Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(1):88-90
Inner ear malformations are anomalies linking to development insults at different periods of embryogenesis, which are common causes of congenital sensorineural hearing loss. The evaluation of pediatric sensorineural hearing loss mostly depends on high-resolution computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, which can excellently depict the temporal bones and inner ear malformations.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective: To study the expression of cyclin D1 and E in lung cancer. Methods: The immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of cyclin D1 and E in 68 cases of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and 21 cases of small cell lung cancer(SCLC). Results: The rate of cyclin D1 protein positive expression was 48.5% in NSCLC, 4.8% in SCLC,showing significant difference( P

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(17):1311-1313
OBJECTIVE:
To explore different conditions and buffers of antigen retrieval which affect the CK of SNIP on immunohistochemical staining results.
METHOD:
Dividing paraffin tissue sections of 11 patients into four groups. Using the Image-Pro Plus Image analyzer and taking five horizons for each section to calculate an average of 200 areas, measured standard optical density of the positive reaction areas.
RESULT:
It is divided into four groups: high temperature and high pressure citrate buffer retrieval, microwave EDTA buffer retrieval, microwave citrate retrieval, high temperature and high pressure EDTA buffer retrieval. The standard optical density of positive reaction areas respectively express: 0.324 ± 0.051, 0.325 ± 0.056, 0.303 ± 0.061, 0.365 ± 0.023. The rates of CK positive expression with high temperature and high pressure EDTA buffer retrieval is batter than other repairing groups in the same paraffin tissue sections (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
For the Pan of Sinonasal inverted papilloma, the method of high temperature and high pressure EDTA buffer antigen retrieval can achieve the ideal staining results? which is worth while to promote and maybe as a bet? ter guide of clinic work.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Aim The effect of capsule bushenyanshou (BSYS), a compound of traditional Chinesemedicine, on the immunopharmacological activities of mice was investigated. MethodsThe indexes of immunopharmacological activity, such as the clearance rate of charcoalparticles, the lymphocyte transformation and the content of serum hemolysin, were mea-sured. Results Capsule BSYS (400, 800 mg?kg-1, qd ? 12) markedly increased theclearance rate of iv charcoal particles and 1he lymphocyte transformation stimulated invivo by PHA in mice. In hydrocortisone -treated mice(15 mg? kg-1, sc, qd ? 5), capsuleBSYS significantly enhanced the content of serum hemolysin and the weights of spleenand thymus. The results also demonstrated capsule BSYS performed a sighted inhibition ofthe delayed type hypersensitivity in mice. Conclusion Capsule BSYS has the capacity ofimmunological intensification and regulation.

Objective To discuss the effects of silencing of iASPP gene on human bladder cancer cells. Methods RNAi silencing of iASPP gene in bladder cancer cell 5637 and T24 cells were used by lentiviral mediated interfering short hairpin RNAs. Cell proliferation was tested by MTT assay, and rate of colony was tested by colony formation assay. Cell cycles were tested by using fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Results Down-regulation of iASPP could inhibit the growth and proliferation of human bladder cancer cells (P<0.05). iASPP know-down could decrease the colony formation of 5637 and T24 cells (P<0, 05). Knocking down of iASPP in 5637 and T24 cells showed cell arrested at G1. Conclusions Silencing of iASPP gene could inhibit proliferation and colony formation of bladder cancer, iASPP might be an important target for gene therapy of bladder cancer.
