Hypoxia-inducible factor 1 ( HIF-1 ) can receive and conduct signals under hypoxia,so it participates in the transcriptions of some genes induced by hypoxia.Hypoxia can cause an increasing expression of HIF-1 α in endomettial carcinoma,which might work on angiogenesis,glycometabolism,invasion,prolifera-tion,apoptosis,differentiation and prognosis of tumor.HIF-1α attracts more and more attention in recent years,detection of HIF-1α in endometrial carcinoma may be useful for its therapy.
2.Clinical Study of Shenqi Decoction in Treating Restenosis after Implantation of Stents in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Decoction on inflammation and immune reaction, immune state, restenosis (RS) after implantation of stents in patients with coronary artery disease, and to investigate its mechanism. Methods Eighty-eight patients with coronary artery disease after implantation of stents were randomly divided into the treatment group (45 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Decoction additionally for six months. RS rate, the level of hs-CRP, the marker of activation of T lymphocytes (CD3+/HLA-DR+), sIL-2R and the scores of blood-stasis syndrome and deficiency of Qi syndrome were observed. 3.THE APPEARANCE AND CHANGES OF ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE IN THE BRAINS OF RAT

The appearance and changes of Acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) in the brains of 62 rats from early embryos to adults were studied by histochemical method and the brains of 19 rats of corresponding stages were examined with Nissl stain. The main results are as follows:1. AChE appeared in the following sequence: spinal cord, myelencephalon, metencephalon, mesencephalon, diencephalon and finally in telencephalon. In telencephaIon, AChE appeared earlier in paleocortex than in neocortex. The sequence described above showed that the appearance of AChE reflects cephalization of the nervous system in the rat.2. AChE-positive neurons of the rat brain consisted of cholinergic neurons and cholinoceptive ceils, both of which are related to the neurotransmitter ACh.3. The following nuclei of adult rat brain were shown to be AchE-positive in our specimens, but had not been reported in available literature: n. tractus mesencephali, n. anterior dorsalis thalami, n. anterior ventralis thalami, n. lateralis thalami, n. habenulae lateralis, n. reticularis thalami, n. supraopticus, n. paraventricularis, n. parafascicularis and n. ruber. In the cerebral cortex very few positive cells have been noticed.
4.Laboratory diagnosis of lupus anticoagulant associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ) deficiency:report of 13 cases

Objective To explore laboratory diagnosis tests for lupus anticoagulant associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency.Methods We investigated the coagulation factors'activity,coagulation factors'antibodies,anticardiolipin antibodies,lupus anticoagulant and thrombin generation in thirteen patients of lupus anticoagulant associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency,ten hemophilia A patients, forty-eight healthy people. In these thirteen patients,there were five patients with schizophrenia and had been taking chlorderazin for a long time,two patients with antiphospholipid syndrome, one patient with pemphigus, five patients in which causes of disease were unknown.Among these patients,two patients has haemorrhage,eleven patients don't have reduced.The antibodies of these coagulation factors and LA were positive.Six patients in this group were ACA poslhve,and seven patients were ACA negative.The lag time of eleven non-haemorrage patients with LA positive associated by F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ deficiency was(5.60±1.18)min,higher than that of control group which was(1.88±0.25)min.This differenee had statistically significant(t=10.05,P<0.01).The time to peak was(8.11±1.91)min,significantly higher than that of control group which was (4.10±0.36)min(t=8.83,P<0.01).The endogenous thrombin potential(ETP)was(1 640.87±higher than that of hemophilia A patients which was(38.50±6.20)%(t=9.77,P<0.01).The time to peak of hemophilia A patients was(8.01±1.81)min,significantly higher than that of control group which Was(4.10±0.36)min(t=8.20,P<0.01).The lag time of control group and hemophilia A patients was (1.88±0.25)min and(2.01±0.84)min,respectively.There was no significant difierence of the lag time between these two groups(t=1.26,P>0.05).Conclusions Diseases like lupus anticoagulant associated bv coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency and inherited hemophilia should use APTT,PT,should be used as confirmation tests. LA and ACA may serve as indication test for identifying the causes of these diseases. ETP and ETP percentage are quite good parametem for predicting the bleeding risk of patients with LA positive associated by coagulation factors(F Ⅷ,F Ⅸ and F Ⅺ)deficiency.
5.Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Sequela of Apoplexy by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform

This study was aimed to analyze the composition principles of prescriptions for sequela of apoplexy collected in the CNKI by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform (TCMIP), in order to provide a reference for clinical selection of medication. Prescriptions for the sequela of apoplexy treatment in CNKI were collected. Based on the TCMIP, the medication rules of prescription were analyzed by data mining method after data entry. A total of 190 prescriptions involving 204 herbs for sequela of apoplexy treatment were screened and studied. The herbs for blood-activating andqi-tonifying were used with higher frequency. There were 36 commonly used herbal pairs. The herb pair of Dang-Gui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis) andHuang-Qi (Radix Astragali) was with the highest frequency. The herbal combination with three types of herbs wasDi-Long (Pheretima),Dang-Gui andHuang-Qi. The herbal combination with four types of herbs wasChuan-Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Di-Long,Dang-Gui andHuang-Qi. The analysis on association rule showed thatChuan-Xiong,Dang-Gui,Tao-Ren (Semen Persicae),Hong-Hua(Flos carthami) andHuang-Qiwere often combined with each other. A total of 48 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were mined. It was concluded that the prescriptions for sequela of apoplexy were mainly composed with herbs for blood-activating,qi-tonifying and collateral-dredging. According to the flavor and meridian tropism theory of Chinese medicine, the herbal medication selection in the prescription was mostly warm and hot in nature, sweet and pungent flavor, and the meridian tropism of the liver and spleen meridian.

Objective To study the relationship between P450 (CYP6 and CYP4) genes and deltamethrin resistance in Anopheles anthropophagus. Methods The real-time RT-PCR technique was used for semi-quantitative analysis of mRNA copy numbers of CYP6 and CYP4 gene from susceptible and deltamethrin-resistant strains. Results It is found that the mRNA copy numbers of CYP6 gene in deltamethrin-resistant strain were about 1. 39 times higher than those in susceptible strain, and the mRNA copy numbers of CYP4 gene in deltamethrin-resistant strain were about 3. 63 times higher than those in susceptible strain of Anopheles anthropophagus. Conclusion The higher expressions of CYP6 and CYP4 mRNA are observed in deltamethrin resistance strain and indicate that both CYP6 and CYP4 genes may be involved in the deltamethrin resistance in Anopheles anthropophagus.

9.Clinical Investigation and Nursing Care of Neuralgic Amyotrophy

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features and nursing care of neuralgic amyotrophy.MethodsThe course of the treatment and nursing in a group of patients with idiopathic neuralgic amyotrophy was analyzed retrospectively.ResultsMyoatrophy was found in all patients, while 42% of patients were involved in both sides. Serious pain, as initial symptom, was found in 92% of patients. After medical and physical treatment, as well as holistic nursing care, the pain disappeared in 1~2 weeks in all patients but one. All patients had been followed up for 2~13 months, muscle power was recovered in 67% of all patients, partially recovered in 33% of patients.ConclusionThe careful nursing and observation is very helpful for recover of neuralgic amyotrophy and can decrease complications.
10.Effect of Shanzha Xiaozhi Capslue on Stability of Atherosclerosis Plaques in Patients with Metabolic Syndrome and Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effect of Shanzha Xiaozhi Capslue on stability of atherosclerosis plaques in patient with metabolic syndrome (MS) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS). Methods Totally 106 patients with MS and CAS were randomly divided into 2 groups with 55 cases in the treatment group and 51 cases in the control group. The control group improved the way of life and control of relevant risk factors, while the treatment group was treated with Shanzha Xiaozhi Capslue additionally for 6 months. The occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of the two groups was compared. The intima-media thickness, plaques grade of carotid artery and the changes of Hs-CRP, Hcy, insulin resistance were measured before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the treatment group reduced significantly compared with the control group (P=0.047). The intima-media thickness and plaques grade of carotid artery in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05), and the serum levels of Hs-CRP, Hcy, insulin resistance were decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Shanzha Xiaozhi Capslue can decrease the intima-media thickness and plaques score of carotid artery, stabilize atherosclerotic plaque, thus reduce the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events of patients with MS and CAS.
