Ultra high field MR scanner shows great superiority. 3. 0-T MR scanners provide almost two-fold signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) compared with a standard 1. 5-T MR scanner. The higher baseline SNR can be converted into a variety of alternative benefits. There are still some other changes brought about by 3. 0-T, such as higher sensitivity to motion, susceptibility effect, more difference in resonant frequency among different metabolites, and so on. These features may be a double-edged sword in structural and functional imaging. But with the ceaseless progress of the technology and gains in experience, 3. 0-T systems will provide more information and show more advantages.

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of nateglinide treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes on the state of inflammatory response. MethodsThe clinical data of 74 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively reviewed,and treated with nateglinide,before and after treatment,the fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose 0.5h ( 0.5 hPG), 1 h postprandial blood glucose ( 1 hPG) ,2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG) ,fasting insulin(FINS) ,0.5h postprandial insulin(0. 5hINS) ,postprandial 1h insulin( 1 bINS),2h postprandial insulin(2hINS),interleulin-2(IL-2) and C-reactive protein(CRP) levels were observed. Objective To investigate the action of inorganic arsenic in the induction of DNA strand breaks in primary cultured human skin fibroblasts. Methods Sodium arsenate and sodium arsenite were used as test inorganic arsenics. DNA strand breaks were assessed by single cell gel electrophoresis assay (SCGE). Results Arsenate at 1～10 ?mol/L dose_dependently induced DNA strand breaks in cells. Arsenate at lower concentrations induced mainly degree I DNA strand breaks, while the proportion of cells with degree Ⅱ DNA strand breaks increased to 50% when treated with 10?mol/L arsenate,but no cells with degree ⅢDNA strand breaks were observed.Cells treated with 1?mol/L arsenite showed no significant increase in DNA strand breaks. At the concentration of 10?mol/L, however, arsenite induced DNA strand breaks with different degrees, and the apoptotic type DNA strand breaks were the major type. Conclusion Sodium arsenate mainly induced general type DNA strand breaks and sodium arsenite induced apoptotic type,beside general type of DNA strand breaks in primary cultured human skin fibroblasts. This could be explained by their different reaction modes with DNA, and further studies were needed.

Objective:To explore influence of dexmedetomidine on Riker sedation -agitation scale (SAS) score and Ramsay sedation score in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage . Methods :A total of 96 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage treated in our hospital were selected . According to analgesic drugs taken after operation ,they were divided into dexmedetomidine group (n=48) and mid‐azolam group (n= 48) .Riker SAS score ,Ramsay sedation score and adverse reactions after operation were com‐pared between two groups . Results:Compared with midazolam group ,there were significant rise in Ramsay seda‐tion score [6h :(1.59 ± 0.52) scores vs .(2.13 ± 0.15) scores] and significant reduction in Riker SAS score [6h :(4.09 ± 0.82) scores vs .(3.73 ± 0.76) scores] on 6h ,12h and 24h after operation ,P<0.05 or <0.01 ;and signifi‐cant reduction in incidence rate of adverse reactions (37.5% vs .10.4% , P< 0.05 ) in dexmedetomidine group . Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine possesses definite analgesic and sedative effects on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after borehole drainage ,it's safe andreliable ,which is worth extending .

Objective To assess the effect of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) agonist on prostate epithelial cells in vitro.Methods The expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARγ) was studied by immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence study.The RWPE-1 human prostate epithelial cell line was treated with PPARγ agonist rosiglitazone 100 μmol/L for 48 h.Analysis of apoptosis was performed by Caspase 3/7 activity assay.Mitochondria depolarization was measured by using the potential-sensitive color,JC-1.The expression of apoptosis-related proteins-Bax was investigated by immunohistochemistry.Results PPARγ mainly located in nucleus and perinucleus.RWPE-1 cell line treated with PPARγ agonist rosiglitazone showed higher Caspase 3/7 activity (10636±1032 RLU) than in control (5936±620 RLU),P＜0.01 and significantly upregulated Bax level (8250±694 vs.6017±563)than in control group,P＜0.01.In addition,mitochondrial membrane potential was depolarized in rosiglitazone treated cells.Conclusions PPARmay play important roles in the pathophysiology of BPH.The mechanism might be that PPARγ regulates cell apoptosis.It is suggested that the mitochondrial and Bax pathway might be involved in signaling PPARγ induced cell apoptosis.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain in hospital infection. METHODS ?-Lactamase gene,aminoglycoside modification enzymes(AMEs)gene,and resistant antiseptic(qacE△1-sul1)gene were detected to mutidrug resistant P.aeruginosa with polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and we conducted cluster analysis of the molecule marked drug resistance gene. RESULTS PCR showed the positive ratios of TEM,CARB and VIM genes were 24.32%,43.24%,and 5.4%,respectively,While SHV,CTX-M,OXA-10 group,PER,GES,VEB,DHA,and IMP genes were all negative,the deleted ratio of oprD_2 gene was 86.49%;the positive ratios of aac(6′)-Ⅰ,aac(6′)-Ⅱ,ant(3″)-Ⅰand ant(2″)-Ⅰgenes were 8.11%,43.24%,18.91%,and 40.54%,respectively and the positive ratio of qacE△1 gene was 51.35%,There were clone transmitted phenomenon. CONCLUSIONS Hospital P.aeruginosa infection can induce clone transmitted hospital infection and it has fulminant prevalence.

Objective To investigate the biological markers and their clinical significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of inlfammatory bowel disease (IBD) in children.Methods The study had 22 cases of IBD including 6 cases of ulcerative colitis (UC) and 16 cases of Crohn’s Disease (CD). Twenty-four children without IBD were selected as controls. The serum perinuclear anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (pNACA) was measured by indirect immune lfuorescence method. The serum anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody (ASCA) IgG and IgA, anti-B mannose glycoside antibody (AMCA) IgG, anti-B glycoside sugar shell antibody (ACCA) IgA, Anti-bacterial lfagellin antibody (Anti-cBir1) IgG, and the fecal calprotectin (FC) were determined by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
