Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of spiral stone dislodger combined with pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscopy for managing upper ureteral stones. Methods 106 patients with upper ureteral stones with spiral stone dislodger combined with pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscopy were treated. The transverse diameter of the stones was 4~12mm and the vertical length 6~15mm. Results 87.7% (93/106) stones were fragmented for one session of treatment. 8 cases were pushed upward then undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) after surgical operations. Operations in 5 cases had to be changed to open surgery, and ureteral perforations happened in 1 case. Conclusion Successful entrance of the uretersocop is a prerequisite for crushing the stone, appropriate fixation of the stone is the key to their crushing, spiral stone dislodger is an effective means of fixing ureteral stones.

Objective To discuss the impact on serum interleukin-4 and interleukin-17 in patients with hypertension and early renal damage treated with intermediate frequency If pulse electrical stimulation on acupuncture points. Methods Selected 100 patients diagnosed with early renal damage in hypertension, those were divided into control group and treatment group randomly,50 patients in the control group treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs and symptomatic treatment of diseases, while the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus IF pulse point therapy,20 days after treatment compared serum IL-4 and IL-17 levels. Results Treatment group, serum IL-14 and IL-17 levels were significantly lower than the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenshu, Mingmen ,Guanyuan and other points by electrical stimulation pulse frequency ,could make IL-4 ,IL-17 and other indicators of early renal damage improve the role, and reduce hypertension early target organ damage, and help reduce pressure and reduce the amount of antihypertensive drugs.

Objective To study the mechanism of rats' neural stem cells (NSCs) proliferation in vitro after repetitive magnetic stimulation (rMS).Metbods The bilateral hippocampus of neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats (<3 d) was taken out to culture NSCs in vitro. The OD value was evaluated with Cell Counting Kit-8 (cck-8) and cell growth curve was generated. The NSCs cultured were divided into a control group and an rMS group.rMS (3 days, once per day) was applied on p2 NSCs at 10 Hz,50% machine output and 200 pulses per day.One hour after the last rMS,the cck-8 was used to test the cell proliferation, and the western blotting was applied to detect the protein expression of c-fos and p-CREB.Results The nestin fluorescent staining of p2 neurospheres was proved to be neural stem cells. The growth curve indicated that their viability reached the peak on the third day.The OD value in the rMS group (0.309 ± 0.043) showed a significant difference (P < 0.05) after rMS compared with the control group (0.256± 0.043).So did the c-fos and p-CREB protein expression between the two groups (P < 0.01).Conclusion The rMS at 10 Hz can promote rats' NSCs proliferation in vitro, which may be related to the increased expression of p-CREB and c-fos after rMS.

Objective To investigate the effects of Yishen dianpi Yangxue Tongli Fang (YSJP) on IGF-1 mRNA expression in the ovary of PCOS rat, and study its mechanism on the molecular level. Methods Seventy two female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, clomifene group and low-, mid-, high-dose Chinese medicine group. The animal model established by capsulae levonorgestreli silasticus was used to observe the IGF-1 mRNA expression in ovary by hybridization in situ. Results IGF-1 mRNA expression of PCOS model group was higher than the normal control group obviously. The semi-quantitative image analysis showed that TCM treatment could decrease IGF-1 mRNA expression. Conclusion Yishen Jianpi Yangnue Tongli Fang could decrease the IGF-1 mRNA expression in ovary and improve the insulin resistance of PCOS rats.

Objective:To assess the differences among the expressions of p38 mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPK),phospho-p38MAPK and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB)in oral lichen planus (OLP)and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC ).Methods:In the study,53 cases of OLP,45 of OSCC,and 18 controls were obtained and 4-μm-thick histological sections were prepared from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue blocks. The expressions of p38MAPK,phospho-p38MAPK and NF-κB were detected by immunohistochemistry staining.Furthermore, the expressions of p38MAPK and phospho-p38MAPK were detected using Western blotting analyses in the fresh tissues from 1 1 cases of OLP,5 ca-ses of OSCC,and 7 cases of the controls.Results:p38MAPK was over-expressed in the lamina propria, but lowly expressed in the epithelium in OLP group.Phospho-p38MAPK was lower expressed in OLP group than in OSCC and control groups.NF-κB was found over-expressed in the lamina propria in OLP group.p38MAPK was found expressed in all the samples in the 3 groups. The expression of phospho-p38MAPK was observed in 8 (8/11)OLP samples,5 (5/5)OSCC samples and 4 (4/7)controls by Western blotting, but no significant differences were found within the 3 groups.Conclusion:p38MAPK can be detected in normal oral mucosa,OLP and OSCC.phospho-p38MAPK may be related to the onset and progression of OSCC.The role of p38MAPK in OLP is yet to be revealed.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2016;38(1):13-18
Objective To study any effect of repetitive magnetic stimulation (rMS) on the differentiation and apoptosis of rat neural stem cells in vitro. Methods The bilateral hippocampus of a 3-day old Sprague-Dawley rat was used to culture neural stem cells (NSCs) in vitro.P2 NSCs were differentiated to neurons or astrocytes in differentiation medium and then divided into a control group in which the NSCs differentiated naturally, and an rMS group in which 1000 impulses/day of rMS were applied at 10 Hz once a day for 7 days at 50% of maximum output. One hour after the last stimulation, immunofluorescence was used to analyze the ratio of neurons and astrocytes, and Western blotting was employed to evaluate the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP),β-Ⅲ tubulin and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).NSCs which had differentiated for 7 days without stimulation were then selected and divided into an apoptosis group and an apoptosis+rMS group. The same rMS protocol was applied to the latter group 1h after the apoptosis, and 4h later flow cytometry (anexin V-FITC) was employed to evaluate the apoptosis ratio.Bcl-2,Bax and caspase-3 protein expression were analyzed using Western blotting. Results There were no significant differences between the control and rMS groups in the proportion of NSCs differentiating to neurons or in β-Ⅲ tubulin,GFAP or BDNF protein expression. The cell apoptosis rate of the apoptosis+rMS group was significant lower than in the apoptosis group.Caspase-3,Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression were also significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion rMS at 10Hz for 7 days has no effect on the differentiation of NSCs,but it has a protective effect on neural cells and decreases the apoptosis rate.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2017;25(3):228-232
Epidemiological data, clinical observation and animal experiments have shown that cold wave is closely associated with the onset of stroke. When a population with stroke etiology or risk factors is under pre-stroke state, they will have stroke under the influence of various inducing factors.Cold wave is the external factor that causes the body to enter the pre-stroke state and there are many possible mechanisms. The drug intervention of stroke-prone hypertensive rats at 1 week before the cold wave can reduce the occurrence of stroke during cold wave, suggesting that it is of great significance to conduct preventive intervention to the pre-stroke population before the cold wave coming.
