ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of rehabilitative treatment on different groups of infants with cerebral palsy in different age, sickness extent and rehabilitative period.MethodsBy the prospective method, 90 patients from 3 to 36 months old were randomly divided into three groups including 3 to 12 months, 13 to 24 months and 25 to 36 months with 30 cases each. Every 10 cases in light, moderate and severe degrees were given rehabilitative care for 2 months and 3 months respectively. The personal ADL of every case was evaluated at the initial and the final state. The compared score was analyzed with T test.ResultsComparing the groups of different ages, there were prominent differences of treatment under the same sickness, among the light, moderate and severe degrees(P<0.01). The rehabilitative treatment effect of 3 months was better than that of 2 months. Furthermore the effect of the group of 3-12 months was better than that of 25-36 months.ConclusionsThe rehabilitative care is prominently effective in the light and moderate groups , the former is better and within 3 months is better than 2 months. The younger infant is, the better the rehabilitative treatment is.

Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes distribution rule of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and its correlation with related clinical indexes. Methods The general condition,TCM four diagnostic methods, biochemical and CT results in 1950 cases of NAFLD in Chongqing City were investigated for analyzing the TCM syndromes distribution rule and its correlation with biochemistry and CT.Results In 1950 cases, the accumulation and binding of damp-heat,congestion of dampness turbidity, stagnation of liver-QI with spleen deficiency,intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis and yin deficiency of both liver and kidney accounted for 36.62 %,27.69 %,19.38 %,10.10 % and 6.21 % respectively;there was statistically significant difference in age among different TCM syndromes(P<0.05);the vin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis in severe fatty liver were maximal;glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT) and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST) level was higher in the accumulation and binding of damp-heat;the level of fasting plasma gluco se(FBG) was higher in the yin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney;the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and FBG levels were lower in the stagnation of liver-QI with spleen deficiency, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In NAFLD patients, the accumulation and binding of damp-heat distribution is maximal, the proportion of severe fatty liver with vin deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney is higher.Different dialectical types may play an important role in the clinical indexes and disease development.

ObjectiveTo investigate the optimal dose of botulinum toxic A (BTX-A) block to relax spasticity in cerebral palsy.Methods61 children (27~144 months old) with spastic cerebral palsy were treated by BTX-A block and divided into A, B, C, D and E groups according to the dose coefficient. The dose of BTX-A block was 30~160 IU (average 69.0±32.4 IU) according to the weight and the score of Modified Ashworth Scale.Results55 BTX-A blocks were successful. The muscles tone turned below and the function were improved. The effective rate was 90.16%. The effective time ranged from 8 weeks to 32 weeks, average 17.56±8.30 weeks. The effective time of the group C (2≤dose-coefficient<3) was the longest in the five groups.ConclusionThe optimal dose of BTX-A block in triceps surae should be counted as follow: dose(IU)=(score of Modified Ashworth Scale+2.5)×weight(kg).

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between current and therapeutic effect of block myoelectricity fixed Botulinum Toxin A(BTX-A) injection in cerebral palsy.Methods15 children with spastic cerebral palsy were treated with BTX-A block injection under block myoelectricity fixing. The dose of BTX-A was identified with the weight of the child and the Modified Ashworth Scale. The correlation between current and period in effect was analyzed.ResultsThere was negative correlation between current and period in effect(r=-0.769,P=0.01).ConclusionThe BTX-A should be injected where the fixed current is less.

Objective To determine the coefficient in the formula of the optimal dose of botulinum toxin A(BTX-A) to treat spastic cerebral palsy(CP).Methods58 CP children(male 38,female 20,mean age 59.3±24.6 months, range 27 to 144 months) were divided into A,B,C,D and E five groups according to used coefficient and treated by BTX-A with different doses to release the spasticity.ResultsAccording to the improvement of motor function, the BTX-A dose of the group D was optimal.According to the effective endurance, the BTX-A dose of the group C was optimal. The optimal coefficient was 1.8.ConclusionThe formula of the optimal BTX-A dose injected in triceps surae is dose =(1+1.8×MAS score)×body weight.

Objective:To investigate the expression of circ0008234 and miR-1205 in breast cancer and the oncology characteristics of CT.Methods:40 patients with breast cancer were collected as observational objects from Jan.2018 to Dec.2018 and 40 patients without breast cancer were selected as the control group. The expression levels of circ0008234 and miR-1205 of all patients were estimated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Bioinformatics was used for the predictions of circ0008234 target miRNA. A dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to confirm the interaction between circ0008234 and miR-1205. All patients of the observation group were examined by multi-slice CT. CT images were analyzed through observing tumor size, shape, calcification area, lymph node metastasis and margin. The correlation between CT signs and the expression of circ0008234 and miR-1205 was further analyzed. Results:The levels of circ0008234 of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (2.23±0.86, 1.07±0.37, P=0.00) , but the expression levels of miR-1205 were lower than the control group (0.76±0.29, 1.04±0.29, P=0.00) . In the observation group, there were no significant differences in the expression of circ0008234 and miR-1205 among patients with different tumor marginal morphology and micro calcifications. However the expression of circ0008234 in patients with regular lump form were significantly higher than those in patients with inregular form (2.52±0.88, 1.91±0.74, P=0.025) , and the expression of miR-1205 were lower than those in patients with inregular form (0.66±0.30, 0.86±0.25, P=0.025) . In the observation group, the expression of circ0008234 in patients with mass diameter≥2 cm were significantly higher than those in patients with mass diameter<2 cm (2.59±0.95, 1.69±0.17, P=0.001) , but the expression of miR-1205 were lower than those in patients with mass diameter<2 cm (0.65±0.21, 0.92±0.33, P=0.003) . In the observation group, the expression of circ0008234 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis (2.55±1.09, 1.94±0.44, P=0.022) , but the expression of miR-1205 in patients with lymph node metastasis were lower than those without lymph node metastasis (0.65±0.26, 0.85±0.30, P=0.027) . miR-1205 was verified as a direct target of circ0008234 by luciferase assay. circ0008234 could negatively regulate the expression of miR-1205. Conclusion:There is a correlation between CT imaging signs and the expression of circ0008234 and miR-1205 in patients with breast cancer, which can provide more reference for the judgment of malignant degree and prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
