1.The effects of endotoxemia on hepatic energy metabolism and hepatic tissue blood flow in rats with obstructive jaundice.

Objective The effects of endotoxemia on hepatic energy metabolism and hepatic tissue blood flow were studied on the rats with obstructive jaundice.Methods After biliary obstructed and decompressed the rats were injected endotoxin,then hepatic tissue blood flow and energy metabolism were determined.Results Hepatic blood flow decreased and hepatic energy metabolism lowered in rats with obstructive jaundice.Hepatic blood flow decreased markedly and hepatic energy metabolism lowered further due to endotoxemia. Afeter 4 weeks of jaundice hepatic energy metabolism did not recover.Conclusion The decrease in hepatic tissue blood flow affected notably hepatic energy metabolism in obsturctive jaundice.When obstructive jaundice with endotoxemia happened,hepatic tissue blood flow markedly deceased and energy metabolism lowered further.
2.The efficacy of tibial shaft fractures treated with interlocking nails

Objective To investigate the difference of efficacy of interlocking nails and dynamic compression plate in tibial shaft fractures.Methods The clinical data of 137 cases with tibial shaft fractures were reviewed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups according to the various treatments which included interlocking nails group(72 cases with 79 fractures) and dynamic compression plate group(65 cases with 70 fractures).The efficacy,healing fineness rate,function score after operation and complications were compared.Results After operation,the patients were followed up 21.4 months on average.The postoperative callus time,weight-bearing limb time,healing time and postoperative fixation time taken in interlocking nails group was shorter than that in dynamic compression plate group [(2.36 ± 0.46) months vs.(3.12 ± 0.57) months,(2.42 ± 0.51) months vs.(3.14 ± 0.63) months,(7.65 ± 1.29) months vs.(9.33 ±1.54) months,(12.64 ± 3.76) months vs.(16.38 ± 3.15) months],and there was significant difference (P< 0.05).The healing fineness rate was 97.5%(77/79) in interlocking nails group,and 92.9%(65/70) in dynamic compression plate group,and there was nosignificant difference (x2 =1.76,P >0.05).The incidence of comphcations in interlocking nails group was higher than that in dynamic compression plate group[25%(2H9) vs.12.9%(9H0)],and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Condmions Interlocking nails have better biomechanical features with high union rate,low infective rate and good recovery of joint function.The clinical result of interlocking nails for the tibial shaft fractures is also better than that of dynamic compression plate.

4.Effects of Ketangte 2 on animal model of hyperglycemia

AIM:To study the effect of Ketangte2 (KTT2)on reducing blood glucose and its mechanism.METHODS:Adrenalin and streptozocin were used to induce hyperglycemia in two mice models,and then treated them with glybenzcyclamide (50 mg/kg),three different dose of KTT2 and normal saline(NS)(0.1 ml/10 g weight)for 15 days.And other healthy mice were set up as control group,During the experiment,the fast blood glucose(FBG),insulin was measured in different time.The pancreas and islets of diabetic mice induced by STZ were studied by pathologic section.RESULTS:In the adrenalin-induced model group,KIT2 could lighten hyperglycemic reaction,which Was significant different from that of model group(P<0.05 or 0.01),while KTT2 high,middle dose group could decrease blood glucose in streptozocin-induced hypoglycemic mice obviously(P<0.01).Histological examination showed that pancreatic island number in pancreas in KTT2 groups increased in comparison with the model group.CONCLUSION:KTT2 can obviously reduce the blood glucose in the two kinds of animal models of hyperglycemia (P<0.05 or 0.01).Its mechanism may be related to the protective effect on islet β cells,thereby increase the insulin secretion.
5.Hemodynamic changes on right ventricular hypertrophy induced by monocrotaline in rats

Objective To observe the hemodynamic changes on right ventricular hypertrophy induced by monocrotaline in rats . Methods Male SD rats were given monocrotaline 60 mg/kg by a single intraperitoneal injection ,the mRNA expression of RV/BW , RVHI and ANF were took as the indicators .Intraperitoneal injection with 10% chloral hydrate was performed ,the artery cannulae and right ventricular catheter were inserted ,and the right ventricle pressure was measured .Results The RVHI and RV/BW were significantly increased in M2W and M4W groups ,compared with vehicle control (P<0 .01) ,and the ANF mRNA expression was significantly increased in both groups .Bp and HR did not change in model groups .RVEDP markedly decreased (P< 0 .01) and RVP ,± dp/dtmax ,t dp/dtmax and Vpm increased (P<0 .001) in M2W groups ;and all parameters increased significantly in M4W groups (P<0 .01) .Conclusion Monocrotaline can induce RVH ,which accompany hemodynamic changes and the systolic and dias‐tolic dysfunction in right ventricle may eventually cause right heart failure .
6.Effect and function analysis of sulfentanyl on tongue cancer in patients with postoperative analgesia

Objective To investigate the effect and function analysis by sulfentanyl in patients with tongue cancer postoperative analgesia.Methods A total of 74 patients with radical resection of tongue cancer in department of anesthesiology with general anesthesia from our hospital were collected, patients or their families signed consent, according to postoperative self-controlled intravenous analgesia drugs divided into experimental group and control group with 37 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by fentanyl self-controlled intravenous analgesia;patients in experimental group were treated by sulfentanyl self-controlled intravenous analgesia, determination of the analgesic effect, sedative effect and the changed of vital signs postoperative 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 h,at the same time recorded complications.Results After operation, at different time points analgesic effect and sedative effect were changed in the two groups, the VAS scored of the experimental group was lower than the control group postoperative 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 h time points, the Ramsay Sedation scored of the experimental group was lower than the control group postoperative 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h time points ( P <0.05 ); the changed of vital signs and adverse reactions between the two groups had no difference within 48 hours ( P >0.05 ) . Conclusion Sulfentanyl in the treatment of patients with radical resection of tongue cancer the analgesic effect and sedative effect are better than fentanyl, has no effect on the vital signs, and the role is security and exact.
7.Investigation and analysis of physical activity of pregnant women during the second pregnancy trimesters in Chengdu

Objective To investigate the status and characteristics of physical activity of pregnant women during second pregnancy trimesters in Chengdu,and to provide the scientific evidence for developing rational movement of pregnant women.Methods 650 cases were recruited into this survey during August 2012 to March 2013,by convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was used to collect their physical activity information,advanced motion in pregnancy intentions,main physical activity ways and times during pregnancy,frequency and duration of physical activity.SPSS21.0 statistical software was conducted.Results Effective response rate was 95%(619/650).95.2% (589/619)of them hold that physical activity during second trimesters was support and the main way for them to exercise was walk.The most of pregnant during second trimesters was engaged in low-density activity.There had significant difference between low-density and other density exercises,P<0.01.Conclusion The physical activity forms of pregnant women in Chengdu is single and lack of knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen the health guidance for pregnant women and correct the bad habits of physical activity to ensure the safe of pregnant women and their children.
8.A pilot study of microanalysis in solution-focused brief counseling characteristics evaluation

Objective:To explore the microanalysis method used to evaluate the solution-focused brief coun-seling (SFBC)interview characteristics of the skilled trainees and novices.Methods:Five skilled SFBC trainees, who had learned and practiced of SFBC for not less than 5 years,and 9 SFBC novices,who had a total of learning of SFBC for no more than 3 months,were recruited.The skilled trainees'5 interview recordings and 9 interview re-cordings of the novices were collected and coded.Then the formulations and questions used in the two groups'inter-views were compared with each other,and the different nature of language (positive,negative or neutral)used by them were also analyzed.Results:The numbers of complex formulations used by skilled trainees were more than the novice's [(4.4 ±2.5)vs.(1.6 ±1.1),P <0.05].And the percentage of opening questions was significant higher than novice's [(0.83 ±0.14)vs.(0.61 ±0.18),P <0.05].The numbers of positive utterances used by the skilled trainees were much more than the novices'[(16.0 ±7.0)vs.(8.7 ±2.4),P <0.05].Conclusion:The microanaly-sis method could be effectively used to distinguish the characteristic differences between the skilled trainees and the novices in their formulations,opening questions and positive utterances,during their respective interviews.And it could be effectively used to evaluate the interview skill levels of the skilled trainees and novices.
9.The effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solution on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells

Objective To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ginseng polysaccharides injective solu-tion on invasive ability of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.Methods Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells were treated with different concentrations of ginseng polysaccharides injections(12.5μL/mL,25μL/mL,50μL/mL or 100μL/mL),and phosphate buffer saline was served as control.The invasive ability,transfer ability and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2 ( MMP-2 ) and matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) were determined via transwell matrigel invasive test,scratch test and Western Blot,respectively.Results Ginseng pol-ysaccharide injection on invasive ability and transfer ability in vitro of MCF-7 cell had significant role in inhibi-ting effect,and showed dose and time dependent.After ginseng polysaccharides injection treatment,the MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein expression significantly reduced,and showed dose and time dependent manner.Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharides injection is able to inhibit the invasion and transfer in MCF -7 cells.Moreover,theregulation of MMP -2 and MMP -9 expression may be involved in this effect.
10.Protective Effects of Adjuvant General Anesthesia of Dexmedetomidine on Cardiac and Cerebral Isch-emia-perfusion Injury

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of adjunctive general anesthesia of dexmedetomidine on cardiac and cerebral ischemia-perfusion injury. METHODS:50 patients,ASA physical status Ⅰ-Ⅱ,undergoing selective tracheal intuba-tion,were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine group (group D) and control group (group C) with 25 cases in each group. The patients in group D received a loading dose of 1 μg/kg of dexmedetomidine by infusion pump before anaesthesia,10 min lat-er by a maintenance dose of 0.5 μg/(kg·h)till the end of surgery;whereas patients in group C received normal saline and same induction. HR,SBP and DBP of 2 groups were monitored at the beginning of operation,10 min after incision,30 min after inci-sion,at the end of operation. Blood samples of vena jugularis interna were taken to determine the plasma levels of cardiac tropo-ninⅠ(cTnⅠ) ,adrenaline and norepinephrine before anesthesia induction (T0),at the end of surgery (T1),6 h after surgery (T2),12 h after surgery(T3),24 h after surgery(T4),48 h after surgery(T5). RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in the levels of HR,SBP and DBP in group D between during operation and at the beginning of operation(P>0.05);those in-dex were significantly lower than those of group C at corresponding time points,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The lev-els of cTnⅠ in group D at T2-T5 were significantly lower than in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The levels of adrenaline and norepinephrine at T1-T5 were significantly lower than group C,with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLU-SIONS:Adjunctive general anesthesia of dexmedetomidline can improve cardiac and cerebral ischemia-perfusion injury to certain extent.
