At present, China’s OTC market is developing fast and would become the largest medicine market of the world. Medicine production enterprises explored China’s market one after another. Facing up such fierce competition, it’s an arduous task for inland OTC medicine production enterprises to get market share. It analyzes the necessities and misunderstandings of China’s OTC medicine production enterprises, studies the countermeasures for China’s OTC medicine production enterprises to conduct CIS strategy by analyzing characteristics of OTC medicine and market situation.

Practicing the great educational ideology of establishing morality and cultivating people in classroom teaching is a strategic measure for medical colleges and universities to improve the quality of ideological and political education and personnel training.At the juncture of its transition from the exploration stage to the normalization stage,it is necessary to understand the current situation,summarize the experience,as well as discover and solve the problems faced by sustainable development through investigation and research.The empirical research mainly focuses on two related aspects.Firstly,for the stage of lesson preparation,examining and studying the design description of teaching and educating people in randomly selected teaching plans to understand the current situation of teachers'learning and understanding of the concept of establishing morality and cultivating people.Secondly,for the implementation of classroom teaching,utilizing the opportunity of peer listening and supervising class evaluation to conduct on-site inspections and record relevant data,so as to further understand the teacher's concept of establishing morality and cultivating people and their current situation of integrating into classroom.Data statistical analysis and on-site investigation indicated that the exploration of practicing the concept of establishing morality and cultivating people in classroom teaching was generally successful,but there were also some shortcomings.To turn to the normalization stage,it is urgent to solve three major problems,namely,the need to deeply learn and understand the ideology of establishing morality and cultivating people,the need to carefully design teaching ideas of establishing morality and cultivating people in teaching plans,and the need to careful optimization of implementing measures for establishing morality and cultivating people in classroom teaching.

Purpose To study the relationshiPbetween CD88 expression and clinicopathologic features and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods TCGA and TIMER database were used to analyze the expression level of CD88 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjaecnt esophageal squamous cell epithelium and its relationship with epithelial-mesenchymal transition.Par-affin specimens were collected from 199 patients with clinically diagnosed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Immunohisto-chemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of CD88 and EMT-related proteins in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues,the relationship between CD88 expression and clinicopathological features,prognosis and EMT in ESCC tumors was analyzed.Results There were 86 cases with high CD88 expression and 113 cases with low CD88 expres-sion.The expression level of CD88 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tis-sue(P＜0.001).The group with high CD88 expression had lower ESCC differentiation level(P＜0.001)and higher T stage(P=0.03).The 5-year survival of patients with high CD88 ex-pression was significantly lower than that of patients with low CD88 expression(P=0.002).Cox univariate and multivariate analysis showed that CD88 expression was an independent prog-nostic factor for overall survival of patients with esophageal squa-mous cell carcinoma(P=0.013).The high expression of CD88 was negatively correlated with E-cadherin(r=-0.146,P=0.039),and positively correlated with vimentin(r=0.387,P=1.61e-08)and N-cadherin(r=0.304,P=1.3e-05).Con-clusion CD88 is highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.CD88 may affect the occurrence,development,in-vasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma through EMT,and it might be used as a prognostic marker for e-sophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.

  Objective  To analyze the current status of the development of adaptation guidelines in China, as well as their methodological quality and the reporting quality, in order to provide reference for the development of adaptation guidelines.  Methods  We searched and collected adaptation guidelines led by Chinese researchers or institutions from 2015 to 2023 from four electronic databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform, SinoMed and PubMed, extracted the basic information of the adapted guidelines, and assessed their methodological quality and reporting quality using the Appraisal of Guidelines for REsearch and Evaluation (AGREE) Ⅱ and RIGHT-Ad@pt tools.  Results  A total of 14 adaptation guidelines were included, mainly focusing on nursing (42.9%, 6/14), with the most frequently used adaptation method of ADAPTE (71.4%, 10/14), and with reference to pre-existing guidelines mainly from the United States, the United Kingdom, and international organizations. Assessment by the AGREE Ⅱ tool showed that the average methodological quality score of the adapted guidelines was 36.6%. The scores were relatively high in the domains of clarity of expression and rigor of formulation (44.4% and 54.9%), and lowest in the domain of applicability (15.3%). The results of the RIGHT-Ad@pt tool showed that the reporting quality of the adaptation guidelines was relatively good, with the highest reporting rate of 91.2% and the lowest of 35.3%, and the reporting rates of seven articles were higher than 70%.  Conclusions  Adaptation guidelines in China are still in their infancy, with a relatively small number and mainly focusing on the nursing field. The most commonly used adaptation method is the ADAPTE method. The methodological quality and reporting quality of adaptation guidelines need to be further improved, and more research should be conducted on the specific conditions and timing of adaptation guidelines development.
