Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an activity of nutrition science experience on nutrition and food safety cog-nition among primary and secondary school students .Methods With stratified cluster sampling ,students of grade 5 and 6 in one primary school and students of grade 1 and 2 in one middle school in Chongqing were selected ,and randomly divided into interven-tion group(n= 501) and control group(n= 522) .Only conducted the activity in the intervention group .Baseline data of all the students were investigated before the intervention .Effect evaluation was performed instantly in the intervention group and control group ,and a follow-up survey carried out in the intervention group after 9 months(n= 472) .Results The nutrition knowledge scores of instant intervention group were 9 .03 ± 2 .75 and 14 .70 ± 3 .28 before and after intervention respectively (U=29 .78 ,P<0 .01);the knowledge scores of the nine months later intervention group were 12 .35 ± 2 .89 ,which were lower than instant interven-tion group(U=12 .40 ,P<0 .01) ,but higher than before intervention(U=18 .04 ,P<0 .01) .The food safety scores of instant inter-vention group ,which were higher than control group ,nine months later intervention group and before intervention(P<0 .01) .Con-clusion It is feasible and effective to conduct a nutrition science experience among primary and secondary school students .
2.Molecular epidemiological characteristic analysis for coxsackievirus A6 in Guangzhou, from 2017 to 2019

Objective:To investigate the pathogenic spectrum of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD)from 2017 to 2019 in Guangzhou, and analyze molecular epidemiological characteristics of coxsackievirus A6 (CV-A6).Methods:Enterovirus A71 (EV-A71), CV-A16, CV-A6 and enterovirus were tested by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR). The CV-A6 representative samples were isolated and the VP1 region of isolates were amplified and analized by Mega5.0 and SeqMen.Results:A total of 7 578 enterovirus-positive specimens were detected from 2017 to 2019, 320 specimens were positive for EV-A71, 1481 specimens were positive for CV-A16, 3171specimens were positive for CV-A6, and 2606 specimens were positive for other enterovirus. Children under the age of 5 years were the most vulnerable population, and the male/female incidence ratio was 1.56∶ 1.The incidence occurred in all seasons, one peak between May and July, the other between September and November. The virus was isolated from 80 CV-A6 positive specimens and the full length of VP1 gene region was sequenced and nucleotide sequence similarity analysis was performed. The nucleotide homology in the VP1 region was 93%-100%, and the amino acid homology was 98%-100%. The nucleotide homology with the CV-A6 prototype strain (Gdula) VP1 region was 79%-81%, and the amino acid homology was 95%-97%. The nucleotide homology with the representative strain of D3 subtype was 92%-98%, and the amino acid homology was 98%-100%. Phylogenetic tree shows that all CV-A6 belonged to the sub-genotype D3 and distributed in multiple branches.Conclusions:CV-A6 is emerging as one of the major pathogen causing HFMD in Guangzhou, and all insolates belonged to D3 subtype. Closely monitoring the molecular characteristics of CV-A6 and changes in the pathogen spectrum can provide scientific basis for HFMD prevention and control.
3.Effects of timing theory on home care in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To explore the application of timing theory in home care of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Wuxi in Jiangsu Province from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the study group was given home-based care intervention based on timing theory. The quality of life and negative emotions were compared between the two groups, using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) and Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS).Results The scores of SAS and SDS of the control group after intervention were (61.7±2.0) and (52.4±1.3) respectively, which were both higher than those of the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=27.295,23.129;P<0.001). After 3 months of nursing intervention, the quality of life of patients in both groups has been improved. SAQ scores in different division were as follow: limitation of physical activity (64.1±10.9), angina attack (89.7±12.0), stable angina pectoris (91.5±7.2), disease cognition (88.5±9.2) and satisfaction of treatment (91.6±10.8). Those scores were all higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of sleeping time of the study group was (1.8±0.6), and that of the control group was (1.5±0.5). The difference in the sleeping quality between the two groups was statistically significant (t=2.577,P<0.05).Conclusions Home care intervention based on timing theory for patients with acute coronary syndrome can improve the quality of life and treatment effect, reduce anxiety and depression, and is worth popularizing and applying.
