BACKGROUND:The comfortable shoes can absorb or reduce the impact force from the ground. Is the damped system is absent in shoes to relieve the impulse,the feet will be extremely tired,even damage the human knee joint,waist,back and brain. OBJECTIVE:To measure the changes of human plantar pressure by different sole hardness through the measurement system of plantar pressure. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:An observation experiment was performed in the Shanghai University of Sport between December 2008 and February 2009.PARTICIPANTS:Six volunteers wearing the experimental designed shoes were recruited from Nanjing Institute of Physical Education.METHODS:Three pairs of experimental shoes weighing 103 g were measured with shore hardness tester,as 51,62 and 69 hardness values. Accordingly they were named soft shoes,medium hardness shoes and hard shoes. The subjects were asked to do a 60-minute walk test at the speed of 2 m/s on the running platform with the experimental designed shoes,and they were determined using the insole plantar pressure measurement system of German's Novel style series of Emed-pedar.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE:The pressure,contact area and impulse in the sole of foot.RESULTS:With the increase in hardness soles,the pressure of center plantar was shown to move from the medial first metatarsal outwards by turns. Compared with barefoot walking,the trail length of the center plantar was prolonged in subjects with medium hardness shoes and hard shoes,while shortened in subjects with soft shoes. The total pressure when you walked with soft shoes and medium hardness shoes were reduced than barefoot walking,and the pressure of walking phase wearing these two types of shoes were also reduced,while total pressure and walking phase pressure with hard shoes were both increased compared with barefoot walking. The contact area was similar between soft shoes and medium hardness shoes,but the smallest in the hard shoes. Except the increase in the initial 10 minutes,the soft shoes had no change with the medium hardness shoes. The hard shoes were firstly increased but then declined. The total impulse of medium hardness shoes was the closest to bare feet,while that of soft shoes and hard shoes were increased compared with bare foot.CONCLUSION:The plantar pressure was the greatest in the hard shoes,then medium hardness shoes and last soft shoes;the contact area was the greatest in soft shoes,then medium hardness shoes and last hard shoes;the impulse was the greatest in hard shoes,then soft shoes,and last medium hardness shoes.

Objective To upgrade the current X-ray vehicle.Methods Modern digital X-ray radiography was analyzed and 3 kinds of X-ray detectors were compared.Canon CXDI digital X-ray detector was used to update field X-ray vehicle into a field digital X-ray radiography vehicle.Results Real-time X-ray signal synchronization was realized.Digital images could be edited and labeled with detection information.Conclusion The working efficiency is enhanced and the support ability is improved.

·AIM: To evaluate the recurrence rate and safety of amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) augmented with mitomycin C (MMC) compared with amniotic membrane transplantation alone during the pterygium excision.·METHODS: We took a meta-analysis on this program.Pertinentstudieswereselectedthroughextensive searches of the Cochrane Library, MEDLINE, EMBASE,CBMdisc, CNKI. Pooled estimates were carried out in RevMan software V4.2.·RESULTS: Six trials reported postoperative recurrence rate of pterygium, included 882 eyes, three trials reported the complications. The results of meta-analysis showed that recurrence rate of AMT plus MMC group was 5.41％,AMT alone group was 16.89％, relative risk (RR) was 0.32, 95％CI ranged from 0.19 to 0.56, Zwas 4.06, P< 0.001. Two trials reported early complication as punctata keratitis, the incidence rate of AMT plus MMC group and AMT alone group were 17.14％ and 0.00％, RR was 12.11,95％CI ranged from 1.62 to 90.76.·CONCLUSION: Amniotic membrane transplantation with MMC is associated with lower recurrence rate compared with amniotic membrane transplantation alone in pterygium excision,whether accompanied a higher risk with adverse events need more investigation.

AIM: To investigate the comparison of different types of catheter treatment of anastomotic ring canalicular effect.
METHODS:Retrospective analysis. A total of 114 cases 114 eyes were randomly selected between May 2013 to May 2015 jointly admitted to Huizhou Huizhou City People's Hospital and the Central People's Hospital of canalicular patients in accordance with the agreement of the annular catheterization divided into three groups, group A of annular nasal lacrimal duct catheterization in 36 eyes, group B for the whole nasal lacrimal annular catheterization in 33 eyes, group C between the upper annular tears point catheterization 45 eyes. Through the A, B, C three groups after 1, 3wk, 1, 3mo and 1y follow-up were analyzed to compare.
RESULTS:Group A of 31 eyes were cured, improved in 2 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 91. 7%;group B, 27 cases were cured, improved in 3 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 90. 9%;group C, 40 cases were cured, improved in 2 eyes, 3 eyes, the effective rate was 93. 3%. A, B, C three groups efficiency pointless difference (P=0. 124). Eye Effect: A, B, C meaningful difference among the three groups(F=36. 578; P=0.002), Group A scored the highest score of a minimum group C, respectively( 3. 5±0. 8 ) and ( 2. 3±0. 7 ); comparison meaningless difference between group a and group B( t=0. 086, P>0. 05 ); Group A and C and comparison of differences between group C and group B have the significance ( t = 15. 241, t = 17. 472; P<0. 05 ). Nasal influence: A, B, C meaningful difference among the three groups(F=778. 581;P=0. 001), the highest score in group B, group C minimum scores were(6. 6±0.8) and ( 0. 9 ± 0. 7 ); A, B, C three groups comparison of differences twenty-two have significance(t=17. 262; t=18.247; t = 16. 647; P<0. 05). Shape Effect: A, B, C difference among the three groups of meaningful ( F=481. 113;P=0. 002), Group A scored the highest score of a minimum group C, respectively(5. 8±0. 9) and(1. 2±0.6);Compare the difference between Groups B and C meaningless ( t = 0. 087, P > 0. 05 ); comparing the differences between the Groups A and B and between Group A and C were significance(t=26. 362, t=27. 532; P<0. 05 ). Group A had 8 patients had lower eyelid eversion, 5 cases of inferior lacrimal point expansion, 13 cases of sneezing, itchy nose, runny nose syndrome. Group B had 20 cases of varying degrees of now sneezing, itchy nose, runny nose syndrome. Group C had no serious complications.
CONCLUSION: Similar to A, B, C three groups of treatment efficacy, patient lacrimal functional recovery is safe and effective, which the group C treatment, during treatment and less material and fewer postoperative complications in patients, it is worth promotion.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the process efficiency of automatic dispensation machine before dispensing. METHODS:After building quality control circle(QCC)in the hospital inpatient,according to the steps of QCC,the key links and factors that affect process efficiency of automatic dispensation machine before dispensing were found out,corresponding countermeasures were developed based on causes,then it was evaluated by process time and other indexes in dispensing before and after the development of QCC. RESULTS:The 2 links(removing the drug packaging,manually counting and developing add-drug list)with the longest time before dispensing improved work efficiency by setting add-drug quantity and variety truly,timing checking dispensation medi-cine,timely counting dispensation medicine drug list,strengthening training and other methods,process time of automatic dispensa-tion machine before dispensing was shortened from 179.8 min(before)to 119.2 min(after)(shortened by 33.7%),target achieve-ment rate was 168.5%;and QCC staff showed positive growth in means, responsibility, team cohesion, and other aspects (increase rate were 15%-81%). CONCLUSIONS:QCC shows obvious effect on improving process efficiency of automatic dispen-sation machine before dispensing.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of perioperative application of Sijunzi Decoction and enteral nutrition on T-cell subsets and nutritional status in patients with gastric cancer after operation. METHODS: In this prospective, single-blinded, controlled clinical trial, fifty-nine patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into three groups: control group (n=20) and two study groups (group A, n=21; group B, n=18). Sjunzi Decoction (100 ml) was administered via nasogastric tube to the patients in the study group B from the second postoperation day to the 9th postoperation day. Patients in the two study groups were given an isocaloric and isonitrogonous enteral diet, which was started on the second day after operation, and continued for eight days. Patients in the control group were given an isocaloric and isonitrogonous parenteral diet for 9 days. All variables of nutritional status such as serum albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA), transferrin (TRF) and T-cell subsets were measured one day before operation, and one day and 10 days after operation. RESULTS: All the nutritional variables and the levels of CD3(+), CD4(+), CD4(+)/CD8(+) were decreased significantly after operation. Ten days after operation, T-cell subsets and nutritional variables in the two study groups were increased as compare with the control group. The levels of ALB, TRF and T-cell subsets in the study group B were increased significantly as compared with the study group A (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Enteral nutrition assisted with Sijunzi Decoction can positively improve and optimize cellular immune function and nutritional status in the patients with gastric cancer after operation.

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of adenovirus-mediated VEGF-siRNA on transplanted osteo- sarcoma in nude mice.Methods: VEGF-siRNA gene was cloned into the genome of replication-deficient adenovirus to construct Ad-VEGF-siRNA;the latter was then used to infect osteosarcoma MG63 cell line in vitro;and the expression of VEGF gene was detected by RT-PCR.Osteosarcoma transplantation model was established in nude mice;VEGF expression in tumor tissue was analyzed and the inhibitory effect on tumor growth and lung metastasis were also observed.Results: The recombinant adenovirus vector Ad-VEGF-siRNA was successfully constructed.In vivo and in vitro experiment both showed that Ad-VEGF-siRNA significantly downregulated VEGF expression in MG63 cells and transplanted tumor tissue. Objective To evaluate the effects of low dose Ethyl Carbamate (EC)on the immune function of ICR mice and to provide evidences for developing food safety standard.Methods The ICR mice were divided into four groups,and three groups were treated with 0.1 7,0.83,1 .67 mg/kg·bw EC respectively and the control group was treated with distilled water only.The immune function of ICR mice was determined by five aspects,including cellular immunity,humoral immunity,mononuclear macrophages's phagocytosis,natural killer cell activity and the organ coefficients of immune organs. Results Compared with the control group,the 1 .67 mg/kg·bw EC significantly inhibited the proliferation of spleen lymphocyte,natural killer cell activity and the hemolysis plaque -forming ability induced by ConA (P <0.05 ). Conclusion EC can cause the inhibition of normal mouse's immune function.
