Objective To investigate the effect of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) on the treatment of knee synovial lesions in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods The results of routine ultrasonography (US) and CEUS were observed in 37 patients with RA.Among them 26 knees were underwent review after treatment. The results before and after treatment were compared. Results Routine US showed that the synovial thickness of patella, medial and lateral condylar and the depth of suprapatellar bursa effusion in 37 knee joints were (0.47 ± 0.26)cm,(0.31 ± 0.15)cm,(0.36 ± 0.21)cm and (0.72 ± 0.42)cm before treatment, and (0.36± 0.16)cm,(0.28 ± 0.17)cm,(0.30 ± 0.19)cm and (0.41 ± 0.19)cm in 26 knee joints after treatment, respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The synovial blood flow classification of patella, medial and the lateral condyle in the 26 knee joints had difference between before and after treatment (P <0.05).CEUS showed that the peak intensity decreased, the area under the curve reduced, the time from peak to one half decreased, the wash in slope decreased and the time to peak prolonged in synovial after treatment, the differences of the parameters between before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05).The area of synovial had some influence on the CEUS parameters and could improve the reliability of the evaluation to CEUS for treatment. Conclusions CEUS is an objective method to evaluate the efficacy of RA,which provides a reliable basis for clinical treatment of RA.

Objective:To explore the diagnostic efficacy of percutaneous lymphatic contrast ultrasound (LCEUS) combined with clinicopathological features in the diagnosis of breast cancer sentinel lymph node (SLN).Methods:A total of 135 breast cancer patients who underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph node radical resection were prospectively collected in the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to June 2021, and the breast masses and SLNs were evaluated by routine ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and LCEUS within one week before surgery. The surgeons recorded the patients′ clinical characteristics before surgeries, and the pathology of the masses and SLNs were recorded after surgeries. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between ultrasound clinicopathological features of breast cancer and SLN metastasis, then to establish a model, and evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the model. Results:Univariate analysis showed that SLN metastasis of breast cancer was associated with age, axillary palpation of enlarged lymph nodes, pathological type of mass, clear hilum of lymph nodes, cortical thickening of lymph nodes, marginal blood flow in lymph nodes, and the appearances of LCEUS(all P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed age, palpation of axillary lymph nodes and the appearances of LCEUS were independent predictors of SLN properties, the OR values were 6.90 ( P=0.030), 16.06 ( P<0.001) and 12.71 ( P<0.001), respectively. The regression equation was Logit(P)=0.887+ 1.932× axillary lymph node palpation + 2.776× marginal blood flow + 2.542×LCEUS. Conclusions:LCEUS combined with marginal blood flow in lymph nodes and palpation of axillary lymph nodes can help to determine the SLN state.

Objective:
To analyze the etiology and epidemiological characteristics of gastroenteritis virus in foodborne diseases from three cities in Shandong.
Methods:
From January to December 2017, six sentinel hospitals in Jinan, Yantai and Linyi city of Shandong Province were selected as the research sites. Stool samples of 1 397 diarrhea patients were collected, as well as basic information and clinical symptoms. Duplex quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect Norovirus genogroupⅠ (Nov GⅠ) and genogroupⅡ (Nov GⅡ), Sapovirus (SAV) and Human astrovirus (HAstV), respectively, quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect group A Rotavirus (RVA), and quantitative PCR was used to detect Enteric adenovirus (EAdV). The specific gene of the virus were sequenced and typed. It was compared that the gastroenteritis virus rate in cases with different characteristics and the clinical symptoms difference between the virus positive and negative cases.
Results:
The median age (
