Based on the dynamic performance of radial force sensor detection and TCM pulse waveform technology, the paper described a kind of testing equipment being developed which tests both radial force sensor performance and the dynamic performance of the instrument of pulse detection. The device covers requirements for static and dynamic performance test of the radial artery pulse wave force sensor and pulse diagnosis instrument, thus it makes a change to compute frequency response of the sensor by directly measurement.

The concentration of plasma eadotoxin and serum C-reactive protein(CRP) were measured in 48 cases with leukemia.Plasma endotoxin was apparently higher in 9 cases with gram-negative bacterial infection than those with other organisms infection.The serum CRP concentration was strongly positive in patients with leukemia complicated by bacterial infection.It is suggested that measurement of plasma endotoxin and serum CRP would aid the diagnosis of G- bacterial infection in patients with leukemia

Objective To study the Bailing capsule combined losartan for UMA and lipid metabolism in patients with early diabetic nephropathy impact analysis.Methods 118 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from October 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital, according to the random lottery was divided into observation group and control group, control group using losartan treatment, observation group on the basis of the combination of Bailing capsule for treatment.Two groups of patients were treated after 3 months, observing two groups of patients with UMA and lipid metabolism related situation, and analyzes the effect of the treatment.Results The UMA ( 125.00 ±44.00 ) mg/24 h and UAER ( 54.64 ±17.31 )μg/min were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group UMA (216.00 ±46.00) mg/24 h, UAER (67.42 ±21.86) μg/min, 2 group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total cholesterol (TC) of the observation group was (6.15 ±0.75) mmol/L, triglyceride (TG) was (2.34 ±0.48) mmol/L, low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) was (3.55 ±0.73) mmol/L.The levels of TC (6.74 ±0.78) mmol /L, TG (3.01 ± 0.41) mmol/L and LDL-C (4.06 ±0.64) mmol/L, respectively.The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) (1.39 ±0.26)mmol/L was significantly higher than that in the control group (1.26 ±0.42) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of patients after treatment, the observation group total effective rate was 89.7%, significantly higher than that of control group total effective rate 75.0%, two groups are significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing capsule combined losartan treatment of early diabetic nephropathy , can effectively reduce the levels of UMA, improve blood lipid in patients with blood sugar levels, which has significant therapeutic effect.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the sustained efficacy of 2-year sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) and 1 year after 2-year SLIT in children with allergic rhinitis (AR). METHOD: This study is a randomized, open and prospective trial. One hundred twenty children (between 4 and 11 years old) suffering from AR duo to mite were chosen from November, 2008 to June, 2009 in department of otolaryngology in our hospital divided into two groups: 60 underwent 2-year course of SLIT and one year follow-up combined with 3-year drug therapy as SLIT group; 60 received only drug therapy as control group. The patients were evaluated at three time points (baseline, end of SLIT and 1 year after SLIT discontinuation) regarding symptom scores including total nasal symptom score (TNSS), sneezing, rhinorrhoea, nasal obstruction, nasal itching and total medication scores (TMS) and adverse reaction. RESULT: (1) At the end of SLIT, the symptom scores excepting sneezing and total medication scores in SLIT group are obviously lower than those in control group (P < 0.01). At 1 year after SLIT discontinuation, all of the score including sneezing (P < 0.05) in SLIT group are lower than those of control group. (2) At the end of SLIT and 1 year after SLIT discontinuation, all of the scores are lower than those at baseline in SLIT group (P < 0.01); the scores were no different in SLIT group between the end of SLIT and 1 year after SLIT discontinuation (P > 0.05). But at the end of SLIT and 1 year after SLIT discontinuation, TMS was higher than it at baseline in control group (P < 0.01). At 1 year after SLIT discontinuation, nasal obstruction score was higher than it at baseline (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION SLIT can obviously improve the AR and the efficacy can sustain after 1-year SLIT discontinua tion. Drug increased in 3 years without SLIT.

Objective To study the clinical significance of C-reactive protein(CRP),neutrophil granulocyte ratio(N% ) in acute exacerbations of hospitalized patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ). Methods The serum CRP levels,the gross of N% were detected of the same 71 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD before treatment and after getting better. And the correlations among above-mentioned indexes,the days counter before getting better and the days counter during hospitalization were observed. Results (1) The levels of CRP and N% of patients after getting better were significantly lower than those before treatment(P ＜0. 01). (2) There was a significant correlation between N% and the days counter before getting better(r =0.240,P ＜0.05) and also a significant correlation between the days counter before getting better and the days counter during hospitalization (r = 0. 567, P ＜0.01). Conclusion The serum CRP level and N% were objective markers in estimating pulmonary infection in COPD patients with acute exacerbations. And N% was a reliable indicator of judging the days counter before getting better and better than CRP.

Based on the questionnaires completed by 985 medical students,this article finds out that female students value more on the factors of health care and development when choosing a job,while male students are more confident in selecting goals and making career plans.Students from different family backgrounds have great difference when facing the elements such as reputation,social status and selfevaluation.Students from different majors take quite different opinions to health care,self evaluation,career information and career planning.There is little difference among different grades of medical students.Vocational values correlate positively with career decision-making self-efficacy.

Objective To compare the effectiveness of two-suppression therapy with over-plus hyperopia lens and atropine mydriasis for school-age chihtren with monocular amblyopia. Method One hundred and sixty-seven cases of children with monocular amblyopia in the age of 7-12 years old were observed, who were randomly divided into two groups, using over-plus hyperopia lens or atropine mydriasis to suppress the normal eye, and the amblyopia eye was comprehensive trained, followed-up of 3 years. Results The effect rate was similar between over-plus hyperopia lens and atropine mydriasis [90.7%(78/86) and 91.4%(74/81), respectively]. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions For school-age children with monocular amblyopia, you can use over-plus hyperopia lens inhibit the normal eye sight, its effect is similar with the atropine mydriasis.
