ObjectiveTo explore the expression and clinical significance ofaquaporin (AQP) 1 and AQP 4 in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma H1299 cell line.MethodsH1299 cell line in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma(pulmonary adenocarcinoma group) were obtained,the expressions of AQP1 and AQP4 in mRNA level and their locations were determined in H1299 cell line respectively by semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot analysis.The migration of tumor cells were observed by Matrigel invasion assay.Then normal tissues adjacent of pulmonary adenocarcinoma (above cancer line 3 cm,no tumor cell with pathological proven) were as control group.ResultsThe results of RT-PCR showed that AQP1,AQP4 mRNA was 1.030 ± 0.070 and 1.140 ± 0.190 in conlrol group,which were lower than those in pulmonary adenocarcinoma group (2.021 ± 0.250 and 2.180 ±0.180)(P＜0.05 ).The results of Western blot showed AQP1,AQP4 located on the membrane of H1299 cell.Both AQPI and AQP4 mRNA expressed very high in pulmonary adenocarcinoma group,while expressed very low in control group (P＜0.05).Matrigel invasion assay showed that the invasion was positively related to AQP1,AQP4(r =0.351,P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionAQP1,AQP4 significantly over express in H1299 cell line,both of them phy important roles in the growth of tumor tissue and cell migration.

Objective To identify the Banna viruses isolated in northwestern part of Yunnan prov-ince in order to make the difference clear between the isolates and other Banna viruses isolated in other parts of Yunnan. Methods Three isolates of Banna vires isolated in 2005 and 2006 were identified by morpholo-gy, RNA-PAGE profile and molecular biologic method. Nueleotide and amino acid sequences of segment 12 of the 3 isolates were sequenced and analyzed. Results Three Banna viruses were isolated from mosquitoes collected in northwestern part of Yunnan during 2005 and 2006. Electron microscopy study showed that they are spherical with a diameter of 70 nm, no envelope but two layers of eapsid. It was found that the genome of the 3 isolates composes of 12 segments presenting band profile of 6-6 in RNA-PAGE. Nueleotide acid se-quence analysis about segment 12 showed that the identity was 99% between the 3 new isolates, 98% and 90% between the 3 isolates and the strains isolated in other parts of Yunnan, China and Indonesia, respec-tively. Phylogenetie analysis based on segment 12 gene showed that 3 new isolates clnstered in the same branch with the viruses isolated in other parts of Yunnan. The same difference of amino acids was found between Banna viruses isolated in China and Indonesia strains in the analysis of segment 12. Conclusion Banna virus strains were firstly isolated from mosquitoes collected in northwestern part of Yunnan province. Nueleotide acid sequence analysis of the 3 new isolates showed higher identity with strains isolated in other parts of Yunnan.

Objective To explore the effects of "Hospital-Community-Family" management mode on pulmonary function recovery and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) noninvasive ventilation, so as to provide reference for the COPD rehabilitation management. Methods From February 2013 to June 2016, a total of 180 COPD patients with noninvasive ventilation in hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the "Hospital-Community-Family"management mode, while the patients in the control group were given routine discharge guidance. The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before the intervention and after 6 months of management. Results After 6 months management, the forced vital capacity (FVC) of the observation group patients was (2.35±0.46); the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) was (1.62±0.64); the forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity rated (FEV1%) was (72.84±13.75); FEV1/FVC was (67.57±10.28)%; the peak expiratory flow (PEF) was (366.72±28.73) L/min. While those indicators of the control group were (1.96±0.45), (1.44±0.53), (67.91±13.05), (62.41±10.31)% and (342.83±26.64) L/min respectively. It was indicated that the pulmonary function recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical significant (t=5.750,2.055,2.467,3.362,5.785;P<0.05).The respiratory symptoms, activity limitation, disease influence and the total score of St George's respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) were (51.27±8.64), (50.72±9.45), (51.49±11.69) and (51.28±10.42), and those of the control group were (58.49±9.41), (56.49±10.36), (57.83±12.53) and (57.74±11.04) respectively. The differences were all statistically significant (t=5.362, 3.904, 3.510, 4.037; P< 0.01). Conclusions The implementation of "Hospital-Community-Family" management mode for COPD non-invasive ventilation can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of patients.

Objective:To document the effectiveness of using a digital treadmill in rehabilitating the walking ability of patients with an incomplete spinal cord injury.Methods:Ninety-three patients with an incomplete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into a control group ( n=46) and a treatment group ( n=47). Both groups received routine rehabilitation, but the treatment group was additionally trained using a digital treadmill. Before and after 3 months of the treatment, the quadriceps strength of each patient was graded using Lovett muscle strength grades. Walking ability was quantified using the 10m walk test, the 6min walking endurance test and lower extremity motor scoring (LEMS). Gait parameters were recorded along with the maximum knee flexion and hip flexion angles. Ability in the activities of daily living was assessed using the modified Barthel index (MBI) and the functional independence rating scale (FIM). Results:After treatment, significant improvement was observed in the average quadriceps muscle strength, 10m walking time, 6min walking distance, LEMS score, step length, step speed, step frequency, maximum knee flexion angle, maximum hip flexion angle, MBI score and FIM score of both groups compared with before the treatment. Significantly greater improvement was observed in the treatment group′s average quadriceps muscle strength, 10m walking time, 6min walking distance, LEMS score, step length, walking speed, stride frequency, knee and hip flexion angles, and their average MBI and FIM scores.Conclusions:Rehabilitation training using a digital treadmill can improve the lower limb muscle strength, walking ability and gait parameters of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury, as well as their ability in the activities of daily living.
