Objective To observe and explore the clinical curative effect and mechanism of four grinding soup oral liquid in treating pediatric indigestion.Methods 90 children with indigestion were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 45 people in each group.Children in control group were given Pan Li ketone tablet and the observation group were given four grinding soup oral liquid to observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups and gastric emptying function,symptoms and plasma substance P,motilin levels of patients before and after treating.Results The clinical efficient of Pan Li ketone tablet and four grinding soup oral liquid were 70.0％ and 94.0％ respectively.The total effective rate of tgastric emptying of the control group and observation group of were 74.0％ and 80.0％,and there were no significant difference (P ＞ 0.10).The plasma substance P,and motilin content of the two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05) between group after treating; Conclusion Four Grinding Soup oral liquid is a safe and effective way in treating pediatric indigestion,and it can promote gastric emptying function,plasma substance P and motilin levels,which provides certain reference significance for treating clinical indigestion.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and therapy of acute perforation of gastric carcinoma(APGC) to improve the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of APGC. Methods Forty cases of APGC admitted to Gong liao hospital of Zhenping county.Of the forty patients,ten underwent repair of perforation,twenty-one cases underwent palliative gastrectomy (six of them underwent lymphadenectomy three weeks after previous gastrectomy );five subjected to radical gastrectomy. two underwent gastrostomy or jejunostomy for nutrition.One underwent drainage and peritoneal lavage only;1 received non-operative therapy.Results Four patients died in this series.The 1-,2-,3-years survival rate was 83.3%(30/36),52.8%(19/36),27.8%(10/36)respectively. Conclusions Early diagnosis and adopting resection of gastric cancer plus comperhensive treatment can improve the prognosis of patients with APGC.

AIM:To discuss the main clinical characteristics of current drug eruption for reference of prevention and treatment of drug eruption.　METHODS: Two hundred and thirty-three with drug eruption in 1999 were collected, and their clinical characteristics, such as age, main causative drugs and eruption types, etc. were analysed.　RESULTS: The age of current drug eruption increased. Antibiotics was the most common causative drug, while antiinflammatory analgestics, serum and vaccine, traditional Chinese medicine were next to it. Scarlet fever-like or measles-like type was the most common eruption type, while urticaria type, erythema multiforme type and fixed type were next to it.　CONCLUSION: Clinical physicians shoud inquire alergic history of patients thoroughly and avoid unnecessary drugs, so as to decrease the occurrence of drug eruption.

Objective To observe the roh of cytoimmunologic factors,careinoembryonic antigen (CEA),serum ferritin(SF)and prognostic factors in patients with Iung adenous cancer.Methods Eightyone patients with lung adenous cancer were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical features as well as the alternation of T-lymphocyte subsets and its relationship with CEA.SF,disease stage and metastasis of lymph node were studied.Results(1)The percentage of CD4+ T cell decreased and that of CD8+T cell increased,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ went down accompanied by the increase of disease stage.CEA and SF increased as the dmease stage increased.(2)Thedecrease of percentage of CD4+ T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was obvious in patients with metastasis of lymph nodes[LN(+)](p＜0.01).The increase of percentage of CD8+Tcell and CEA,SF level was obvious in LN(+)(P＜0.01 or＜0.05).(3)The decrease of percentage of CD4+T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD4+ was obvious in CEA (+)(P＜0.01).The increase of percentage of CD8+ T cell and SF level was obvious in CEA (+)(P＜0.01).(4)The decrease of percentage of CD4+ T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was obvious in SF(+)(P＜0.01).The increase of percentage of CD3+ CD8+ T cell and the CEA level was obvious in SF (+)(P＜0.05 or＜0.01).Conclusion Disorder of cytoimmunologic situation exists in patients with lung adenous cancer,and it is closely correlatod with the CEA,SF level disease stage and metastasis of lymph node.

Objective To summarize clinical experience in removal of residual metallic foreign body in the soft tissue.Methods Clinical data of 742 cases with residual metallic foreign body in the soft tissue were analyzed.All the patients were forward from other hospitals with failed removal of the foreign body.Second surgery was performed in our hospital by grasping forceps using 3D-locator under the guidance of the C-shaped arm X-ray machine.Results Foreign body,such as scrap-iron,broken needle,nails,wine and so on located at different regions of soft tissues including neck,chest and abdomen,pelvis,and the four limbs were all successfully taken out.Removal rate of the foreign body was 100％.No complications such as bleeding,infection and nerve damage was occurred.The mean time of the procedures and radiation exposure for the removal surgery was 5 minutes.Conclusion Using 3D-locator and grasping forceps under the guidance of the X-ray,the residual metallic foreign bodies can be removed safely and efficiently.

Objective To explore the correlation of minimal residual disease ( MRD) and ABC genes expression in acute myeloid leukemia ( AML) .Methods 52 de novo AML bone marrow samples were used to detect the expres-sion of ABCB1,ABCC1,ABCC4 andABCG2 by real-time PCR at diagnosis.Meanwhile, followed up these patients to monitor MRD with MFC at the points of finishing the first induction cause as well as the third ,the sixth and the ninth month after chemotherapy .Results The expression level of 4 ABC transporters among three MRD level de-tected after induction cause are correlated significantly with ABCB1(P<0.01), ABCC1(P<0.01), ABCC4(P<0.01) and ABCG2(P<0.01).Further more, after nine months follow-up, the patients whose MRD turned into positive again were detected a high ABC transports expression level , comparing with those MRD remained negative for nine months,which was of a statistically significance for ABCB1(P<0.05), ABCC1(P<0.05), ABCC4(P<0.01) and ABCG2(P<0.01).Conclusions A positive correlation of MRD and ABC transporters level in AML is found.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of neonatalCandida arthritis. Methods The clinical data from one case of neonatalCandida arthritis with swelling and pain in multiple joints as the ifrst symp-toms were reviewed.Results Boy born at 31 weeks' gestational age had the birth weight of 2100 g. The patients was admitted to neonatal intensive care unit after birth and treated with antibiotics for a long time due to infection. At 24 days after birth, blood culture showed the growth ofCandida albicans. At 29 days after birth, the bilateral knee joints showed swelling. TheCandida arthritis was diagnosed through X ray and joint-cavity lfuid culture. The patient was treated with Fluconazole for 13 weeks. When discharged, the joints swelling had been disappeared, while the muscle tension of the double upper limbs was signiifcantly weak. The shoulders had visible slight activities independently. The ifngers, wrists and elbows had less independent activities. The muscle tension of the double lower limbs was slight and the independent activity was more than upper limbs, but the extend was smaller than normal. The palmar grasp relfex was weak. The 30 months follow-up showed that each joint had even length, no abnormality and normal activities. The language and intelligence were normal.Conclusions NeonatalCandida arthritis is mostly combined with or secondary to systemic disseminated candidiasis, and the priority therapy is antifungal drugs. Surgical operation can be considered if necessary, which can improve the prognosis.

Background The incidence of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) is increasing in recent years.To study the risk factors of POAG pathogenesis is of great significance.Objective This study was to explore the association between Helicobacter pylori infection and POAG pathogenesis.Metbods The Chinese and English literature about Helicobacter pylori infection and pathogenesis from January 2000 to February 2015 was searched in PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,VIP,Wanfang database and CNKI database with computer and supplemented by the relevant references,and these cases-control studies were evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS).The odds ratio (OR) and 95％ confidence interval (CI) were calculated by using Stata 12.0 statistical software.Sensitivity analysis and subgroup analysis were used to process the heterogeneity (I2) among the studies.The effect size was analyzed using the randomized model in I2 ≥50％ and fixed model was used in I2＜50％.Results Eight cases-control studies from Erope,Asia and North America were included with the NOS scores ≥ 5.The examination methods for Helicobacter pylori included ELISA,Western blot and histopathology among the articles.Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 71.38％ (197/276) in the POAG group,and that in the control group was 42.90％ (151/352).Randomized model analysis showed a significant association between Helicobacter pylori infection and POAG pathogenesis (OR =3.23,95％ CI:1.65-6.23,P =0.001).No obvious interference from any paper was found by sensitivity analysis.The subgroup analysis based on different areas found that Helicobacter pylori infectious rate of POAG patients was highest in Europe area (OR =7.25,95 ％ CI:3.61-14.54,P =0.000,I2 =0.0％),the subgroup based on different detect methods found that histopathological examination had the highest detected rate of Helicobacter pylori (OR=9.13,95％ CI:3.78-22.04,P=0.000,I2 =0.0％),and the next was ELISA assay (OR=2.85,95％ CI:1.40-5.81,P =0.004,I2 =60.4％).No published bias was seen by funnel plots and Egger linear analysis.Conclusions Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with POAG pathogenesis.
