Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(8):1273-1279
BACKGROUND: To enhance peripheral nerve regeneration, the focus on the development of nerve conduits has been shifted from conventional conduits without internal structure to novel conduits with internal stuucture. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the internal structure of nerve conduits is necessary.OBJECTIVE: To review the application of tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure in nerve regeneration.METHODS: A computer-based research of CNKI, WanFang, SinoMed and PubMed databases was performed to retrieve relevant literatures about the tissue-engineered nerve conduits with internal structure published from January 2009 to December 2015, using the keywords of nerve conduit/conduits/scaffolds/scaffold/channel/channels, internal scaffolds/scaffold, nerve regeneration/repair, hydrogel, acellularized/decellularized nerve in Chinese and English, respectively. Forty-seven eligible literatures were included for overview.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The novel nerve conduits with internal structure have many advantages over conventional conduits without internal structure, which can support, guide, promote peripheral nerve regeneration and functional recovery, especially, when modified with seed cells, neurotrophic factors or extracellular matrix, can achieve more effective results comparable to autologous nerve grafts.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical outcomes and complications of Triple-Endobutton plates in treating Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
METHODSFrom January 2011 to January 2013,45 patients with Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with Triple-Endobutton plates. There were 35 males and 10 females with an average age of 30.5 (ranged from 19 to 60) years old. At the final follow-up, VAS, DASH, Constant-Murley criterion were used to evaluate shoulder function.
RESULTSAll patients were followed up from 15 to 36 months. No neurovascular injury, wound infection and stress fractures were found, but 3 patients had a re-dislocation. At the final follow-up,the mean VAS score was decreased from (5.7±1.6) preoperatively to postoperative (0.2±0.1); DASH score was significantly decreased from (19.6±4.3) preoperatively to (0.3±0.1) postoperatively; Constant-Murley score was improved from (34.4±4.3) before operation to (94.8± 3.5) after operation.
CONCLUSIONClinical outcomes of treating Tossy type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with Triple-Endobutton plates is satisfactory. However, re-dislocation is still the most common complication. Careful perioperative management is an important factor in preventing re-dislocation.

China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Lung cancer is one of the commonest of malignant tumor in the world. It is a major threat to human health in China with highest morbidity and mortality.Steady increase in incidence rates have been observed worldwide in the last few decades in young patients, but previous studies have provided conflicting data about the clinical characteristics and prognoses of young patients with lung cancer.Consequently,we have difficulty in comparing their results with each other,as the cutoff ages defining"young"were different in each study. Therefore, this article focuses on the clinical characteristics and the different results of researches for the young patients with primary lung cancer.

Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(1):78-81
Background Researches have suggested that the defocus can induce the change of static visual acuity, but whether it produce influence on dynamic visual acuity is not clear. Objective This study was to investigate the impact of myopic defocus on static visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity and explore the essential difierence between static visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity. Methods Forty volunteers were enrolled in this trial.including 20 adults with the age of 27.4±1.64 years and 20 children with the age of 11.70+1.49 years. All the eyes of subjects received regular examined to excluded the eye disease with the best corrected vision of ≥1.0 D,astigmatism of ≤0.75 D and anisometropia <1.50 D.+1.00 D,+1.50 D,+2.00 D,+2.50 D slasses were ware respectively for the defocus on the foundation of full correction.Dynamic visual acuity was inspected by using selfmade DVA-I training software.and static visual acuity wag tested by static visual acuity chart (Precision Vision,CAT.NO.2125).This clinical trial complied with the Helsinki Declaration and obtained the approval of Ethic Committee of Wenzhou Medical College.Written informed consent was received from each individual prior to the protocol. Results The dynamic and static visual acuities were gradually decreased with the elevation of defocus (F=506.907,P=0.000).No significant differences were found between static visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity in adult or children at various defocus(P>0.05).The regression linear analysis showed that a positive correlation between static visual acuity with defoeus(R2=0.819,t=26.72,P=0.000) or dynamic visual acuity with defoeus(R2=0.826,t=27.42,P=0.000).The slope and intercept between defocus with static visual acuity were steeper than that between defocus and dynamic visual acuity (slope:F=34.18,P=0.000;intercept:F=1005.56,P=0.001). Conclusion The effect of defocus on static visual acuity is different from that of dynamic visual acuity. It could be speculated that dynamic visual acuity is related not only to refractive systems but also other factor.
