Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(1):85-89
Objective To analyze the effect of antimicrobial enema liquid to explore different bacterial infection patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detumescence, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, and to investigate the influence of antimicrobial enema liquid applicated in rectal on endovaginal microecologics. Methods Seventy-one cases of chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease patients were selected as the research objects in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March 2011 to January 2012.The bacterial culture of cervical secretions in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(excluding the vulva and vaginitis) was swab by cotton swab, then bacterial culture and bacterial vaginal infection Wulian analysis were conducted. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of the common pathogenic bacteria were determined by using the flat dish two times dilution method according to the different kinds of pathogenic bacteria.Wulian analysis bacterial vaginal infection was reviewed after patients received the same kind of enema rectal administration. Results Main pathogenic bacteria in 71 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enterococcus faecalis of 12.5% (4/71), beta hemolytic streptococcus of 31.25% (10/17), escherichia coli of 34.38% (11/71), Staphylococcus aureus of 28.13% (9/71), mlicrococcus scarlatinae of 6.25% (2/71), bacillus typhosus of 6.25% (2/71), Shigella of 3.13% (1/71), staphylococcus epidermidis of 3.13% (1/71), klebsiella pneumoniae of 3.13% (1/71) and pseudomonas aeruginosa of 3.13% (1/71) .Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease enema on enterococcus faecalis, beta hemolytic streptococcus, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and antibacterial activity was obvious, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were the original drug concentration of 1/32,1/32,1/16, 1/16, the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) respectively as raw material concentrations of 1/16, 1/8, 1/8, 1/8;has certain antibacterial activity against streptococcus pyogenes, typhoid salmonella, shigella flexneri, the MIC were the original drug concentrations of 1/8,1/8,1/4,the MBC were the original drug concentrations of 1/8,1/4,1/4.In vitro antibacterial activity on pseudomonas aeruginosa, coagulase negative staphylococci was not obvious. There were statistically significant differences in PH activity abnormality rate (67.61% vs 36.62%), positive rate of catalase (66.20% vs 29.58%), leukocyte esterase (56.33% vs 29.58%), neuraminidase (53.52% vs 25.35%), proline aminopeptidase (57.75% vs 32.39%) and glucosaminidase(52.11% vs 22.55%) after enema liquid applicated in rectal, and the difference was significant(P<0.5).Conclusion The use of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detumescence, Huoxue Zhitong enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pathogenic bacteria have certain inhibition, especially enterococcus faecalis infection. The drug has efficient on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and endovaginal microecologics.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2014;(5):295-299
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling plus tuina in treating senile functional constipation.
Methods: Ninety elderly patients with functional constipation were randomized into two groups. Forty-six patients in the treatment group were intervened by warm needling plus tuina; the other forty-four patients in the control group were intervened bySan Huang tablet.
Results: In the treatment group, 19 patients were cured, 24 cases showed improvement, 3 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 93.5%; in the control group, 16 patients were cured, 18 cases showed improvement, 10 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 77.3%. There was a significant difference in comparing the therapeutic efficacy (P<0.05), and the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.
Conclusion: Warm needling plus tuina can produce a higher therapeutic efficacy than takingSan Huang tablet in treating senile functional constipation.

Quinone is one of the electron transporters of the microbial respiratory chain. The dominant quinone of one species of bacteria is different from other bacteria. So the quinone profile of environmental samples can reflect the microbial community. This paper briefly introduces the analytical method used for microbial quinones. The microbial community in an activated sludge sample is studied using this method.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the adverse drug reactions of 6 kinds of quinolones in order to provide information for clinically rational use of drugs.METHODS The adverse drug reactions of quinolones such as norfloxacin, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, fleroxacin and rufloxacin used in outpatients during Feb to May 2007 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The main adverse drug reactions were seen in gastrointestinal system, nervous system, immune system, respiratory system, urinary system etc. From them the symptoms of gastrointestinal system and nervous system were prominent.CONCLUSIONS In use of quinolones it should think highly to their adverse drug reactions.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the prevalence of pathogen infection and the drug sensitivity of pathogen after liver transplantation so as to provide the reference to the effective clinical prevention and control of pathogen infection and drug resistant strains.METHODS A retrospective survey in 155 patients who underwent 158 orthotopic liver transplantation was carried out.RESULTS The incidence of pathogen infection after liver transplantation was 25.9%,the major pathogens were coagulase-negative Staphylococcus, then Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter.CONCLUSIONS It is very important to prevent pathogen infection and use antibiotic reasonably.Selection of effective antibiotics referring to the etiologic data and resistance of pathogen can help to prevent the drug resistant strains.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of antibiotics in our Outpatient Department during 2006-2007,and to analyze and evaluate the trend and rationality.METHODS The data about consumption quantity and consumption sum of antibiotics in our Outpatient Department during 2006-2007 were retrieved by means of computer management software in the department of pharmacy for the analysis of the clinical use of antibiotics using the method of defined daily dose(DDD).RESULTS Fluoro quinolones, cephalosporins and plant antibiotics have dominated the first places among the antibiotics used in our hospital, and the consumption of cephalosporins kept increasing year by year.CONCLUSIONS The use of antibiotics in our hospital should be further standardized to ensure the drug using safe, efficient and economic in our hospital.

OBJECTIVE To promote clinical rational use of antibiotic prophylaxis through surveying it in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department (OG) by pharmacists. METHODS Data of 223 cases using of antibiotic prophylaxis in OG were retrospectively analyzed. According to unreasonable use of antibiotic prophylaxis, the clinical pharmacists put out reasonable measures and directed treatment in succedent 206 patients. RESULTS The rate of unreasonable use of antibiotic prophylaxis in 223 cases was 100% and rate of infection after operation was 9.87%. After giving intervention, the rate of unreasonable use of antibiotic prophylaxis and infection were reduced to 3.88% and 1.46%,respectively (P
