Objective To discuss the impact of relevant psycho-social factors on the driving adaptability. Methods A total of 870 vehicle drivers were screened out by stratified cluster sampling,and 620 drivers were finally selected for this study after eliminating those who had 1 -2 accidents. The 620 drivers were divided into accident group and non-accident group. Demographic questionnaire, life event scale, SCL-90 Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were applied to investigate their general condition, life event, mental health and personality. All data were analyzed by t test and stepwise Fisher discriminatory, and then the discriminatory equations of driving eligibility were established. Results The scores of factors including positive life events, negative life events, family events, work events and social events in accident group were 9.62 ± 11.36, 34.53 ± 30.01, 24.05 ± 23.09, 16.78 ± 17. 12 and 2.82 ± 5.07, respectively, which were higher than 4.67 ± 6.25, 6.38 ± 10. 15, 6.48 ± 9.43, 3.96 ±6.55 and 2.02 ± 5.43 respectively in the non-accident group ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). The total SCL-90 score and the scores of all factors in the accident group were higher than those in the non-accident group ( P ＜0. 01 ). The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire scores of the accident group were significantly higher than the non-accident group in N dimension ( 56. 32 ± 8.77 vs. 45.23 ± 8.06 ) and P dimension (52.22 ±10.43 vs. 48.31 ± 9.35 ) ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Total discrimination accuracy of verification was 88.3%, and the total accuracy of prospective discrimination was 88.0%. Conclusions There is clear correlation of driving adaptability with coercion, anxiety, emotion and negative factors. The discriminatory equations are useful for selecting drivers because of high accuracy, and may play an important role in reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.

Objective To investigate the mental health of the frequent hit-and-run driver,and to explore its relationship with their life events and personality.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to draw 870 motor vehicle drivers,and chose the 620 met the study conditions.They were investigated by the demographic questionnaire,life event scale,symptom check list-90(SCL-90)and eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ).Results (1)The SCL-90 total score and the factor scores of the accident group were significantly higher than the non-accident group(respectively,65.17±39.68 vs 18.65±13.85,9.24±5.44 vs 3.48±2.84,6.96±4.81 vs 1.83±2.11,10.19±7.19 vs 2.53±2.74,7.00±4.96 vs 1.48±1.77,4.68±3.66 vs 1.24±1.48,3.51±3.58 vs 0.62±1.29,3.84±3.36 vs 1.00±1.33,5.34±4.17 vs 1.27±1.72,8.93±6.54 vs 2.96±2.97,6.08±4.81 vs 2.11±2.18),the differences were significant(P＜0.01).(2)The related analysis showed there existed the statistically positive relation between the total scores of SCL-90 and the factors of the life event scale and EPQ expect for the sense of concealing factor(r=0.146～0.393,P＜0.05).(3)Analysis of regression showed the factors of life event and personality had different influences on total scores and factor scores of SCL-90,and negative life events were the most important predictor of SCL-90 total score of frequent hit-and-run driver.Conclusion There are many mental problems among the frequent hit-and-run drivers.Life events,mood and psychoticism factors of personality are important influencing factor to their mental health.

Objective: To evaluate the quality of neonatal screening work for inherited metabolic diseases，to learn the incidence of inherited metabolic diseases in newborns in Zhejiang Province from 1999 to 2018，and to provide scientific basis for formulating policies for control of birth defects. Methods: The neonatal screening data for inherited metabolic diseases in Zhejiang Province from 1999 to 2018 were collected from the neonatal disease screening database of Zhejiang Neonatal Disease Screening Center，including congenital hypothyroidism（CH），phenylketonuria/tetrahydrobiopterin deficiency（PKU/BH4D），congenital adrenal hyperplasia（CAH），glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency（G6PD）and other metabolic disorders. The related indicators，such as the screening rate，prevalence rate，recall rate for suspected positive cases，resample rate of unqualified blood slides and rate of delayed blood slides delivery，were calculated to assess the quality of neonatal screening and understand the epidemic situation of inherited metabolic diseases in Zhejiang Province. Results: A total of 10 016 839 newborns were screened and the rate rised from 6.46% in 1999 to 100.62% in 2018. The recall rate for suspected positive cases had exceeded 95% since 2007. The rate of unqualified blood tablets was under 1%（0.06% in 2018）；the resample rate of unqualified blood slides had exceeded 99% since 2004；the rate of delayed blood slides delivery dropped to 0.19% in 2018. The proportion of newborns screened by tandem mass spectrometry reached 92.75% in 2018. There were 13 664 cases of inherited metabolic diseases confirmed，with 6 723 cases of CH（6.71/10 000），472 cases of PKU/BH4D（0.47/10 000），125 cases of CAH（0.38/10 000），5 644 cases of G6PD（22.19/10 000）and 700 cases of other metabolic disorders（2.13/10 000）. The highest prevalence rate of CH，PKU/BH4D，G6PD and other metabolic disorders lay in Lishui，Hangzhou，Ningbo and Quzhou，respectively，which was significantly different in cities（P<0.05）. Conclusion The neonatal screening rate for inherited metabolic diseases，recall rate for suspected positive cases and resample rate of unqualified blood slides are high，while the rate of unqualified blood slides and delayed blood slides delivery have been kept low in Zhejiang Province. The prevalence of CH is above and PKU/BH4D is below the national average.

Objective:To observe the effect of metformin on the polarization state and photoreceptor cell activity of microglia (BV2 cells) in a high glucose environment.Methods:An experimental study. BV2 cells were divided into a control group, a high glucose group, and a metformin+high glucose group. The cells in the high glucose group were cultured with 75 mmol/L glucose in the medium; the cells in the metformin+high glucose group were pretreated with 2 mmol/L metformin for 12 h and then placed in 75 mmo/L glucose concentration medium. The relative expression of M1 marker inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), CD86 and M2 markers arginase 1 (Arg-1), and CD206 protein were detected by Western blot. Interleukin (IL)-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, IL-4 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BV2 cells were co-cultured with mouse retinal photoreceptor cells (661W cells) for 24 h. The proliferation rate of 661W cells in each group was measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetric assay; the apoptosis rate of 661W cells in each group was measured by flow cytometry and terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling (TUNEL). An independent sample t-test was used for comparison between groups. Results:Western blot assay showed that the relative expression of iNOS and CD86 protein was increased and the relative expression of Arg-1 and CD206 protein was decreased in BV2 cells in the high glucose group compared with the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant ( t=-16.783, -11.605, 4.325, 4.649; P<0.05); compared with the high glucose group, the relative expression of iNOS and CD86 protein was decreased and the relative expression of Arg-1 and CD206 protein was increased in BV2 cells in the metformin + high glucose group compared with the high glucose group, and the differences were all statistically significant ( t=7.231, 5.560, -8.035, -8.824; P<0.01). ELISA results showed that compared with the control group, the BV2 cells in the high glucose group had increased IL-6, TNF-α content and IL-4 content was decreased in BV2 cells in the high glucose group compared with the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant ( t=-64.312, -127.147, 71.547; P<0.001); compared with the high glucose group, IL-6 and TNF-α content was significantly decreased and IL-4 content was significantly increased in BV2 cells in the metformin+high glucose group, and the differences were all statistically significant ( t=44.426, 83.232,-143.115; P<0.001). After co-culture of BV2 cells with 661W cells for 24 h, the results of MTT colorimetric assay showed that compared with the control group, the activity of 661W cells in the high glucose group was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=7.456, P<0.01); compared with the high glucose group, the activity of 661W cells in the metformin+high glucose group was increased ( t=-3.076, P<0.05). TUNEL method and flow cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate of 661W cells in the high glucose group was significantly higher compared with the control group, and the differences were both statistically significant ( t=-22.248, -22.628; P<0.001); compared with the high glucose group, the apoptosis rate of 661W cells in the metformin+high glucose group was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=11.767, 6.906; P<0.001, 0.01). Conclusion:In the high glucose environment, metformin inhibited the inflammatory response and attenuated the apoptosis of photoreceptor cells by regulating the polarization of microglia toward the M2 type.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of ambient conditions on the antibacterial activity of inorganic antibacterial agent based on sodium titanium phosphate.

METHODSThe number of live E. Coli ATCC 44113 was counted after the suspension was shaken and incubated in flask with antibacterial agent under ambient conditions.

RESULTThe number of live bacteria increased when the concentration of bacteria increased in the range of 1.2 x 10(2) to 1.2 x 10(8) cfu/ml. The antibacterial activity increased with the increase of ambient temperature in the range of 16 approximately 46 degrees C, showing good antibacterial activity at human body temperature. With the increase of the concentrations of co-existing NaCl and protein, the antibacterial activity was found to decrease at first and level off at 0.01 g/ml and 0.0005 g/ml respectively.

CONCLUSIONThe antibacterial agent has to be used together with organic antibacterial agent in order to achieve good antibacterial effect when the ambient bacterial concentration is high. The antibacterial agent is promising to be used in the preparation of antibacterial cloth because it is highly effective at body temperature and expected to remain antibacterial in perspiration.

Objective To investigate the impact of genetic and environmental factors on mental health status in adolescents twins. Methods A total of 52 pairs of twins aged 11 years were recruited with support from educational committees and school. After the guardians of these twins had signed an informed consent form,the Chinese version growth and the state of health evaluation (Development and Well-Bing Assessment,DAWBA) carries on twins' mental health growth condition investigation to the twins of Age greater than 11-year-old,and focus on a-nalysis of DAWBA youth-assessment version of more than 11-year-old twins. Buccal mucosa samples were collected from all twins for DNA extraction and zygosity identification test. Results The mood, the behavior symptom and the symptom produced the influence of the DAWBA and in the computer diagnosis' s result showed that the intra-pair correlation coefficience of the emotional disorder(rMZ=0, 200, P = 0. 28; r DZ = 0. 198, P = 0. 447) (MZ means was monozygotic,DZ means was dizygotie, r means was correlation), the special phobia symptom(r MZ = 0.440, P = 0.013;rDZ =0.419, P=0.094),the social phobia (rMZ =0.2%, P = 0. 106; r DZ = -0.119, P = 0.648),the depressive symptom (rMZ =0.556, P=0.001; rDZ = -0.254, P=0.325), and the oppositional/con-duct disorder(rMZ =0.503, P = 0.014; rDZ = -0.270, P = 0.295),eating disorder(r MZ =0.764, P=0.046; rDZ = -0.091, P=0.728) in Monozygotic twins was more remarkable than that in dizygotie twin. Conclusion The genetic factors play the vital role in affects in the child twins' mental health growth.

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of energy and protein intake targets and calculation in adult critically ill patients, and to provide evidence-based basis for critical nutrition management.Methods:Evidence related to energy and protein intake targets and calculation of adult critically ill patients, including guideline, expert consensus, systematic review and evidence summary, were systematically searched in PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Embase, Cochrane Library, UpToDate, BMJ Best Practice, Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), Web of Science, SinoMed, Medive, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, VIP database, Guidelines International Network (GIN), National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC), Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), and Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) from January 2012 to June 2022. Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the included literatures using the JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center evaluation tool and the Appraisal of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ (AGREE Ⅱ), extracted and summarized the best evidence for the nutritional intake goal and calculation of adult critically ill patients, and described the evidence.Results:A total of 18 literatures were included, including 5 clinical guidelines, 8 expert consensus, 3 systematic reviews and 2 evidence summaries. After literature quality evaluation, 18 articles were all enrolled. The evidence was summarized from the four aspects, including energy target calculation method, dose body weight, energy and protein intake target, and calculation method, 24 pieces of the best evidence were finally formed.Conclusions:The best evidence of energy and protein intake targets and calculation for critically ill patients was summarized based on evidence-based. Clinical medical staff can choose indirect calorimetry to calculate energy goals when equipment is available. Patient's height, body weight should be recorded accurately, dose body weight can be determined by body mass index (BMI). Meanwhile, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) loss, fat-free body weight, simple formulas and other methods should be used to continuously evaluate and adjust protein intake targets, to achieve the purpose of optimizing intensive nutrition support.
