1.Correlation factor analysis on uterine anomalies in patients with abortion

Objective To explore the relationship between the times of abortion and congenital and acquired uterine anomalies.Methods One hundred and eighty-five patients underwent diagnostic hysteroscopy following abortion were selected and diagnosed by hysteroscopy,then divided into congenital and acquired uterine abnormalities according to the morphology and the formation of uterine cavity lesions.The relationship of 1 times,2 times,equal or more than 3 times of different number of abortion and uterine congenital and acquired abnormalities were compared respectively.Results Diagnostic hysteroscopy revealed anomalies uterine cavity was 79.9% (148/185),of them congenital uterine anomalies was 52.4% (97/185),and acquired uterine pathologies was the most of 21.1% (39/185),acquired uterine abnormalities was 21.1% (39/185),and intrauterine adhesion was the most common of 11.9% (22/185).Incidence of intrauterine adhesions of natural abortion with 1 times,2 times and 3 times or more were 7.4% (5/68),14.1% (11/78) and 15.4% (6/39).Hysteroscopy showed that the detection rates of normal uterine cavity,congenital abnormalities,acquired uterine and congenital and acquired pathologies in 3 groups were 27.9% (19/68),51.5% (35/68),17.6% (12/68)and 2.9%(2/68);17.9%(14/78),51.3%(40/78),24.3%(19/78) and 6.4%(5/78);10.3%(4/39),56.4% (22/39),20.5% (8/39) and 12.8% (5/39),respectively,the differences were not significant (x2 =8.823,P=0.184).Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a simple and efficient tool in the early diagnosis of congenital and acquired uterine anomalies.Diagnostic hysteroscopy can be performed after the first miscarriage in order to early diagnose and treat congenital and acquired uterine pathologies.
3.A paired comparison study of genetic transmission network base on HIV-1 pol gene DNA or RNA sequence

Abstract: Objective To understand the difference of DNA sequence and RNA sequence of paired pol region in HIV patients in constructing HIV genetic transmission network, and to provide scientific data for constructing molecular transmission networks using DNA sequences. Methods The whole blood and plasma samples of HIV patients living in 2014 and newly reported in 2015-2018 in Liuzhou, Guangxi, were collected, DNA and RNA sequences were extracted, amplified, sequenced, spliced and aligned, and then genetic transmission networks were constructed, and the connectivity consistency of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences was compared. Results In this study, a total 2 983 participants were investigated, which were 2014 baseline and 2015-2018 newly reported HIV patients, of which 2 590 participants were only DNA sequences in 2014 baseline, 196 HIV patients were both DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region in 2014 baseline, and 197 newly reported HIV patients were both DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region in 2015-2018. In 393 DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region, the genotype of DNA sequence and RNA sequence were consistent, and there was no statistically significant difference in genetic distance between paired DNA sequences and RNA sequences (Z=-2.72, P=1.00). The connection consistency rate of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region of 2015-2018 newly reported with the baseline DNA sequences was 91.4% (108/197). And the connection consistency rate of genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired pol region of 2015-2018 newly reported with the baseline RNA sequences was 97.0% (191/197). There was no statistical difference in antiretroviral therapy to reduce the risk of HIV secondary transmission between genetic transmission networks constructed by DNA and RNA sequences of paired of pol gene newly reported from 2015 to 2018 with baseline DNA sequence. Conclusion DNA sequence and RNA sequence of paired pol region of HIV patients have good consistency in genotype, genetic distance, and genetic transmission network construction, and both DNA and RNA sequences can be used for genetic transmission network analysis.
4.Research progress on the measurement of human lens thickness in vivo

The precise measurement in lens thickness in vivo, provides great application value for intraocular accommodation and ametropia development mechanism research.And it has great clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma and cataract.Currently, many ultrasonic methods and optical methods are used in measuring lens thickness.The measurement principles, advantages, disadvantages and the accuracy of the instruments are summarized in this paper.Among these methods, Orbscan II, Pentacam, Lenstar and AS-OCT can be used to measure lens thickness instead of A-scan.More important is the fact that UL-OCT can dynamically monitor the change of the lens thickness with intraocular accommodation.Choosing an instrument with higher measuring accuracy to examine the lens thickness, can provide more accurate and convincing lens thickness data for clinical and scientific research.
6.The application effect of using utility model patient information sign in pediatric surgical ward

Objective To explore the practical new type of patient information sign on the application effect of pediatric surgical ward. Methods Divided 200 cases of patients in our department into the control group and the observation group according to random number table, there were 100 cases in each group. The control group and the observation group in A and B ward respectively, A ward (control group) used the traditional end of the bed, B ward (observation group) used the new information sign. The incidence rate of adverse events, patients′ families health mission efficiently, satisfaction of patients or medical staff were compared between the groups. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of in the control group [1%(1/100) vs 8%(8/100),χ2=5.701, P < 0.05]. The effectiveness of health education, satisfaction of patients or medical staff and patients′families to health mission satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that of in the control group [91% (91/100) vs 79% (79/100), 97% (97/100)vs 84% (84/100), 98% (98/100)vs 86% (86/100),the value of χ2 was 5.647,9.828 and 9.783 respectively, P < 0.05)]. Conclusions This new utility model patient information sign by the clinical application effect is satisfied, the head of a bed, cue CARDS unification and standardization of management, and reduced the occurrence of nursing adverse events, which can effectively improve the continuity of care services, the effectiveness of health education and medical, nursing, and satisfaction. Should be used widely in clinical.

8.Application of serum procalcitonin test in diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infectious diseases

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin(PCT) in bacterial infectious diseases for newborns . Methods Using enzyme‐linked immune fluorescence analysis technology to determine PCT of 90 samples of neonatal serum .The Observation group(48 cases) and control group(42 cases) were grouped according to the gold standard which were microbial cul‐ture result of sterile body fluid and clinical diagnosis .Recorded the values of PCT ,WBC ,CRP and IL‐6 detected in the same period , then calculate the sensitivity and specificity ,and draw the ROC curve to compare sensitivity and specificity between PCT and the other infectious indicators .Results The sensitivity and specificity of PCT were 87 .50% and 85 .71% respectively ,the positive pre‐dictive value(PPV) and negative predictive value(NPV)of it were 87 .50% and 85 .71% .However ,the sensitivity and specificity of CRP were 81 .25% and 83 .33% ,the PPV and NPV of it were 84 .78% and 79 .54% .The sensitivity and specificity of WBC were 68 .75% and 57 .14% ,the PPV and NPV of it were 64 .70% and 61 .53% .The sensitivity and specificity of IL‐6 were 93 .75% and 71 .43% ,the PPV and NPV of it were 78 .95% and 90 .91% .In addition to that ,the area under the ROC of PCT ,CRP ,IL‐6 and WBC ,which were 0 .859 ,0 .852 ,0 .803 and 0 .647 respectively .Conclusion Compared with the other 3 infectious indicators ,PCT has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection diseases .Moreover ,the detection method of PCT is simple and feasible ,PCT could also provide laboratory basis for the diagnosis .

Objective:To analyze identify method of mild cognitive impairment. Methods:The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Chinese Revised (WAIS-RC) and Wechsler Memory Scale-Chinese Revised (WMS-RC) were examined in 150 patients with memory complaints. 63 individuals whose intelligence quotient (IQ) and memory quotient (MQ) over 85 were designated as normal elderly group;and 33 individuals whose IQ scores over 85 and MQ score between 70 and 84 as mild cognitive impairment(MCI-1) group; and 25 individuals whose IQ scores over 85 and MQ scores between 55 and 69 as MCI-2 group; 29 individuals whose IQ scores and MQ scores less than 85 and conformed with DSM-Ⅳ as Alzheimer disease group.Results: Picture short memory and mental control (B)showed the highest identification between the 2 MCI groups and normal elderly group. Besides, visual reproduction played an important role in mild memory decline (MCI-1) group. Tactile memory, logical memory and associated learning played an important role in moderate memory decline (MCI-2) group.Conclusion: Picture short memory and mental control (B) contribute to identify MCI speedily and effectively.
10.Clinical Validity of the Chinese Version of Mattis Dementia Rating Scale in Differentiating Dementia of Alzheimer Type in Shanghai

Objective:To assess clinical validity of the Chinese version of Mattis Dementia Rating Scale (DRS) in differentiating dementia of Alzheimer type (AD). Methods:Administered the DRS, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and clinical dementia rating(CDR) to 61 outpatients with AD and 104 healthy elderly subjects in Shanghai.Results:There was significant correlation between DRS and the total score,and DRS and MMSE.DRS of the AD group had significant correlation with CDR.Its significant correlation with CDR suggested satisfactory concurrent validity of the scale. The optimal DRS cutoff score for AD according to education level revealed a sensitivity of 85%~94% and a specificity of 90%~94%.Conclusion:The DRS is a clinically valid test for the detection of AD and its severity of cognitive impairment.
