1.Historical Effect of Ethical Principle of Filial Piety in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Filial piety is not only ethical principle but also an ideological manner in traditional Chinese medicine.Filial piety ethics have dual natures. One hand,it propels the development of traditional Chinese medicine, since it is the inherent force of medical research and practice, the source of the TCM thought of respecting life and cherishing human body, the logic basis of the TCM idea that regards medicine as a humanity art,and the ideological basis of innovative practice. On the other hand,it has holdback effect for the development of traditional Chinese medicine since it is the cultural factor for the un-differentiation of Chinese medicine and philosophy, the ethical factor which blocks the development of TCM anatomy, the ideological source for the unbalanced development of TCM basic theory and clinical practice, and the limitation as the unfair basis for the ideological idea that regards medicine as a humanity art.
2.On the Scientific Research of Medical University Students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
Medical research can help medical university students cultivate both the ability to observe, analyze as well as solve problems, and the ability to obtain knowledge and independently make medical research. In medical research, medical university students should foster suspicion spirit, strengthen problem consciousness, search documents and materials, learn current situation of studies, view and emulate scientific research, enhance researchful study, grasp scientific research approaches and build creativity.
3.To Explore Methods of Centralized Disinfection for Bed Units
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of centralized disinfection for bed units in the hospital.METHODS Choose the appropriate methods to disinfection the bed units, make the basic condition, set up the administration rules and validation disinfection process.RESULTS The centralized disinfection for bed units could supply inpatients safety, clear and comfortable treatment environment and living space.CONCLUSIONS Applying the centralized disinfection for bed units is the necessary tendency for modern hospital.
4.Failure of Batch Monitoring System During Sterilization Process:Analysis of Causes
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(19):-
OBJECTIVE To prove the batch monitoring system to be effective and practicable.METHODS The sterilization process of each batch with the batch monitoring system was monitored.RESULTS Among monitored 7057 6 batches failed, the failure rate was 0.09%.CONCLUSIONS By analyzing the failure causes,we should enhance the maintenance of the sterilizator and limit the using times of the monitor device. It proves that the batch monitoring system is effective and practicable to monitor the pulse-vacuum-pressure-steaming sterilizator.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE To effectively control the quantum of bacteria existing in the air of the cleaning section in the disinfecting supply division. METHODS The standards and methods set in the Hospital Disinfecting Sanitation Standard(GB15982-1995) were used. RESULTS Scientific, effective and strict control measures should be implemented to make the quantum of bacteria existing in the air to meet the Environment Standard Type Ⅱ. CONCLUSIONS This article provides the credible data for boosting the pureness of the air of the cleaning section of disinfecting supply division.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the quickread bioindicator. METHODS According to the GB15981-1995 The Measures and the Standards of the Assessment of Disinfection and Sterilization,to control conventionally the(7 high-pressure) steam sterilization cabinets by the quickread-bioindicators. RESULTS Using the effective control method shortened the waiting time by 45 hours, and in-time provided the qualified disinfected supply. CONCLUSIONS The effect of using the quickread-bioindicator resolves the problem of delay of the control result. This is an ideal, scientific, and practical method for effective control of the high pressure steam sterilization.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the procedures and advantages of whole range quality control of disposable sterile medical appliance. METHODS By analyzing the data concerning whole range quality control of disposable sterile medical appliance from Oct 2002 to Oct 2005 in our hospital to summarize the experiences in this field. RESULTS During the last 3 years, the supply room in our hospital had administrated disposable sterile medical appliance 30 069 000 articles altogether, with the qualification ratio of 100%, and no adverse reaction was found; furthermore, the waste was reduced for no massed articles occurred; the cost accounting was raised and the error ratio during delivery was reduced too, the annual error ratio dropped form 0.003% to 0.00066%. CONCLUSIONS The whole range quality control of disposable sterile medical appliance can raise the administration quality, reduce the waste during delivery, and guarantee the disposable sterile medical appliance being used safely and effectively, also, it can provide accurate and useful data of cost accounting to concerned departments.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the use of isoptin in kidney transplants recipients. Methods The graft acute rejection rate, the cyclosporin A daily dose and its trough level and toxicity, the blood pressure and cardiovascular complications, the serum creatinine and blood sugar were studied in cadaveric kidney transplant recipients both with and without the additional use of isoptin. Results With the additional use of isoptin in 44 cadaveric kidney transplant recipients, the acute rejection rate has not increased. After using isoptin for 2 weeks,CsA blood level has been increased 25.5% whereas the CsA dose been cut down 32.6 %.So,drug expense dropped about 30.0% and CsA toxicity (hand tremble, insomnia) was slightly decreased. Conclusions Isoptin does not inecease the graft acute rejection rate yet makes the CsA dose and its toxicity less.

OBJECTIVE To verify the effect of batch monitoring system insteod of the indicator in the package.METHODS From Apr 17,2007 to Jul 29,2008,the batch monitoring system was used to monitor the sterilization effect of each batch,at the same time, inside each package we placed the indicator as control.RESULTS A total of 7057 batches were monitored,in which 7051 were eligible, and among 166870 packages in all,the indicators were all eligible, which included 56600 dressing packages and 110270 instrument packages. There was no difference between batch monitoring system and indicators.CONCLUSIONS The effect of batch monitoring system is credible, and the indicator inside package can be replaced.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the management methods of sterilization and supply department for the control of hospital infection. METHODS Since 2005, strict infection management system in all aspects by the sterilization and supply department has been taken including renewable medical equipment from recycle to distribution, sterile disposable medical equipment from acceptance to distribution, and the district environment and self-protection of its own staff in the sterilization and supply department and so on. RESULTS Hospital infections had not occurred as a result of sterilized supply for three years. CONCLUSIONS Since strict control and management system is carrying out, measures are effective, and good results have been achieved, which provide important guarantees for effectively controlling infection and medical safety.
