Objective To study effect of continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation therapy for neonatal respiratory failure. Methods A total of 44 respiratory failure newborns with respiratory mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were in in-tervention group given nursing intervention and 46 children with respiratory failure respiratory me-chanical ventilation treatment from January 2009 to December 2011 were in the control group giv-ing continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation therapy. The oxygenation pulmonary ventilation function, clinical results and complications were compared. Results Compared with treatment be-fore,all indexes in two groups at different time points after treatment were improved, and the dif-ference were statistically significant and the treatment group changed more (P <0.05).The dif-ferences in all index of each time point after treatment between two groups were statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05).The clinical total effective rate in intervention group was higher than that in the control group, while the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The nurs-ing intervention for continuous respiratory mechanical ventilation treatment of respiratory failure newborns could significantly improve curative effect, which has a certain guiding significance for clinical nursing.

Objective To investigate the drug advisory service and its effect on the patients' satisfaction of pharmacy. Methods By the data analysis and questionnaire survey, statistical analysis was done on the 405 drugs advisory infor-mation,to the pharmacy satisfaction questionnaire in 350 patients. Results①The doctors, nurses and patients respec-tively of the total was number of 7.90%, 15.56% and 76.54% consulting. Consulted most questions was "usage" drugs accounted for 32.10% of the total advice. ②The pharmacy service satisfaction score was (3.69±0.78)scores, signifi-cantly higher than the average, showed that the patients of the hospitalpharmacy service satisfaction. ③There was a negative correlation between patient satisfaction scores and age and Education (P<0.05), the older, the higher educa-tion,the higher of pharmacy service demand. Conclusion Drug counseling staff and advisory content showed increas-ingtrend,to carry out drug advisory services, improve the overall quality of pharmacists inpharmacy to improve patient satisfaction.
