Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Retinal neovascularization is a phenomenon observed in various kinds of eye diseases and it can threaten the visual function of patients. Medical treatment to inhibit retinal neovascularization will give them effective help. This article reviewed animal models of retinal neovascularization and researching development of medicine in this field.
2.Laparoscopic operation in the treatment of 42 cases of repeated ectopic pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To study the efficacy of laparscopic operation in the treatment of repeated ectopic pregnancy. Methods 42 patients with repeated ectopic pregnancy were treated by salpingotomy, salpingectomy and adhesiotomy. Results All cases were managed under laparoscopy successfully, and no complication occurred. 28 cases were followed up for ( 6~50) months after operation, and postoperative pregnancy rate was 25%(7/28). Conclusions Laparoscopic operation can be the first choice of treatment of repeated ectopic pregnancy with minimal invasion and quicker recovery.
3.The effect of 8 weeks intensified and step-by-step training on changes in muscular function of knee flexors and extensors of male recruits to the army
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the influence of intensified and step-by-step training on the strength of the knee flexors and extensors in Chinese army male recruits. Methods At the beginning and end of their 8-week endurance training, 160 recruits received isokinetic dynamometer tests for both knees flexors and extensors with the Cybex-6000 isokinetic dynamometer. Results After endurance training, there was a significant increase in the peak torque values, torque acceleration energy, and endurance ratio of both knee flexors at two angular velocities (60 /s,180 /s). Conclusion Eight weeks of recruit intensified and step-by-step training for male recruits is sufficient for increasing muscular strength, explosive force and muscular endurance of knee flexors and extensors.
4.The comparison and evaluation of the self-developed control products and the internal quality control products detection of NT-proBNP by electrochemiluminescence
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(19):2718-2719,2722
Objective To investigate the preparation of internal quality control products of NT‐proBNP by electrochemilumines‐cence detection .Methods The serum with high and normal levels of NT‐proBNP were collected and divided into low‐value group and high ‐value group .The expected target value ,inter‐batch duplicability ,imprecision and the stability within batch were detected . After effective verification ,we evaluated the bias between self developed internal quality control products and Roche factory quality control materials by comparative test .Results The repeatability ,stability and imprecision of self developed NT‐proBNP were all appropriate to internal quality control products and meeting meet the clinical testing standards .The control range was significantly less than that permitted by Roche ,so it can meet the internal quality control requirements .Conclusion The self developed NT‐proBNP internal quality control products can replace the imports quality control products .
5.THE EFFECT OF 4 WEEKS′ COMBINED ENDURANCE AND STRENGTH TRAINING ON CHANGES IN MUSCULAR FUNCTION OF KNEE FLEXORS AND EXTENSORS OF MALE RECRUITS TO THE ARMY
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
To evaluate the influence of combined endurance and strength training on the knee flexors and extensors strength of Chinese army male recruits. At the beginning and end of their 4 weeks′ combined endurance and strength training, twenty recruits received isokinetic dynamometer test for flexors and extensors of both knees with the Cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer. after training, there was a significant increase in the peak torque values, torque acceleration energy, and endurance ratio of flexors of both knees at two angular velocities (60?/s,180?/s). Meanwhile, the torque acceleration energy and endurance ratio were increased in the extensors of both knees at two angular velocities . It suggested that four weeks of combined endurance and strength training for the recruits is effective in terms of increasing muscular strength, explosive force and muscular endurance of knee flexors and extensors. More loads should be applied to strengthen the strength of the extensors.
6.THE EFFECT OF COMBINED ENDURANCE AND SPEED TRAINING ON CHANGES IN MUSCULAR FUNCTION OF KNEE FLEXORS AND EXTENSORS IN RECRUIT SOLDIERS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To evaluate the influence of combined endurance and speed training on the knee flexors and extensors strength of army male recruits. At the beginning and end of their 4 week combined endurance and speed training, twenty recruits received isokinetic dynamometer test of flexors and extensors of both knees with the Cybex 6000 isokinetic dynamometer. The results showed: that there was a significant increase in the peak torque values, torque acceleration energy and endurance ratio of left knee flexors at high angular velocities (180?/s) after training. Meanwhile, the peak torque and endurance ratio were increased in left knee extensors at high angular velocities (180?/s),and the peak torque and torque acceleration energy were increased in right flexors at high angular velocities(180?/s). These data suggest that four weeks of combined endurance and speed training for recruits is not sufficient fo increase muscular strength, explosive force or muscular endurance of knee flexors and extensors.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2008;31(33):6-8
Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation function in the neonates patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction and chnical significance. Methods Forty neonates with gastrointestinal dysfunction were included, which were divided into three groups according to diagnosis criterion of gastrointestinal dysfunction: early group, medium group and late group. Coagulation function was tested and neonatal critical illness score(NCIS) was done. Forty normal neonates were selected as control group. The difference of coagulation function among all groups was observed, and the relationship between coagulation function and NCIS were evaluated. Results Compared with control group, the indexs of coagulation function of early group was no statistical difference (P>0.05), however the result between medium group and late group was significantly difference (P<0.05). The difference of coagulation function between medium group and late group was also significant (P<0.05), the lower NCIS was, the more serious the gastrointestinal function was. Conclusions The more serious the gastrointestinal dysfunction is, the poorer the coagulation function is and the lower the NCIS is, which suggest coagulation function should be monitored in neonates with gastrointestinal dysfunction, and early intervention should be done accordingly.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To explore the value of the spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging in congenital dislocationof hip(CDH) in children. Methods A total of 45 patients(59 hips) with CDH were checked-up with spiral CT and three-dimensionalreconstruction imaging before operation. The femoral neck anteversion(FNA) and the acetabular index(AI) were measured and alsocompared with the seeing in operation. Results The patients' FNA were all greater than normal, with the greatest was 90?and the smaller was 40?,the average was 42.72??12.06?.Their AI were also greater, with the average of 35.4??9.5?,the acetabulum were hypogenesis with different degreee. Conclusion The 3D CT of hip joint provides precise information of the imaging compare with the X-ray.It is a very useful technique in the FNA and AI measuring and it is also useful for the diagnosis and treatment planning of CDH.
