OBJECTIVETo study the relationship between SNP rs17401966 at the KIF1B gene and the genetic susceptibility to Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
METHODSAll study objects were recruited from two Grade A hospitals of Amoy from January 2011 to October 2014.They were surveyed in individual matching case-control study. Accepting criterias in the cases: HCC was first diagnosed based on diagnostic basis during the investigations, over 18 years old, present addresses were as same as surveyed areas in the district (county) level range, no past history of cancers; Exclusion criterias: patients with other liver diseases. The tumor patients without HCC, patients with autoimmune hepatitis or toxic hepatitis, patients who refused to be investigated or too ill to be investigated. Accepting criterias in the controls: the control who passed the physical examination matched the case in ages (no more than 3 years old), sex, health screening in the same hospital over the same period and district (county); Exclusion criterias: people with liver disease or any history of cancers. This study consisted of 376 HCC patients and 403 controls, 5 ml morning fasting venous blood of all subjects were obtained to isolate cells and distribute genotype. The differences in general information between cases and controls were tested by χ² test and t-test. The association between SNP rs17401966 and the risk of developing HCC were assessed by using the multiple factors logistic regression.
RESULTSThe mean age and standard deviation for case and control groups were (61.7 ± 12.8) years and (60.6 ± 12.7) years (t = 1.15, P = 0.251), respectively. The proportion of family history of cancer [28.7% (108/376)] and the HBsAg positive rate [26.9 % (101/376)] in case group were higher than these in control group [15.9% (64/403), 2.7% (11/403)] (χ² = 18.65, 92.02, P < 0.001). In HBsAg carriers, GG genotype genetic susceptibility to HCC is 0.12 (0.02-0.75) times for AA genotype, and G allele susceptibility to HCC is 0.38 (0.15-0.98) times for A allelc. In HBsAg negative group, it showed no statistical significance in the relationship between SNP rs17401966 and susceptibility to HCC, and compared with the A allele, the risk for HCC of G allele is 0.79 (0.62-1.01).
CONCLUSIONThe results demonstrated that the presence of the GG genotype, the GA genotype and the G allele at rs17401966 of the KIF1B gene might decrease the risk for HCC.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of holographic image technology in robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RARP).Methods:The clinical data of 34 patients with prostate cancer who underwent RARP in our hospital during October 2020 and December 2020 was analyzed retrospectively. The average age of the patients was 67.8 (52-78) years. The mean BMI was 25.8 (18.0-32.3) kg/m 2. The median level of PSA before surgery was 13.4 (2-149) ng/ml. Median prostate volume was 31.7 (9.5-159.1) ml. EAU risk groups for biochemical recurrence of localised and locally advanced prostate cancer were list as below: 5 cases of low-risk, 7 cases of medium-risk, 22 cases of high-risk. There were 9, 16, 9 cases with the ASA score of 1, 2, 3 point, respectively. Preoperative Gleason score of 34 patients were list as below: 9 cases in score ≤6 group, 15 cases in score=7 group, 10 cases in score ≥8 group. For clinical stage before the surgery, 13 cases ≤T 2a stage, 1 case in T 2b stage, 20 cases ≥T 2c stage. The engineers established holographic images of 34 patients based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) and the reports before the operation. Surgeons can obtain the size and location of tumors, surrounding neurovascular bundles visually by revolving, assembling, disassembling and concealing images, which was helpful for pre-surgery planning. By manipulating the holographic images extracorporeally, surgeons can discriminate Internal sphincter of urinary bladder and vesicoprostatic muscle, neurovascular bundles, membranous part, seminal vesicle easily, which improves the operation accuracy. Results:All 34 cases underwent operation successfully without transferring to open surgery. The median operative time was 157.5 (95-276) min with an estimated blood loss of 50 (20-300) ml. The median drainage removal time was 2 d and median hospitalization time was 3.5 d, respectively. The catheters were removed within an average time of 20.5 d. For postoperative Gleason score, there were 2 cases in score ≤6 group, 16 cases in score =7 group, 8 cases in score ≥8 group and 8 cases can’t make a score. For clinical stage after the surgery, 10 cases were ≤T 2a stage, 1 case was T 2b stage, 23 cases were ≥cT 2c stage. 22 cases underwent pelvic lymph node dissection, including a patient with right iliac fossa lymph node metastasis. There were 2 cases with positive surgical margin and 3 cases with Clavien-DindoⅠcomplications. The rate of 1-month and 3-month urinary continence were 47.1% and79.4%, respectively, 8 cases recovered erectile function after 3 month. Conclusions:Holographic image technology can promote cancer dissection completely, achieve urinary continence early and reduce perioperative complications tremendously. The technology is the "intraoperative security" for the accurate surgical treatment of prostate cancer.

Objective:
To analyze the research hotspots of domestic narrative nursing and explore its related research trends which provide reference and guidance for its application and development in China.
Methods:
Wanfang, CNKI, VIP, CBM and other databases were retrieved from inception until October 2018. Word frequency analysis and graph cluster analysis were performed on the main information using Excel, Bicomb, Ucinet, Netdraw and gCLUTO software.
Results:
A total of 649 articles were included. The result of visual analysis showed that the annual amount of publications showed an upward trend. The articles distributed abroad in many different journals which educational journals account mostly. The study regions were distributed in 34 provinces except Taiwan of China, Hainan, Tibet, and Macao Special Administrative Regions where mainly concentrated on East China and North China. The cooperation among authors and institutions both were not close; A total of 25 high-frequency key words were intercepted, and three hotspots of narrative nursing research in China were obtained, which respectively were: (1) The application of narrative medicine and the cultivation of narrative ability; (2) The application research of narrative therapy in humanistic care; (3) The application of narrative nursing in nursing practice.
Conclusions
Narrative nursing has attracted the attention of domestic scholars, but the depth and breadth of research still need to be improved. It is necessary to strengthen cooperation between inter-regional institutions, individuals and scientific research groups and pay attention to research hotspots in this field. Also, there is a need to conduct more high quality studies to verify the significance of narrative nursing.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of modified Jichuanjian on senile patients with slow transit constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and the influence on brain-gut peptide. MethodA total of 150 senile patients with slow transit constipation were randomized into control group (75 cases) and observation group (75 cases) with the random number table method. The observation group was given modified Jichuanjian (oral, 1 dose/day, 4 weeks), and the control group was treated with Biantong Capsules (oral, 3 capsules/time, twice/day, 4 weeks). Data before and after treatment were recorded, including the score of major constipation symptoms, score of Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (PAC-QOL), TCM syndrome score, spontaneous complete bowel movements (SCBM), colonic transit test, serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 5-HT 4 receptor (5-HT4R), somatostatin (SS), and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), and recurrence. ResultThe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.06% (67/72), as compared with the 74.65% (53/71) in the control group (χ2=8.974 6, P<0.01). After treatment, the scores of major constipation symptoms, scores of four dimensions of PAC-QOL, total score of PAC-QOL, and TCM syndrome score were lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01), and lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). The SCBM in the observation group were more than those in the control group at the 2nd, 3rd, 4th weeks after treatment (P<0.01). The proportions of residual markers at 24, 48, 72 h after treatment were smaller than those before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01), and smaller in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of serum 5-HT and 5-HT4R were higher (P<0.01) and the levels of serum SS and VIP were lower (P<0.01) than those before treatment in the two groups. In addition, the levels of serum 5-HT and 5-HT4R in the observation group were higher (P<0.01) and the levels of serum SS and VIP were lower (P<0.01) in the observation group than in the control group. The recurrence in the observation group was 29.85% (20/67) in comparison with the 58.49% (31/53) in the control group (χ2=9.932 4, P<0.01). ConclusionModified Jichuanjian is effective for senile patients with slow transit constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, which can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, regulate the level of serum brain-gut peptide, improve the colonic transit function, increase SCBM, and reduce the recurrence.
