One hundred and thirty patients with postpartum retention of urine were treated by electroacupuncture on bilateral Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Yinlingquan (SP 9). After 1-5treatments, 130 patients could discharge urine successfully.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment for gastroptosis.Methods:Forty-seven cases with gastroptosis were randomly divided into two groups.25 cases in the treatment group were treated by electroacupuncture plus ginger-partitioned moxibustion,and 22 cases in the control group were treated by single electroacupuncture.The therapeutic effects were observed after three courses of the treatments.Results:The curative rate was 56.0% and total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group,and the curative rate was 36.4% and total effective rate was 90.9% in the control group,with statistical significance in comparison of the curative rates between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture plus ginger-partitioned moxibustion is better than single electroacupuncture treatment for gastroptosis.

α-MSH is an endogenous neuropetide that is effective of all categories of expreimental inflammation. The mechanisms underlying the anti-inflammatory influence of α-MSH are reviewed in the article. α-MSH suppresses inflammation in the CNS and periphery by downregulating the activation of NF-κB, then inhibiting production of proinflammatory cytokines, nitric oxide, chemokines and adhension molecules, and increasing synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines. α-MSH is useful in the treatment of many pathological situations in humans.

Objective To explore the medication closed-loop management of huangshi central hospital based on electronic medical records.Methods Diversified pharmaceutical information platform was constructed.The full coverage of all aspects of medication information,such as ordering/prescribing,transcribing,distributing,preparing,dispensing,administering,documenting,and monitoring was realized.Results The medication management and use had no information gap,and bias could be controlled to form a closed-loop management.Conclusion Application of the new information technology in the field of pharmaceutical care can improve work efficiency,reduce medication errors,broaden the vision of clinical pharmacists and scope of work,and improve the overall level of pharmaceutical care.

Behçet’s disease (BD) is a chronic systemic vasculitis that mainly characterized by recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers, uveitis and skin lesions. The pathogenesis of BD is still unknown. BD is considered to be an autoimmune disease triggered by infection or environmental factors in genetically susceptible individuals. Helper T cell 17 (Th17) play an important role in the pathogenesis of BD. Interferon regulatory factor 8 (IRF8) inhibits Th17 differentiation, thereby inhibiting the inflammation induced by Th17 and interleukin 17. Genomic studies suggest that IRF8-associated single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are risk loci of BD. In recent years, role of IRF8 inhibiting Th17 differentiation in the pathogenesis of BD has become a research focus.

Objective To provide scientific basis for developing mental interventions for the wounded in major disasters by assessing the mental health status and the mental intervention effect among the Wenchuan earthquake survivors transferred to Chongqing.Methods A total of 389 transferred wounded survivors were examined by using questionnaires including general information questionnaire,Psychological Health Self-rating Questionnaire (PHSQ),Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and Coping Styles Questionnaire (CSQ).According to PHSQ,the wounded were divided into control group and stress group.Then,the stress group was given mental intervention and taken the second mental evaluation one month later.Results Acute stress disorder (ASD) rate (30.08％) was remarkably observed in these transferred wounded,who were subsequently administered a set of mental intervention.The wounded whose PHSQ mark ≥8 were defined as the stress group (Group A) and the others as the control group ( Group B).Compared with Group B,Group A had higher scores in depression ( P ＜ 0.01 ),anxiety ( P ＜ 0.01 ) and consternation ( P ＜ 0.01 ),and lower scores in PSSS (P ＜0.01 ).Group A inclined to negative coping styles mainly including shrink back (P ＜ 0.01 ) and fantasy (P ＜0.01 ),while Group B inclined to coping styles mainly including rationalization and help.The PSSS score in Group A was significant lower than that in Group B (P ＜ 0.01 ).The scores in PHSQ,SCL-90 (anxiety and consternation),CSQ and PSSS were significantly improved after the mental intervention in Group A.Conclusions The incidence of ASD is high in the transferred wounded survivors and is mainly related with mental stress,such as emotional symptoms,negative coping styles and low perception of social support.Early mental interventions will help improve the psychological status of the transferred wounded.

Objective To evaluate the predictive value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and hemoglobinto-white blood cell ratio (HWR) prior to treatment in prognosis of non-operative esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) patients.Methods From October 2009 to November 2014,a total of 362 non-operative ESCC patients were enrolled in this prospective study.x2 test was used to analyze the relationship between NLR,HWR and general clinical features;Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis was performed to evaluate the association between variables and prognosis of non-operative ESCC patients.Results The optimal cutoff level of 1.23 for NLR and 24.92 for HWR were identified by X-title software.x2 test indicated NLR was significantly associated with gender,tumor length,T stage,TNM stage and fasting blood glucose level.Moreover,univariate and multivariate analyses showed that high NLR and high HWR were all associated with a poor prognosis in non-operative ESCC.However,when patients were specifically stratified by treatment modus,subset analysis showed that NLR was only predictive of prognosis in the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group (HR =4.080,95％ CI:1.074-15.497,P =0.039),whereas the influence of HWR on prognosis was just existed in the sequential chemoradiotherapy group (HR =2.625,95％ CI:1.311-5.254,P =0.006).Conclusions In this investigation,we found that high NLR and high HWR were associated with poor prognosis in non-operative ESCC.

Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation human resources in Shanghai. Methods:Based on World Health Orgnization Rehabilitation in Health Service System: Action Guide, Rehabilitation Information Collection Template of Supporting Tools for Systematic Assessment of Rehabilitation Status was implemented by Shanghai Rehabilitation Medical Association in accordance with the requirements of Shanghai Rehabilitation Treatment Quality Control Center to investigate the number and knowledge structure of rehabilitation-related practitioners in Shanghai. Results:Totally, 311 medical institutions were investigated and 254 institutions set up rehabilitation medicine department, accounting for 82.47%. There were 1414 rehabilitation practitioners and 528 registered rehabilitation physicians, accounting for 37.34%; among them, senior, intermediate and junior professional titles were 142 (26.89%), 262 (49.62%) and 124 (23.48%), respectively. There were 2668 rehabilitation therapists, among which the senior, intermediate and junior professional titles were 11 (0.41%), 461 (17.28%) and 2196 (82.31%), respectively. There were 1614 rehabilitation nurses, among which the senior, intermediate and junior professional titles were 13 (0.81%), 476 (29.49%) and 1125 (69.70%), respectively. There were 2.17 rehabilitation physicians, 11.11 rehabilitation therapists and 6.65 nurses per 100 000 population, which is nearly 1/5 of the international level. There were 121 institutions without rehabilitation medical practitioners and 40 multi-point rehabilitation medical practitioners. Conclusion:There is a big gap in rehabilitation physicians, therapists and nurses in Shanghai, compared with the international level. Based on the imperfect occupational series and qualification certification of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other specialties, it is suggested to conduct targeted job training in multiple channels and forms, especially to strengthen standardized job training and rehabilitation transformation training for rehabilitation practitioners. It is needed to promote the standardized training of resident and specialist rehabilitation practitioners more quickly to meet the needs of clinical rehabilitation work.
