Objective To explore ultrasound performances and misdiagnostic causes of aggressive fibromatosis (AF).Methods Ultrasound performance and misdiagnostic causes of 45 patients (47 tumors) with AF confirmed by histopathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 45 patients,ultrasound showed lesions of varying size,and the maximum diameter of 36 masses (36/47,76.60％) were more than 3 cm;37 masses (37/47,78.72％) were irregular pale leaf;45 masses (45/47,95.74％) had no complete capsule;45 masses (45/47,95.74％) were shown as interogeneous internal echo mixed with hyperechoic area in the hypoechoic internal;29 cases were diagnosed correctly,16 cases were misdiagnosed,the diagnostic accordance rate was 64.44％ (29/46).Conclusion AF has certain ultrasonic characteristics.Combined with the patient's medical history and physical sign,ultrasound can significantly improve the preoperative detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of AF.

Objective To analyze the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of influenza pathogens in Huai^’an City from 2017-2019, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza. Methods The influenza-like illness (ILI) and outbreaks data was collected from China Influenza Surveillance Information System from 2017 to 2019. A descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the influenza data. Results A total of 103 082 ILI cases were reported in Huai^’an City from 2017 to 2019, accounting for 8.96% of the total outpatient and emergency department visits. Winter and spring were the seasons for the high incidence of influenza, and children under 15 years old were the key population with high incidence. A total of 37 influenza outbreaks occurred in the city, with 774 reported cases. The epidemics mainly occurred in kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools. There were 6,730 samples tested in the laboratory, 1,093 were positive for nucleic acid test, and the positive rate was 16.24%. Of the 1,093 positive samples, 417 were tested positive for H1N1 type, accounting for 38.15%; 251 were positive for seasonal H3 type, accounting for 22.96%; 274 were positive for Victoria subtype, accounting for 25.07%; and 151 were positive for Yamagata subtype, accounting for 13.82%. The types of dominant influenza strains alternated, and sometimes several types of influenza viruses coexisted. Conclusion Influenza often occurs in schools and has obvious seasonality. It is recommended that high-risk groups be vaccinated with quadrivalent influenza vaccine.

Objective The long-term epidemiological and etiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Huai’an, Jiangsu were analyzed to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of HFMD. Methods The data of HFMD reports, etiological diagnosis and in Huai’an from 2009 to 2022 were described and analyzed. Results A total of 78 535 cases were reported from 2009 to 2022 , with 14-year average annual incidence rate of 114.71/100 000. Before 2020, the incidence rate of HFMD in Huai’an showed the epidemic intensity increased every other year on the whole, and the average annual incidence rate during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022) (55.69/100 000) was significantly lower than that in previous years (2009-2019) (129.95/100 000). The joinpoint regression analysis showed that the best fitting model from 2009 to 2022 had no joinpoints, APC=AAPC=-1.24%. The overall trend showed a monotonously decreasing trend, but the trend was not statistically significant. The male-to-female distribution ratio was 1.53:1, and the age distribution was mainly under 5 years old, especially in scattered children. The epidemic season was from April to July. The results of etiological surveillance showed that the co-epidemic of Coxsackievirus A16 (CV-A16) and Enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) during the early stages had changed to the co-epidemic of CV-A16 and CV-A6 in the current period. Conclusion The burden of HFMD in Huai’an was large, and the epidemic intensity increased every other year was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The epidemiological features after the COVID-19 pandemic should be further monitored.

Objective To establish a new chemiluminescence method for determination of resorcinol in wastewater. Methods In media of acid chemiluminescence reaction of resorcinol with ceriumⅣ in the presence of Tween 40 as enhancer was investigated. A new chemiluminescence method for determination of resorcinol with flow injection technique was developed. Results The linear range for resorcinol was 8.0?10-8～5.0?10-5 mol/L with 6.0?10-8 mol/L detection limit. The relative standard deviation was 3.5% for 5.0?10-6 mol/L resorcinol in 11 parallel measurements. Conclusion This method can used to determine the content of resorcinol in wastewater of laboratory and resorcinol compound solution with satisfactory results.

The mycelium growth and sporulation in different temperature, pH value and light conditions were detected by using the crossing and haemocytometer method. The toxicity of five fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum was tested by mycelia growth method, so as to provide the reference for prevention and control against F. oxysporum. The optimum temperature and pH value of F. oxysporum to grow and spore were 28 degrees C and 6-7. Alternating light and darkness promoted growth and sporulation of bacterial colony. As for five fungicides, the EC50 of tebuconazole was 10.02 mg x L(-1), 92.50 times as much as carbendazim. The EC50 of myclobutanil and Fuxing was 91.23, 96.68 mg x L(-1), respectively. Tebuconazole showed the most tremendous inhibitory effect and control efficiency on F. oxysporum.

Objective To investigate the executive function of children with different sports training. Methods Forty children with Ping-Pong training (Ping-Pong group) and 41 children with swimming training (swimming group), aged 6-9 years, completed GO/NOGO task. Behavioral data (reaction time and accuracy) and event related potential component N2 were collected and analyzed. Results The reaction time was significantly faster and accuracy significantly lower of GO task and NOGO task in swimming group than in Ping-Pong group (P<0.05 and P<0.01). There were significant differences in the amplitude of NOGO-N2 on site CPz between swimming group and Ping-Pong group[(-11.36±9.4) μV vs (-7.55±7.99) μV, P<0.05]. Conclusion The inhibitory function of children with Ping-Pong training is stronger than those with swimming training.

Trans-rectal ultrasound is widely used in the diagnosis of rectal cancer.Elastography technique is based on the endorectal conventional ultrasound and can assess tumor stiffness and further detect the characteristics of tumor.It is helpful to provide more information for the differential diagnosis of rectal cancer,preoperative staging and the chemotherapy efficacy evaluation.The applications of strain elastography in the diagnosis of rectal cancer were reviewed in this article.

OBJECTIVETo study features of brain gray matter injury in cerebral infarction patients and intervention of scalp acupuncture by using voxel-based morphology.

METHODSA total of 16 cerebral infarction patients were recruited in this study, and assigned to the scalp acupuncture group and the control group, 8 in each group. Another 16 healthy volunteers were recruited as a normal group. All patients received scanning of T1 structure. Images were managed using VBM8 Software package. Difference of the gray matter structure was compared among the scalp acupuncture group, the control group, and the healthy volunteers.

RESULTSCompared with healthy volunteers, gray matter injury of cerebral infarction patients mainly occurred in 14 brain regions such as cingulate gyrus, precuneus, cuneus, anterior central gyrus, insular lobe, and so on. They were mainly distributed in affected side. Two weeks after treatment when compared with healthy volunteers, gray matter injury of cerebral infarction patients in the scalp acupuncture group still existed in 8 brain regions such as bilateral lingual gyrus, posterior cingulate gyrus, left cuneus, right precuneus, and so on. New gray matter injury occurred in lingual gyrus and posterior cingulate gyrus. Two weeks after treatment when compared with healthy volunteers, gray matter injury of cerebral infarction patients in the control group existed in 23 brain regions: bilateral anterior cingulum, caudate nucleus, cuneate lobe, insular lobe, inferior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus, precuneus, paracentral lobule, superior temporal gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, lingual gyrus, right postcentral gyrus, posterior cingulate gyrus, precentral gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, and so on. New gray matter injury still existed in 9 cerebral regions such as lingual gyrus, posterior cingulate gyrus, postcentral gyrus, and so on.

CONCLUSIONSBrain gray matter structure is widely injured after cerebral infarction. Brain gray matter volume gradually decreased as time went by. Combined use of scalp acupuncture might inhibit the progression of gray matter injury more effectively.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the curative effect difference between Tong's anterior mesh suspension and modified tension-free vaginal tape-obturator (TVT-O). Methods75 SUI cases were random divided into two groups: Group A (35 cases) were accepted Tong's anterior mesh suspension and group B (40cases) were accepted modified tension-free vaginal tape- obturator. Curative effects, operation safety,and complications and so on, were recorded and compared. ResultsThere had no statistical differences between these two groups on operation time, bleeding lose, operation injury, immediate postoperative urinary retention andcure rates, but the operation expense of group A was cheaper than group B [ (980. 74 ±212.45)yuan vs (2879.06 ±467. 13)yuan , P ＜0.05). ConclusionThe curative effect between two methods were similar. It's a little complicated and fit to be popularized in large hospital to modified tensionfree vaginal tape-obturator. Tong's anterior mesh suspension was performed under completely direct vision,not through pelvic cavity, and it was an economic, convenient and easy way, which not only fit to be popularized in basic hospital, but also a surgical remedial measure to the failures who accepted these operations,such as TVT, SPARC, IVS, MONARC, TOT, TVT-O, etc.

Objective To explore the role of real-time ultrasound elastography (RUE) in the staging of rectal cancer.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 41 cases of rectal cancer by both double plane transrectal conventional ultrasonography (CU) and RUE and comparatively assessed elasticity scores and strain ratios (SR) of the tumor along with postoperative pathological staging results.Results The accuracy of CU for preoperative staging of rectal tumors was 80.49％.There were significant differences between the elasticity scores and strain ratios of the T1 stage and T2,T3,and T4 stages,and also in elasticity scores and strain ratios of the T4 stage and T2 and T3 stages of rectal cancer by using RUE (P ＜ 0.05).Taking the elasticity score of 3 points as the optimal ritical value in the diagnosis of the T1 stage of rectal cancer,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value were 66.67％,96.88％,85.71％,and 91.18％ respectively.Condusion Endorectal RUE can assess the elastic stiffness of rectal cancer,and it helps in the preoperative staging of rectal cancer.
