Objective To analyze the clinical presentation and the effects on both mothers and fetuses with HELLP syndrome induced hyregtensive disorder complicating pregrancy and to investigate the effective methods for diagnosis and treatment. Methods 15 cases of HELLP syndroms were retrospectively analyzed on material and perinatal outcomes. Results In 15case of women with HELLP syndrome, all of them presented antepartum HELLP. Mean gestational age at delivery was 34 weeks. Severe maternal complications included placental abruption,DIC ,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress, et al. All of them underwent cesaresn section and required transfusions with blood or blood products. 1 case of perinatal death was related to placental abruption. Conclusion HELLP syndrome is a severe obstetric complication. Better prognosis may be achiveved by early diagnosis, synthetic therapy and optimal termination of pregnancy.

Objective To analyze the cases of brucellosis in non-occupational population in Tongxiang City of Zhejiang Province,and to provide a scientific basis for making strategies in brucellosis prevention and control.Methods Rose bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and serum tube agglutination test (SAT) were used to detect brucellosis in the general population who were closely contacted with cases in non-occupational groups and who had brucellosis-related symptoms.If the pathogen result was positive,Brandt strain type identification should be done to analyze the reasons for non-occupational population who infected with brucellosis.Results A total of 7 cases of brucellosis were detected in the non-occupational groups,which accounted for 14.58％ of the total number of cases (7/48).Misdiagnosis was common,seasonal incidence was not obvious,transmission route and population infected were diverse.Conclusion The incidence rate of brucellosis is an upward trend,public brucellosis prevention knowledge should be strengthened,and training in diagnostic and treating skills for medical professionals should be provided.

To separate the biological radar echo signals in different breathing modes. Echo signals of bioradar-based vital signs monitoring system were acquired in different breathing modes, and an improved signal separa-tion algorithm was used to obtain respiratory and heartbeat signals as well as their parameters. Under two breath-ing modes, the center frequencies of the signals from the self-adaptive filter were kept consistent with those of heartbeat signals, and the signals with other frequencies were suppressed effectively. Objective Abstract:Objective To inquire into the reason that chronic diabetic foot ulcer(CDF) was difficult to be cured by clarifying their interaction between interin-1?(IL-1?) and fibroblast proliferation,the activity and protein expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in fibroblasts from CDF.Method Fibroblast collected from the edge area of the diabetic foot ulcer was cultured for 4-6 generations,and added in with different concentration of IL-1? at the 24 hr,48 hr and 72 hr,then the effect of IL-1? on the activity and expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in fibroblasts were observed by methods of zymography and Western blott.Results There was a significant difference of IL-1? between CDF and acute diabetic lesions(ADL);IL-1? in 0.5 ng/ml-5 ng/ml could promote fibroblast proliferation obviously,but weakened gradually with increasing of the IL-1?,but no affection on fibroblast proliferation when IL-1? was in 50 ng/ml,and inhabited fibroblast proliferation over 50 ng/ml of IL-1?;IL-1? in 50 ng/ml increased the activity and protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in fibroblasts from CDF. Conclusion The reason that CDF was difficult to be cured were related to significant increase of IL-1?.The increase of IL-1? not only inhibits the fibroblast proliferation,but also promotes the activity and protein expression of MMP-2 & MMP-9,and it results in the increase of extracellular matrix degradation.

Purpose:To explore the value of MSCT-3D in stomatology through comparing with COPT.Materials and Methods:Both MSCT 117 patients and COPT 117 patients in stomatology were selected at a particular period,COPT imaging was using computed post-processing,MSCT imaging was processed according to 3D information through work station,then to analyze the imaging results according to metal tooth、damaged tooth and broken tooth,later to compare the photograph 、the technique of computed post-processing、the photograph condition and exposure of MSCT and COPT.Results:Normal COPT patients were 9 cases ( 0.24% ),normal teeth were 3160 (84.4% ),unusual teeth were 551 (15.6%),normal MSCT-3D patients were llcases ( 0.29% ),normal teeth were 3138 (83.8% ),and unusual teeth were 606 (16.2% ).COPT belonged to COPT photograph,the emphasis was 2D,MSCT-3D belonged to spiral photograph,the emphasis was 3D,and MSCT imaging could be processed according to 3D reformation.The 3D effect of MSCT was batter than that of COPT.The radiation dosage was much higher than that of COPT.Conclusions: COPT could get 2D effects: MSCT-3D could improve 3D results on 2D basis,but the radiation dosage of MSCT is much higher than that of COPT in stomatology.

OBJECTIVE:To study the stability and to predicate the expiration date of betamethasone cream.METHODS:The HPLC method was used to determination the content of betamethasone,the stability test of cream was done by initial mean velocity method and strong light exposure experiment,respectively.RESULTS:The linear concentration range for betametha?sone cream was0.25～8?g/ml(r=0.9991),the average recovery rate was98.56%,RSD=0.78%;The content was highly correlated to temperature,whereas on which the light exposure did little effect.CONCLUSIONS:Betamethasone cream should be stored under room temperature and in a cool place,it is predicted that the expiration date of betamethasone cream is1year.

Objective To study complement receptor typeⅠ(CR1)activity of erythrocytes in pa-tients with SLE.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP),CR1rosette(RBC-CR1R)and immuno-complex rosette(RBC-ICR)on red cell,the ery-throcyte complement receptor I type(ECR1)genomic density polymorphism(HH type,HL type,LL type)and erythrocyte CR1immune activity were determined in32patients with SLE and in48normal individuals.Results It was found that HH type rate of ECR1density polymorphism in patients with active SLE was significantly lower(10/16,62.5%)than that(13/16,81.3%)in patients with stable SLE.The level of CR1immune activity in HH type was significantly higher than that in HL,LL type of SLE,and significantly dif-ferent from that in48normal individuals(P

Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with astraga-lus injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,78 patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy in our hospital were enrolled into the study.They were randomly divided into con-trol group(41 cases) and treatment group(37 cases).The control group received general therapy,such as low protein diets,compound alpha keto acid,insulin,irbesartan,simvastatin.The treatment group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and astragalus injection on the basis of general therapy.The changes of urinary albumin and 24 hours urinary protein after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the negative rate of urinary micro albumin in the treatment group ( 75.68%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (29.27%)(χ2 =16.765,P<0.01).24 hour urinary protein of the treatment group[(176.2 ±82.3)mg/24h]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(223.8 ±87.8)mg/24h](t=2.471,P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with astragalus injection can reduce the proteinuria of diabetic nephropa-thy,it is an effective intervention therapy for early diabetic nephropathy.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of external auditory canal chol‐esteatoma (EACC) .Methods The clinical data of 38 cases(39 ears)with external auditory canal cholesteatoma from August 2006 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .Results All the cases of EACC in this study had the external ear canal full of impacted squamous material or granulation tissue .The Holt and CT imaging examinations disclosed that 10 ears were phase I ,lesions were confined to the external auditory with no bone destruction .There were 23 ears were phase II ,the lesions were located in external auditory meatus with destruction of bone ,but with no involvement of the middle ear .There were 6 ears were phase III ,showing the lesions with disrupt external audi‐tory meatus and involvement of the middle ear ( mastoid and/or tympanic sinus) .Hearing impairment and aural fullness were the most common symptoms .The phase I cases were treated by removing cholesteatomas from the ex‐ternal auditory canal .Canaloplasty and/or tympanoplasty were performed in phase II cases .The phase III cases were successfully managed by modified radical mastoidectomy and/or tympanoplasty .There were 30 ears of tympan‐ic membrane were perfect and invaginate .There were 4 ears of ossicular chain were disrupted with one ear of facial nerve exposed .All surgeries were performed at once .No recurrence except in one patient was found during the fol‐low -up period .Conclusion The clinical stages can help identify the primary lesions and determine the choice of the best surgical approach .
