1.Golgiprotein-73, a novel serum marker for primary hepatocar cinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2011;17(12):1027-1029
Golgi protein-73 (GP73) is a type-lⅡ Golgi glycoprotein localized on the membrane of the Golgi complex.Recently,a growing number of studies have demonstrated that the expression of GP73 is closely correlated with primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC).GP73 has a higher sensitivity and specificity than alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and it may be a novel serum marker for the detection of PHC,especially for early PHC.This article reviews the relationship between GP73 and PHC.
2.Research progress of the structure and function of blood-spleen barrier
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(12):829-832
Blood-spleen barrier is an important part of the structure and function of spleen. In recent years,blood-spleen barrier gradually arouse people's attention and was often reported. This review focuses on the research progress of the structure and function of blood-spleen battier.
3.Surgical treatment and operative indication of hepatic hemangioma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2011;17(9):701-702
Hepatic hemangioma is one of the most common benign tumor,It mainly occour in middle-aged women. With the development of medical technology and the improvement of standard living, the discovery rate haihger than before. There are different opinion in different scholar about the choice of surgical treatment. This paper summarizes the surgical treatment and operative indication of hepatic hemangioma.

Endoscopic Sphincterotomy (EST) is more popular because of slight trauma and early recovery, therefore, its complications are always neglected, and the abuse of EST occur now and then. This paper summarized the applications of EST and analyzed its complications in recent 10 years in our country,It demonstrates that EST should been correctly treated and appropriately used.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(9):626-629
New developments appear in digestive tract anastmosis with better understanding to its healing process and the adoption of new techniques, such as single-layer anastomosis, combined suturing and me-chanical anastomosis. These issues are reviewed in this article.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(8):550-553
Cholangiocarcinoma is the second most common malignant tumor after primary hepatic cancer.Despite advances in diagnostic techniques during the past decade, cholangiocarcinoma is usually encountered at an advanced stage. In this review, we describe the classification, diagnosis, and management of cholan-giocarcinoma with obstructive jaundice.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(6):404-407
In the state of the stress, macrophage apoptosis is increased, function of secretion disordered and the ability of antigen-presenting redused,so the defense system is significantly reduced. This is one rea-son of complications including infection, sepsis, systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple or-gan failure. But mild heat stress may promote the immunological function of splenic macrophage.

Tissue factor is a powerful promoter of blood clotting in vivo , it plays an important role In hematischesis, tissue repair and thrombogenesis. In recent years, it is discovered that tissue factor can discriminate and regulate cell signal transduction, promote neogenesis of blood vessel and inflammatory reaction, regulate cell adhesion and movement, have a intimate relationship with invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor. In this article, we review the effects of tissue factor on malignant tumor metastasis.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
Objective:To study the effect of growth hormone(GH) on acute lung injury induced by endotoximia and its’ mechanism. Methods:After introduction of acute lung injury(ALI) by endotoximia, one hundred and tweleve male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into ALI group and GH group. Western blot, immunofluorescence staining and semi-quantitive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used to determine the expression and activation of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-?B), the levels of CC16 protein and the expression levels of CC16 mRNA in ALI rats’ lung. Results:Both the expression levels of CC16 mRNA and the contents of CC16 protein in ALI rats’ lungs began to decrease significantly 0.5 h post-injury,reached nadir at 6 h post-injury,and then began to recover. Both the expression levels of CC16 mRNA and the contents of CC16 protein in GH group were significantly lower than those in ALI group at different time intervals post-injury.The dynamic changes of the expression and activation of NF-?B were contrast to those of CC16 protein levels.Correlation analysis indicated that CC16 correlates significantly with the extent of lung injury and the expression and activation of NF-?B.Conclusion:Down-regulation of CC16 expression plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury induced by endotoximia. The application of GH can deteriorate the lung injury induced by endotoximia through down-regulating the expression of CC16.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the curative effect and mechanism of ulinastatin (UTI) administered by two different routes for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). METHODS: 50 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham operation (SO) group (fed with water ad libitum), SAP model group, positive control(nafamostat) group, ulinastatin peripheral venous perfusion group, and ulinastatin celiac arterial perfusion group. SAP model was established in the latter four groups, and then the rats were treated with corresponding drugs. 12h later, sample tissues were taken from pancreas and lungs for measurement of MPO level and histopathologic observation and the blood samples were collected for measurement of serum amylase, TNF-? and TXB2. RESULTS: Levels of amylase, TNF-?, TXB2, MPO and Hughes histopathologic scores of pancreas and lungs in all drug-treated groups were significantly lower than in SAP group (P
