is often misdiagnosed. This article examines a total of 4 patients who visited our clinics with fever and sore throat. 3 of them had body temperature of 39.5 Celsius degrees when admitted. The characteristic black eschar occurred on 4 of them. Lymphadenopathy occurred on 2 of them. Cough occurred on 1 of them. Lab tests showed that 3 of them had Leukocytosis, 1 of them had increased bronchovascular markings, and 3 of them had Weil-Felix test positive. After admission, all patients, who were confirmed of diagnosis of tsutsugamushi disease instead of tonsillitis, received the comprehensive treatment and cured afterwards.

Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(3):323-327
Some managers and medical personnel in the institutions of maternal and child health were lack of ethical awareness.Their awareness about the protection of rights and interests of the subjects, informed consent, and research medical safety were not enough. There arised some ethical problems in reproductive medicine, prenatal diagnosis, new technology and new project review, and scientific research project application.Based on cause analysis, this paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Researchers should recognize the importance of medical research management and ethics review. It should strengthen the training of research ethics for hospital managers and researchers, meanwhile, strengthen the construction of ethics committee, strengthen the tracking and governance, and make good use of education and assessment measures,in order to promote the healthy development of maternal and child health medical research.
10.External ultrasonic liposuction:a report of 204 cases
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To summarize the experiences of ultrasonic liposuction in 204 cases, and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this technique. Methods The ultrasonic system (SILBERGEE E.U.A. TM ) and the liposuction equipment (HEROULES TM , American) were applied with the tumescent technique in 204 cases. Results Satisfactory rate was 90.69 %. After operation the highest sucked fat quantity was 6 800 ml, and the fewest quantity 250 ml, with an average of 1 907.6 ml for each case. Average volume of sucked fat in each position was 1 005.5 ml, which exceeded that by the traditional method. Advantages of this technique were larger fat quantity, obvious effect, less bleeding and pain, and safety. Disadvantages and complications were rough and uneven surface, accumulation of the liquid, bilateral asymmetry, slow wound healing, subcutaneous ecchymosis and hardening nodule, and even decreased blood pressure. The corresponding processing technique was recommended after liposuction. Conclusion This method is a simple and convenient, safe and reliable technique. It is suggested that multiple times and less portions of liposuction may be of benefit to patients.
