2.Clinical observation on the bronchial artery infusion in the treatment of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(22):3082-3083,3087
Objective To observe the effect of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of central non-small cell lung cancer (central NSCLC)with obstructive pneumonia and its efficacy clinical factors. Methods Retrospective analysis method was applied to the 64 cases of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia. All patients were confirmed by pathology. We main contrasted the efficacy between intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy (BAI).we focused on the efficacy between treatment group using standard systemic vein chemotherapy/radiotherapy and primary group with no chemotherapy/radiotherapy.Results In control group, the improvement rate was 43.33%.The improvement rate in treatment group was 70.59%.In treatment group, the curing rate was 50.00% for the patients who had ever taken standard sys-temic chemotherapy/radiotherapy.But the curing rate was 88.89% for the primary group. Conclusion For the patients who have the central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia, intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemo-therapy (BAI)can obviously increase the curing rate of obstructive pneumonia.

Objective: To evaluate the electron beam computed tomography(EBCT) three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of bowel obstruction. Methods: Seventy-eight patients suspected of bowel obstruction underwent EBCT with two-phase enhancement scanning and 32 of them were re-established by corona-MPR and sagittal-MPR.All the EBCT results were analyzed and compared with the clinical findings. Results: Seventy-three of the cases were diagnosed as bowel obstruction by EBCT,which were all confirmed by surgery or follow-up,with an accuracy rate of 100% for location diagnosis and 86.3% for etiology. Conclusion: EBCT 3D-reconstruction has great advantages in determining the location, etiology and blood-supply of bowel obstruction.

Objective To study the antagonism of DMSO against the toxicity of cooking oil fume condensation to BEAS-2B cell. Methods The comet assay, micronucleus test and multinucleated cells test were used to research the genotoxicity induced by cooking oil fume condensation(COFC)and the antagonism of DMSO.Results COFC induced DNA broken, the tail area, rate of comet occurrence, tail length, tail moment, olive tailmoment increased significantly, the frequencies of micronucleus and multinucleated cells were significantly increased and the damage of cells could be inhibited effectively by DMSO.Conclusion The antagonistic effects of DMSO on the toxicity of COFC was significant in BEAS-2B cell.

Objective To choose the bestway of extracting procedure of Rhizoma corydalis. Methods The optimal extraction process is selected with the orthogonal design. The content of corydalis B and the yield of extracts were used to evaluate the factor levels. Results The ideal extraction process is:extracted with 75% alcohol for 2 times, first 6 times amount, soaked 0.5 h, refluxed 1.5 h, then 4 times amount, refluxed 1.5 h. Conclusions This extractive condition is the best way.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes in vascular endothelial cells during the development of glucocorticoid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head(GANFH),and the preventive and therapeutic effects of "Cugusu Keli",a mixture of traditional Chinese medicines,on GANFH in rabbit. Methods Forty-eight New Zealand white rabbits were randomly assigned to four groups,12 in each,as control group, model group, therapy group and prevention group. The contents of plasma von Willebrand's factor(vWF),6-keto-prostaglandin F1?(6-keto-PGF1?)and the activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI-1)were determined at the 2nd,4th,6th,8th and 12th week after treatment.Meanwhile, rabbits were sacrificed at the 4th,8th and 12th week, and both femoral heads of all rabbits were obtained for histopathological examination. Results Compared with control group, the level of vWF and activity of PAI-1 in model group were elevated since the 4th and the 2nd week, while the level of 6-keto-PGF1? increased since the 4th week(P0.05).Compared with the model group, the level of vWF and activity of PAI-1 in therapy group was lowered, while the level of 6-keto-PGF1? increased(P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
Objective To study the changes in the endothelial reserve capacity to release tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) and nitric oxide (NO) and its relation to vasodilation and to diabetic angiopathy. Methods The capacity of vascular endothelium to release tPA and NO was examined by venous occlusion of the upper arm. Brachial artery diameter was measured at baseline, during postocclusion reactive hyperemia (flow-mediated endothelium-dependent), and after sublingual nitroglycerol administration (endothelium-independent), using a high resolution ultrasound technique in 15 control subjects and 23 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Vasodilation was expressed as the percentage change relative to the baseline diameter, while endothelial tPA and NO release was expressed as the percentage change relative to the baseline tPA and NO levels. Thickness of the intima of carotid artery was measured using ultrasound imaging. Results There was no significant difference in endothelium-independent vasodilation between control subjects and diabetics. However, significant reductions in endothelium-dependent vasodilation (P

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To explore the contamination of sewage from hotels and restaurants by Salmonella typhi. Methods 327 sewage samples collected from hotels and restaurants and 176 sewage samples collected from some residential area were detected for Salmonella typhi based on the national standard methods. Results The positive rate of Salmonella typhi in the sewage samples from hotels and restaurants (3.67%) was significantly higher than that from residential area(0.57%), P=0.04(exact probability test).12 strains of Salmonella typhi belonging to 4 sero-groups and 9 serotypes were found in 12 sewage samples collected from hotels and restaurants. One strain of Salmonella typhimurium was only found in one sewage sample collected from residential area. The positive rate of Salmonella typhi in the sewage samples collected during January-March (5.47%) was significantly higher than that during April-June(0.79%) among total 327 sewage samples collected from hotels and restaurants, P=0.033(exact probability test). Conclusion The contamination of sewage from hotels and restaurants by Salmonella typhi and its potential risk to human health should be paid more attention to.

Patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) is a common condition that primarily occurs in preterm infants who with low birth weight, which closely related to several co-morbidities(intracranial hemorrhage, necrotizing enterocolitis, pulmonary edema/hemorrhage,bron chopulmonary dysplasia, and retinopathy).Although the color Doppler ultrasound assessment can be used as the gold standard to determine the present of PDA,it is still very hard to fully reflect the hemodynamic change occured in PDA case.In recent years,B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),two kind of biological markers, were used in the premature infants to assess the present, shunt volume, progress and durg or surgical intervention indication of PDA.In this paper, the corrections of PDA between BNP and NT-proBNP were reviewed briefly.
