Abstract: Objective　In order to understand the radon exposure level of homes in Chongqing, this survey was carried out on the indoor radon concentration in 38 districts and counties of Chongqing. Methods　According to the population ratio of every 100 000 people, one monitoring site was arranged, and the number of parallel samples was 10% of the distribution sites. The monitoring sites covered 38 districts and counties in Chongqing. A total of 1 019 residential monitoring sites in 38 districts and counties in Chongqing were measured with radon accumulation detectors from July 2020 to June 2021. Results　The five districts/counties in Chongqing having the highest average concentration of residential radon in the year were Xiushan County 78.8 Bq/m3, Qianjiang District 78.0 Bq/m3, Yubei District 73.9 Bq/m3, Youyang County 71.4 Bq/m3 and Shapingba District 69.8 Bq/m3. The five districts/counties with the lowest mean concentration of indoor radon were 37.6 Bq/m3 in Zhongxian County, 36.4 Bq/m3 in Changshou District, 33.7 Bq/m3 in Kaizhou District, 33.2 Bq/m3 in Liangping District and 27.3 Bq/m3 in Wushan County. The concentration levels of radon in four seasons were 46.0 Bq/m3, 53.4 Bq/m3, 45.1 Bq/m3 and 59.5 Bq/m3, respectively. The concentration of radon was higher in Summer and Winter, and lower in Spring and Autumn, and the difference of concentration among four seasons was statistically significant (P<0.001). The radon concentration of newly built buildings after 2017 was relatively high, up to 61.8 Bq /m3, but there was no statistical significance in radon concentration in different building ages (P>0.05). The concentration of radon in rooms of buildings with less than 10 floors was higher, up to 63.2 Bq /m3, and there were significant differences in radon concentration among rooms of different floors (P<0.05). The average annual radon concentration in houses in Chongqing was about (51.6±19.5) Bq/m3, and the average annual effective dose of inhaling radon and its progeny by house-related people was about (1.38±0.52) mSv. Conclusion　The average annual radon concentration level of houses in Chongqing is within the standard limit value recommended by China, but the prevention and control of radon should be strengthened.

Objective To design pedometer shoes through wireless transmission step calculation.Methods The transmitting terminals in the soles acquired the pressure signals,and then the signals were transmitted to the SCM after conversion,amplification and comparison.AT89S52 SCM was used for step calculation and then the results were sent to the receiver through nRF905.Results The receiver had three modes,such as the step-calculation mode with the time and step calculation result displayed,the running mode with the distance displayed and the function of stopwatch,and the prompt mode with the distance and consumed power displayed.Conclusion The wireless embedded pedometer shoes are multifunctional,easy to operate and reliable.

The concentration of 5 nucleosides, uracil, uridine, guanidine, adenine and adenosine in culture of Paecilomyces hepialid was determined by the developed method of HPLC. The HPLC method was performed on a Waters SunFire C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water gradient elution as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 260 nm and the colunmn temperature was controlled at 30 °C. The linear range was 10.00-200.00 mg · L(-1) (r = 0.9994) for uracil, 10.10-202.00 mg · L(-1) (r = 0.9992) for uridine, 10.00-200.00 mg · L(-1) (r = 0.9991) for guanidine, 10.30-206.00 mg · L(-1) (r = 0.9992) for adenine and 10.45-209.00 mg · L(-1) (r = 0.9991) for adenosine, respectively. The RSD of precision was 0.032%, 0.035%, 0.039%, 0.049%, 0.00080%, respectively. The average recoveries of uracil, guanidine, adenine, and adenosine were 97.34%, 99.10%, 101.6%, 98.61% and 100.2% with RSD of 1.3%, 2.1%, 0.96%, 0.95%, and 1.3% respectively. The method showed high sensitivity, good selectivity, linearity and repeatability, which was suitable for the content analysis of 5 nucleosides components in P. hepialid and its extracts.

Objective To introduce several commonly used puncture techniques for retroperitoneal lymph node metastases in order to provide technical guidance in performing 125I seed implantation therapy. Methods The puncture methods used at authors’ interventional department in performing 125I seed implantation therapy for retroperitoneal lymph node metastases were summarized. Results The commonly used puncture methods included parallel needle puncturing technique , trans-viscera puncturing technique , broadening path puncturing technique and coaxial needle puncturing technique. Conclusion An effective combination use of various puncturing techniques to uniformly implant the radioactive 125I seeds into the lesion can improve the therapeutic result and reduce the occurrence of complications.

Objective:To investigate the impact of humanistic spirit cultivation on nursing students' ethics cog-nition. Method:Total 364 internship nursing students in 2010 were taken as the control group with the routine clini-cal teaching method, 381 in 2014 as the experimental group, not only a routine clinical teaching method but also to increase of their humanistic spirit culture. Results:Humanity spirit cultivation before and after practice nursing students in medical security system cognition difference is not significant, but in medical optimization, the patients right of informed consent, the life value differences of cognitive and ethical cognitive dimension score was statisti-cally significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:Humanistic spirit culture promote the practice of nursing students to raise the level of moral cognition foundation for humanity quality education and nursing ethics education, should further strengthen the diversification of internship training nursing students humanistic spirit.

OBJECTIVE:To assess the feasibility of production and effects of Tobramycin eye drops prepared in this hospital for treating ocular infections .METHODS: 77 patients with external ocular infections were randomly divided into two groups with imported Tobrex as control drug to compare the effects.Assessment was made according to Gwon project results.RESULTS: Overall improvement rates were 92.7% in Tobramycin eye drops group and 94.4% in control group without significant difference between two groups(P＞ 0.05) .CONCLUSION: The technology of Tobramycin eye drops production is simple, therapeutic effect is satisfactory, and the production in hospital is feasible.

BACKGROUND:The relationship between long-term heavy drinking and alcohol-induced necrosis of the femoral head has long been clear, but thepathogenesis of alcohol-induced necrosis of the femoral head is currently not fuly understood.
OBJECTIVE:To establish a rat model of alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head and to study its pathogenesis.
METHODS: Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (40 rats per group). Rats in the experimental group were intragastricaly administered strong wine 10 mL/kg, once a day, for 6 consecutive days. Rats in the control group were given physiological saline 10mL/kg, once a day, for 6 consecutive days. Bilateral femoral heads were randomly colected from six rats every month for histomorphological observation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Osteonecrosis: in the experimental group, at 3 months, trabecular bone became thin, arranged disorderly, and the number of empty lacuna began to increase. At 6 months, typical osteonecrosis appeared, and vacant lacunaes increased significantly. In the control group, trabecular bone was complete and neatly arranged. Osteocytes were visible in bone lacuna, and normal morphology of cels was seen. (2) Injury of blood vessels: in the experimental group, at 3 months, micro-intimal hyperplasia was observed. Elastic fibers of partial vascular endothelium were reduced. Elastic fiber andmiddle-layer smooth muscle breakage and proliferation were found. At 6 months, above manifestations were more remarkable. In the control group, arteriole film was not thickened, and vessel wal was normal. (3) Formation of microthrombus, in the experimental group, the number of microthrombus was increased at 3 months, and became significant at 6 months. In the control group, the number of microthrombus was not altered. (4) Results indicated that chronic alcohol intake can lead to microvascular endothelial injury in the rat femoral head. Abnormal blood microcirculation was detected in local region, and resulted in avascular necrosis of the femoral head. The degree of necrosis was associated with alcohol intake.

BACKGROUND:Cel membrane microparticles CD31 and CD54 lead to microvascular injury in the femoral head by mediating vascular inflammatory response, promoting blood clotting, affecting vasomotion and promoting vascular endothelial injury. Studies have verified that membrane particles play an important role in steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head, but there is no studies concerning relationship between microparticles and alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head. METHODS/DESIGN:This is a randomized control ed animal study. Healthy male Wistar rats wil be randomly assigned to two groups. In the model group, rats wil be intragastrical y administered hard liquor for 6 consecutive months to prepare models of alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Blank controls wil be intragastrical y given an equal volume of physiological saline. In 1-6 months of intervention, six rats wil be randomly selected from each group every month. Blood wil be col ected separately. Flow cytometry wil be used to detect serum cel membrane particles CD31, CD54 levels. Bilateral femoral head wil be fixed, decalcified, embedded in wax, and then sections. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, empty bone lacuna wil be quantified under a light microscope to identify femoral head necrosis. Verhoff’s staining and MSB microthrombosis staining wil be used to observe microvascular injury and microvascular thrombosis in the femoral head, and to analyze the correlation of CD31 and CD54 levels with femoral head necrosis, vascular endothelial injury and microvascular thrombosis. DISCUSSION:This study wil investigate the effects of CD31 and CD54 on alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head, explore the pathogenesis of alcohol-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head, provide a new theoretical basis for early diagnosis and early treatment, and may provide a new target for its treatment. ETHICS APPROVAL:The protocol has been approved by the Animal Experimental Ethics Committee of Inner Mongolia Medical University (approval number YKD2016154). Experimental procedures and materials of rats wil be in accordance with the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, which is consistent with the guide of National Institutes of Health. Objective:To investigate the characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging and clinical application of multi-modality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for evaluating the response of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in inflammatory breast cancer (IBC).Methods:A total of 36 IBC patients were enrolled in the study.The morphological, hemodynamic and diffusion-weighted imaging features of MRI were analyzed. Eleven patients underwent MRI examination before and after NAT. The imaging changes were analyzed and the efficacy of NACT was evaluated.Results:There were 38 identified breast carcinoma in these 36 cases, among which abnormal skin thickening and enhancement, extensive edema was found in 37 breast lesions. Enhancement of breast lesions in 25 cases was non-mass-like enhancement. Diffusion limitation was found in all lesions. The number of vessels in affected side was more than that in healthy side in MIP images. Thirty three cases had axillary lymph node enlargement.The sensitivity and specificity of MRI in evaluating residual breast tumors and vascular thrombus were high, but the evaluation of axillary lymph nodes was relatively low.Conclusions:Multi-modal MRI can be used for early and accurate diagnosis of IBC. It can also be used to predict and evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
